When you order they deliver something and top of that they don’t want to replace and making excuses. Had a worst experience with TIM HORTONS very bad in customer handling.

The server was so rude asking me to leave while I was just finished eating because he cant fit 6-7 newly arrived customers. I would Understand if he just said it in a nice way not like treating me as if i did not buy the food I ate. very bad experience, i hope management will look at this. It was around 23:30 of November 25, 2023 when it happened.

A very nice cafeteria open 24/7. Delicious food and Karak. The cafe is pretty affordable as well, which is nice. The outdoor seating area is clean and peaceful. The staff was attentive and kind. There is also parking available right in front of the cafeteria, which makes it very convenient to visit.
The food is extremely good and tasty. Can dine inside and outside too. Delicious food.
Got my order thru delivery. Used my ADCB touchpoints and it’s possible! Same, good coffee and timbits!

me and colleague went yesterday at Al Ghurair branch. One of your arabic staff named "Moustafa" was so rude and aggressive the way he answer questions plus showing his arrogant body language places his arm in an elevated counter top and I told him "you know what your rude and arrogant" he replied with "this is company rules" so it means Apparel Group employees posses rudeness and aggressiveness towards customers, she shouldn't be serving customers in front he suppose to be working at the BOH since he don't know what's the meaning of Customer Service itself this kind of behavior showing unhappy with their job and doesn't care with the company's reputation while his wearing and representing Apparel Group's image. Better to keep that indian staff there in the front as he knows how to do customer service and he's the one apologized with us on behalf of that person. I hope this review will reach him to put in his mind so he won't do it again with others repeatedly.
In fact, I used their karak and chabati were so tasty. I advise others to go. Amazing experience

I celebrated my GOOLE 50 FOLLWERS HERE AT ILLY AL GHURAIR CENTRE....I ALWAYS WANTED TO TRY IT.....I USED TO SEE IT WHILE CROSSING IT BUT NEVER HAD A CHANCE TO SEE OR TASTE THE COFFEE.its may be good....but i don't know why it is expensive.30 AED flat white coffee and a small cup.not acceptable for me . Every dessert or small small cakes 30 and + AED i do not wanna go here again because of you are charging 30 AED for flat white- atleast give me some worthy amount of coffee

Had cheesr and turkey sandwich at Tim Hortons at the Ghurair mall, absolute rip-off. As you can see from the size the size of the sandwich had gone timbits. To add to that the lady behind the counter has an attitude as if she is giving out free food. No courtesy absolute moody. Well done Tim Hortons, you lost a customer who has been quite loyal.

We went for Iftar,. Package was nice and Item's we're alots. But nothing worth tasty, Nothing Malabar Authentic Taste as they promised, Not Recommended for Iftar Buffet Foods, Normal Foods are ok

Had the Newly introduced hazelnut latte, and their regular french Vanilla. But also the display made me order their Donuts, kitkat and Nutella , pretty good.
Amazing staff, cashier, waiters, all are friendly.

Cant reach them. its working day at 2:30 afternoon and no one bothers to answer calls. have tried couple of time and then finally gave up.
On of the worst drink i have ever had, Such a bad experience, the person who serves and recommend us this drink he have no idea about what he is selling, even he don't know how to make that drink. In the menu it doesn't mention that it's frozen mango juice. when it's comes to me i swear in my whole life first time I taste very bad full of ice. the mango cost just one dirham per kg and they are charging 38 dirham. they should give first class service should be Alfonso mango. For the very first time i have heard from a coffee shop that they dont have a wifi. we went there to set for 1 hour to complete our work and have a drink and nice juice in a nice Cafe but really very bad service. Cafe supervisor said if you don't want dont take no problem will return it back. service is very very bad let me tell you one thing if you can't give good services dont open a cafe because opening a Cafe not that important, you have to provide good service to your customer. Not recommended at all. Bad service bad taste and very very expensive.
I had been to this place with my friend an hour ago.we both decided to have tikka parotta and dynamite chick pop we thought to try it as we were craving for chicken. After 15minutes we got our order with French fries and some chicken , It didn't look like we ordered and we returned it and then two of the staff members requested to accept it as they had to pay from their pocket. I didn't mind paying them if they were honest. After 10 minutes they bring some chicken popcorn with same fries and it was cold.. was really disappointed with their behaviour and I didn't wanted to give even one star unfortunately have to rate with 1 or else they deserve 0. Never experienced like this in UAE for almost 3 years. Utter SHAME for lying ..

Snacks were mostly finished, only few samosas and Dal-vadas left. Veg-samosa was good, portion size even better. Dal-vada was dry and hard.
I noticed Fried Chicken was displayed as a casual snack in the shelf. Fancied trying one, and was good for what it was.

Amazing Taste and Quality with refreshing Coolers to beat the heat. A must visit n meet Mr Ankit.
The service was not good at all. Tables are not clean, and the waiter (who also made the coffee is free walking around the cafe and don't even think to clean the tables. I asked him to clean one table .. so he ( only cleaned one for me) and left the rest uncleaned.
I asked him for a cocoa powered he got the powder and spread it all over the cup and table!!
I told him also the coffee was not good as other branches. His reply was everyone likes it. What kind of service is this???

Tea junction is one of the restaurants I always like to dine in , but many a times avoided due to the busy area and lack of parking. But whenever I find a parking , I hop in there. Their tea and snacks are always recommendable. Last time also as usual I ordered their chicken club Sandwich which is still my favourite from here(although price increased much for this now) . Also decided to try chicken shechzwan fried rice which did not dissappoint us either. Also we tried their new mix of 6 juices in a tray for 15 dhs. It was just ok. Nothing exceptional. But overall as always all their food varieties always maintain the same quality and taste. Parking in the front is a bit tough activity as there are many restaurants in this area and people pass through and stop in side for tea, i would recommend parking in the backside area and walking a bit to avoid waiting for parking. Not much dine in spaces inside the restaurant but they have spaces outside with portable ac.
A good place to hangout with friends and spend time over tea and snacks. There are plenty of keralite snacks available difficult to pin point a winner. The price is reasonable and quality appreciable. There is ample seating available.

Karak time is located in Karama near to Al Adil and Chhappan Bhog. The service is good and really quick… their karak tea is really authentic. This place also serves cheap titbits - dal wada, onion bhaji, banana flitters, and many more! (Kerala snacks)

A good little karak place outside the park. There is parking outside and easy to stop for a quick cup. The saffron karak was really good and the karak itself wasn’t too heavy.

I love their tea. It's so tasty. They mix some spices which makes it even better. They also have a huge menu. One of my favorite is Chicken Shawarma. It has outdoor seating which is amazing for having meal with friends in a lovely environment. The workers are also very generous. It's open 24 hours. You can have your meal anytime you want.
It was good. Many of the tik tok fames are spending time with this restaurant. You can see them if you go around.food was not as expected even though there is vibe over there to sit and spend time.its hard to find a space to sit on the peak hours. They have many varities of Kerala foods which is not the familiar to us . You can enjoy once.

1,5 for my karak tea, small place you can walk and grab or you can park and get it, parking spots exactly opposite the store. Nice taste 👌 😋 small usual cup, so if you are used to coffee chains grab 2 karaks I recommend it for tourists visiting to try it is part of the local culture
A tiny cafeteria located just behind the sheikh zayed road and served decent snacks and juices and tea. Very small cafeteria with limited seating space. Good to grab some snack while on the go.
