Avoid this agency. I would go back in time and avoid them if I could.

Many negatives:

1. One of their employees is extremely rude and unprofessional. When doing a viewing, he told me: “Are you going to want to do another viewing? Because I don’t want any more headaches from you.”

2. Not up to date/informed on local real estate regulations. Had to go twice to do Ejari registration because the government center rejected me the first time because the landlord’s signature in the contract was an electronic signature and not a manual one. This never crossed MIP’s mind when sending me the signed contract to do Ejari.

3. They handed me over the apartment with pee stains on the toilet. Pictures attached. Absolutely disgusting.
