Very nice accommodation and plus nice location.But coordination between the owner and watchman is good. But their selection on the tenant is to be concentrated more as there are problematic people who don't even adjust and implement their things even when notified.

I had a seamless and comfortable experience dealing with Elan Real Estate. Ahmad, my agent, made sure all my questions were answered and all my requirements met. He assisted me well throughout the process. He was also very transparent with me, allowing us to close the deal in under 2 days - something I valued because I was pressed for time. I highly recommend Ahmad - a no frills agent who gets the job done.
Terrible customer service. The agency always works in the favor of the landlords, and they are delaying the security deposit refund. Don't be shocked when they will send you a renewal offer that is 50% more than what you are already paying. Yes that's not allowed and not in line with RERA but still that's how much hungry for money and to trick people they are. I was never refunded about maintenance cost, and I gave up from it 2 years ago because it was frustrating to send mails and mails and try to call and resolve the situation. The worst money I ever spent was paying agency fees to them. I am still waiting after 1.5 months for my deposit to be refunded, and they don't pick up their office phones. When I moved in the apartment the AC bills were not settled and they asked me to pay them in name of the landlord so they will add that sum on my deposit. Even though they committed to it and I have the communication on mail, they are coming up with fake explanations to give back less money, and they are not even including the money I paid for the unsettled AC bills. I had a perfect experience with the agent, and he was accommodating, but once the relationship was transferred with their agency representatives, I never had a good experience. So be careful when you are signing contracts with them, you will need to waste a lot of your time and energy after that since you will need to deal with everything by yourself. Agency fee money is just a scam, you don't get any service for that.
Special mention to Rana Afifi, even with my limited availability time, she managed to show me a beautiful apartment, gave me all the necessary explanations. She also in a very professional way managed to resolve a complication with the help of Nicole. Thank you for your kindness Rana!
Worst administration. Admin people are Very rude with tenants
DO NOT invest with Anil & Harry from N7. I initially trusted N7 to comfort me through my first investment property within Dubai and it could not have been anything further from the opposite. September 2022, Harry who was my agent sold me two properties from Heart of Europe. I initially declined this as I did not have 6 months of bank history to get the loan by the due date as per contract, March 2023. Harry said he would put me under N7 payrole from September to march to get the 6 month loan and employment history to then be able to get the 65% bank loan for both properties. Come December, no action, March, no action from Harry & now by August 2023 Harry had "forgot" to do this & too late to now get a loan as per contract of the investment properties. Due to this the contract was terminated by Heart of Europe & I have now not only lost my investments (buying into the pre-launch by heart of Europe) but my $200,000 AUD is non refundable. Harry from N7 has failed to take responsibility for this and I am now the one who is out of pocket and in financial difficulty. I am from Australia, not always in Dubai & I have tried to reach out to Anil multiple times & their is no response. Extremely disappointed in myself for trusting N7. They were both very quick to congratulate me when they sold me two properties, provide gifts & gone like ghosts when I needed them. Unfortunately as this was all "word" documented between Harry & I to achieve 6 month loan progress my hands are tied.. Please learn from me, the hard way.

Beware! These people are misleading their customers! They have agreed for 12months payment term and when we were about to sign the contract, they have amended the payment terms into 6 cheques (assuring that we will still pay monthly and they will hold the cheques until the cheque date). Everything is fine at the start but suddenly they are asking us to pay the full amount as per the cheque. This is the kind of modus they do with their tenants. At least they should have been transparent with us.

Very rude person on the phone 😠😠 were renting a flat and asking for a maintenance on a particular problem, and instead of resolving the problem the person who is obviously should not represent the company, shouted rudely at me 😠😡 without giving a viable solution to a somewhat urgent maintenance problem, please avoid dealing with this people , whoever wants to get a flat in Dubai beware! Maintenance are inefficient and rude costumer service, and we have been staying in this flat for 3 years to be accorded in this kind of rude behaviour😠
