Best Goan restaurants in United Arab Emirates

I would be biased to this place cos it's my "SPOT" . I hv been regular to this place from past 9 years now. The taste of food is suitable to most of the taste buds. Staff are very accommodating. This is a kinda place you can chill for hours.

The food was extremely good. We ordered red wine ,chicken and roti for dinner. Service and courtesy extended were very nice. However, the atmosphere was dull which was probably due to lack of crowd. This was surprising as it was on the Christmas eve.

Guys you must give this place a try. The food we tried there was exceptionally delicious. Even the drinks were absolutely amazing. Full of GoAn vibes .Ordered the following dishes :

Lovely food and good staff, but the music that was played by the one man band wasn't Goan music at all. One would expect to listen to Goan music at a Goan themed restaurant, but it wasn't the case. The music was too loud and had to actually scream for the person sitting less than a meter away from me to hear what I was saying.

The pork vindaloo was really good. Masala papad not what was expected.

Overall very good except for the bad music experience.

Casa goa has been my hangout with family. They have good food, good staff.
But this time I went in, they have changed their seating arrangements. On the entrance is the family area now. People who are not with families just go in and sit there. I believe, it has to do with the new seating arrangement and the initial intuition of people is to go in and sit.
We didn't find the environment comfortable to be with family as there was so much smoke. I have never experienced this in the family area with people blowing puffs n puffs of smoke. Do you allow smoking in the family area? If yes, then we were in the wrong place and will find some other place to hangout.

This is one of the friendliest, coziest and authentic resaurants in the area that offer delectable cuisines on its specialty menu. Live entertainment is a bonus in the place and high customer service is guaranteed. Special mention goes to the pretty and very warm hostess and professional chanteuse Carol who makes sure that everyone is received gladly and welcomed with the kindest hospitality. As a hotel worker myself, I could safely say that the servers are also equally exceptional in their product knowledge and customer-focused efficiency. Kudos to the Management and keep up the good work. We can't wait to go back and have a good time in my newest favorite spot in Oud Metha / Bur Dubai area.

Very tasty Asian - mostly Indian - cuisine. We were a little skeptical when we entered the restaurant as the ambiance is not that inviting. Still everything clean. We had delicious food - were well advised and had great service! You have to try the Indian dessert according to grandmother's recipe!! Very sweet and delicious!

The food is amazing. However, they did not serve what we ordered for, when asked they said they didn't have what we asked for. We ordered mud crab dish and they served sea crab. Didn't replace or offer any compensation. Lucky for us, it was tasty. Hence, we did not push for a replacement.

They didn't provide us with aprons and cutter for crab until we asked.

The server recommended only expensive food on the menu, please do your research before you order and don't go by the staff recommendation.

The mocktails were average until we asked to get them fixed.

Overall 4 star for the food.

CASA GOA gave us the best food, service and server (Ishan)was perfect who took care of everyone. Amazing dinning experience. The DJ was excellent 👌....

Casa Goa is nice watering hole with a vibrant ambience and a cool place to hang out with friends on a weekend. On Friday night go early to catch your favourite table. The menu is limited but quality and taste is amazing. Service is pretty quick for moderately crowded place. Waiters are very attentive and fulfill all your requests quickly. They play live music to keep it very lively for patrons. You can submit your requests to DJ. They do show live games for fans so you can hangout with your favourite gang. Cost wise not very expensive. They also offer Zomato discounts. Overall nice lively place to hangout with friends.
