Heads up to the management regarding your leasing agent - Usman Zaheer who's extremely unprofessional handling my queries. He seemed not interested to share details because he has nothing to offer. Al Ghurair's business would have been better if this agent is not there.

Clean & suitably located branch with terribly limited parking and slow & underwhelming service.
Since there were just a handful or so parking spots, it was very difficult to get a spot.
Once I entered the branch, it took them a while to attend to me, even though there were hardly any customers in the branch.
Only two counters were handling customers, and although there was an attendant, he wasn't really welcoming customers or offering a drink of water, perhaps.
The CS rep had a flu or something and was constantly fidgeting and sneezed one or two times as well. He was wearing a mask, but not really, as his nose was uncovered..
He wasn't particularly welcoming or pleasant to talk to. His style seemed to be indifferent towards me, rather than sincere and friendly.

Terrible service and one of best branch to waste your time. Employees don't have the basic knowledge of opening a bank account and they miss guide you.

I strongly caution against dealing with ADCB Sheikh Zayed Branch. My recent encounter with them was nothing short of a nightmare. After depositing a significant amount in a savings certificate for 20 years, I discovered that no interest had accrued whatsoever. Shockingly, the bank and showed a complete lack of responsiveness when I sought clarification through multiple phone calls and emails. The incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by their staff were deeply disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ADCB Sheikh Zayed Branch at all costs.

All staff are very very slowwwwww! Some of them having friend or customer you even don't know and just cheat chating with them taking an hour and the rest of the customers are seating and waiting, we are in Dubai and this is not acceptable! We have service we are paying for that, so it could be more faster and will be more professional.
We had a great experience with this branch. Mr Sinoj Joseph is a real star and the most humble person you will come across.

As an agent myself, I have a certain standard to which I expect industry colleagues to operate when it comes to client care. Tom Hayes at Select Group goes above and beyond anything I could ask for. He is presentable, professional, transparent and available 27/4 whenever I need him (sorry Tom!!). I try to direct all my clients to Select Group properties and it is primarily due to the standard of their developments but it is just as much because of the standard of client care we receive. We have worked with several buyers together - it is always a smooth and transparent process and Tom's admin support team are equally as polite and helpful! Select Group are by far my favourite developer

One of the few estate agents in Dubai that actually does something for their money. Usually you get to show yourself some apartments, but Alaa made sure the process went smoothly and maintenance etc. were taken care of and resolved all queries. Highly recommended.

The place is super fancy and... "corporate". Employees are a bit on the sluggish side but they get the job done.
It's a general investment company with very high level experienced staff. They do invest in many projects biggest or medium projects. Their way of dealing with the clients is very flexible with knowledgeable staff qualified for such fields. Do not hesitate when you have plan or looking for investment to visit them at alghurair center office.
