It is a scam don’t fall for it. We got the tickets for 500aed on New Year’s eve. Food was complete trash. Also the burj view was too far, it was like a size of a pen cap. 1 star for the dance that people did. that’s it.

If there’s one service provider that truly disappoints in Dubai, it’s the Dhow Cruise.
Let’s start at the beginning. In a world where cashless transactions are the norm, they shockingly charge an additional 5% for card payments—even in a city as advanced as Dubai. Adding to this, they lack proper infrastructure at the port. Instead of having a counter or sales center, their representatives conduct transactions manually, often while sitting on stairs.
The experience they sell versus what they deliver is worlds apart. You might pay for a two-hour package, but the actual trip lasts only 63 minutes. They start late, finish early, and leave you feeling short-changed.
As for the food, it’s a major letdown. They serve what they call “butter chicken,” which is nothing more than a basic tomato gravy, and their “chicken biryani” is essentially plain pulao. Despite their claims of serving world-class cuisine suitable for all nationalities, the food was far from fresh and left much to be desired.
To make matters worse, instead of taking constructive criticism and using it to improve, they respond by pressuring you to book expensive private trips. This approach is not only unprofessional but also exploitative.
Overall, the experience was pathetic and subpar. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this service to any friends or family visiting Dubai.

Absolutely stunning experience on the Dubai Dhow Cruise! The traditional wooden boat offers a unique way to explore Dubai's waterways, with breathtaking views of iconic landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Marina skyline. The evening cruise includes a delicious buffet dinner with a variety of options, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Live entertainment adds a special touch to the night. The ambiance is perfect for both couples and families, making it a memorable outing. Highly recommend this cruise for anyone wanting to see Dubai from a different perspective!
When we booked the cruise with our wonderful concierge Adele at the NH Collection we didn’t quite know what to expect as we had said we wanted something with entertainment but nothing boom boom and we got exactly that ! The food was amazing it was Indian which happens to be my favourite food it was buffet style which you could have as much as you wanted it was delicious , the entertainment was exhilarating that I even got up to dance, we made quite a lot of new friends from all over the world
Absolutely terrible from start to finish. They were late departing (Deira), as they just wanted to keep filling seats without any regard for prebooked customers who were sitting on the sweltering hot dhow! Then the boat moved to the middle of the river and just floated there without moving and when it did move, the passengers werent even aware as one person asked the crew member when we would start, who replied "we are moving". My children who are learning to swim said they could swim faster than this boat. The crew were very unhelpful and please dont pay extra to sit on top deck as people moved around freely despite having allocated seats. The food was inedible and the drinks were served in plastic cups rather than cans or bottles. I sincerely was expecting much from this cruise for the money I paid, but this was even worse than my very low expectations. I have to add that the "entertainment" was a guy literally didnt have space to swing a cat.
Update- After informing the staff about the bad service they started yelling and fighting with us.

Horriible experience! Shouting on ladies - The food was rotten no welcome drinks, No music and charged me extra to Sit on deck- Hardly 3 4 guys on dhow The trip was for only 1HR they started at 7.30 ended at 8.40. On arrival i chased them but they started shouting on my wife and mom ! They don't know how to talk " Don't waste your money 🙏 They won't provide you any information prior !! Stay away

The service is topnotch. Staff is super friendly and sweet. Just the food is not so great but overall a great experience. The performance was also a must-watch. Must visit.

The ship left the dock at 9:30PM. They are starting to accept people from 8:00PM. We embarked the ship at 8:30PM so we waited for 1 hour before it sailed. The cruise ends at 11:00PM, so it was a total of 1.5 hours on board.

This was really very nice place and I had a very good time with my loved one,only one disappointment what I felt is food option was very less may be they can give some more option of foods in the buffet if it is there it will be great and if you are taking show crude the liquor will be addition cost Apart from the cost what you are going to book for the table,the music show was really very nice.
It was very good evening, we enjoyed very much. Food was great, music was what we asked. Many thanks to Sharn, who was very friendly and polite for us.
Wonderful trip with an excellent captain ganesh and hariharan, palani, also caught fishes, boat were seamaster 1 so nice, highly recommend to anyone!

Hopping on the Skygaze/Ocean Express was a beautiful experience with family and friends. The onboard itinerary was awesome, whether we talk about preboarding coordination, food or the onboard entertainment, everything was amazing.
One thing I specially liked was the Team members mingled and interacted with entire guest and I saw everyone (including young and old ) was dancing and enjoying the trip, we forgot all our day today Work pressure and danced in the rhythm. They are exceptional crowed pullers, we made our beautiful memories dancing with our loved ones in the mesmerizing skyline of Dubai Marina.

It was a great experience. A little boring in the start because they did not play music in the first hour. I asked them to turn on the music as every other ship was playing but they said it is not allowed. Later they played loud music which we enjoyed a lot. A dance performance show was good by some Turkish dancer.
Fantastic experience with amazing sights around the Burj Al Arab and Palm area to celebrate my son’s 10th Birthday. Friendly and helpful staff who looked after us and made us feel safe. Great to jump in from the boat and have fun in the sea! Would definitely use this company again. Thank you!

Save your money or at least don’t spend it on MSC cruises, literally the biggest hustle of my life, i wasn’t satisfied at all even if I for example paid for a high grade cabin they gave me the worst cabin and that’s only for the top of iceberg. Zero costumer service and I spend almost 2300 dollars for absolutely nothing. No MSC cruise ever again.
What an experience! Definitely recommend to do as a tourist, they provide food n soft drinks and take you around marina area, other dance and entertainment acidity ate carried within the cruise. Do book the seats at the top only that gives you a great view throughout. Ask them in advance about seats and areas they will cover during the ride.

Service is bad: some staff at the reception and in restaurants is unenlightened. One receptionist sent us 2 times to the wrong direction to our cabin, a bottle of wine ordered via room service was delivered after 40 minutes and after 3 reminding calls. Also, the entertainment at the ship has is unusful: they have a mini golf but only 3 golf balls, for example. Need to add that after you step on the board, MSC cruises will try to charge you for everything: like you need to buy wi fi for accessing restaurants or room service menu.
This is our first Dubai tour and very first evening we have cruise visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and with delicious quality. Moreover the cruise manager Ms Maira of Oberoi cruise was very active and informative during our stay at cruise. Amazing time! We felt true luxury booking with them. Excellent Captain, easy process and amazing service. Brought sushi and they asked us if they could serve us. Took our photos. We would highly recommend!

Definitely a big NOOOO 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 from service, to food, to facility, to staff, ❌❌❌ unfortunately, a waste of money and time. 😔 Paid extra for upper deck that ends up going down as there’s no food upstairs. With regards to food, 🥴🥴🥴 only rice is 2/10 the rest are -10 / 10 , they are even hiding the kebab that taste like liver spread. Sorry guys, but nothing good to say. Maybe only the one who performed did his job tonight.

Had an excellent experience in the Master yacht organized to celebrate our 20th anniversary with our friends group. It was a bit windy on that day, but captain Ganesh still managed to take us around in a safe and enjoyable way. The yacht was large and had spacious seating arrangement on the top. Organized sumptuous dinner buffet through an external caterer. Overall the crew were quite helpful and supportive. We had the best celebration with our friends gang, and have created a lot of lovely memories on our special day!!!
Great experience. Nice way to start your Dubai trip. Relaxing view of the entire sky line of Dubai at night. Good hospitality and food. Drinks are also served on payment. It is of 2-3 hours duration and generally covers half of the palm Jumeira island through sea. We had a great time with the Deep sea adventures. Aisha -2 floating restaurant. The shows on the cruise were nice and music was to our liking. Perfect way to start the new year.
One of the worst experience I had at New Year Eve !! very Expensive ticket , 150 Dhs per person and very very bad food. The food is not varied and it is just biryani Chickens. even taste not good and there are no other types. It was a bad experience.

We have booked highlights of Europe through Travtips and had wonderful experience through the entire trip of 11N12D. No any other tourism can provide such affordable price with so much of inclusions in your itinerary. It was first time experience with Travtips. We enjoyed a lot. The entire itinerary was veer planned and executed as well. On our arrival at FCO airport, we met their representative Ms. Nayomi Bora. I must say she was a wonderful guide and very professional and well behaved at all the times. She dealt with all the situations in a very polite and humble manner. There were times that we were late and not reporting on time, but at all times she managed the situations very calmly. And most importantly., she was very friendly with kids as well. Highly recommended Travtips and Ms. Nayomi as their travel representative. I am also adding a group pic to cherish these moments life time
I really don't understand the negative reviews this cruise ship received from some, this is our fourth cruise, one from USA, one from Barcelona and third was from venice and this fourth was our first MSC cruise line, and to be honest it was a good experience, some reviewers based their whole experience because of a bad attitude by some helpers or passengers and I totally understand that but people remember their are hundreds of people on the ship who are trying their best to make your trip comfortable and safe let us not forget this fact, yes the buffet line gets crowded during peak time and yes selfish people cuts in the line ( but these were passengers and the ship can't be responsible for these bad behavior), on the other hand, there are restaurants where you can sit enjoy a three to four course meal with first class service, housekeeping who cleans your room twice a day and ready to provide for you extra pillows or towels or whatever on the spot, an excellent entertaining team who provides great shows for you, a well maintained and organized ship from the time you hand them your luggage at the beginning of your trip where it will be delivered outside your room, to the time when you receive your luggage at the port speaking of the ports in Dubai and later on in Abu Dhabi a first class experience by the local authorities and beautiful ports facilities indeed.

Been out a couple times with these guys. Always had fun and caught fish. I recommend Captain Ruben, a very pleasant gentleman from the Philippines who knows what to throw where to get the bite on. This trip we got a grouper, 3 trevaly, and probably 20 queenfish. Last time got a shark and a dozen barracuda. Good fun.
We went for a morning trip today, although it is not the season now we were lucky to have Jonathan as the captain who moved around and had good catch. The boat was clean and cozy and would definitely go again when the season starts.
My experience with this fishing company was not what I expected. I had paid a significant amount for a fishing trip, only to discover upon arrival that it wasn't the right season for fishing. I wish they informed me about this issue in advance, to avoid wasting

We arrived at Dubai Marina with high hopes and boarded the boat at around 6:20 AM, filled with excitement for the adventure ahead. As we sailed for an hour away from the shore, our anticipation was palpable. However, our optimism quickly turned into frustration as we spent more than an hour attempting to catch anything, only to return empty-handed.
When we approached the captain to inquire about our dismal luck, he reluctantly revealed that it wasn't the fishing season, and our chances of success were slim. Despite his commendable efforts to relocate us to three different spots at sea, our fishing expedition remained fruitless.
What added to our disappointment was our subsequent communication with the booking office. We sought answers as to why we hadn't been informed about the unfavorable fishing conditions in advance. Their response was far from satisfactory, leaving us with the impression that they were trying to evade responsibility. To make matters worse, they adamantly refused to offer any form of discount or compensation, leaving us with no choice but to pay the full amount.
In my view, this lack of transparency and the apparent misrepresentation of the fishing conditions amount to a form of deception. And with our tour manager Niyoma bora has been the best of the best tour guid & manager has taken care of each and everything that any person would need to travel and to be safe and secure in the journey, it didn’t feel like a journey taken with unknown people to be very honest it had the feeling where I was traveling with my family members and we are all having fun getting to know new things have experiences which shall be remembered. Niyoma bora is has set a very high stranded and is very righteous person it is just very admirable that a lady of her kind is working so hard to mainatianand be a well established tour manager.

The tour manager Mr. Rajesh Ghosh was great at keeping everyone on time and informed throughout the trip (with a few dad jokes here and there). The expert historian Mr. Rajesh Ghosh was very knowledgeable in my opinion, one of the reasons that makes this tour so great. he had an incredible attitude the entire time and were very accommodating to everyone's different needs. All of the hotels we stayed at were top tier and the food was very good with dinner every night and a large buffet breakfast every morning (with coffee!). The material is heavy but Mr. Rajesh Ghosh best to allow you time to reflect as well as break up the "harder" parts. It is great to get to meet a group of people who all share the same interest as well. One item I would stress is that there is a lot of walking in this tour and to make sure you can walk in the outdoor elements on uneven surfaces for long periods of time as well as in a short amount of time. I am capable of these things but even with good shoes my feet would be hurting after the long days and even sometimes by mid-day. I spent some of my time in the bus memorizing these phrases and the people appeared to be very great full . I highly recommend this tour with Mr. Rajesh Ghosh and will likely some day go back to some of these sites to spend additional time at them and thanks Travtips to make all the travel documents to make easy trip of Europe..

Trip to Europe for 10days was excellent. Our trip manager was Mrs. Niyoma Bora and she managed the trip very well and was supportive when any personal concerns arised .. Ramakrishnan from sales assisted our tailor made plans and was very supportive..Mr. Ravi from home office also guided the plan and solved other issues...we travelled from Oman.
We had taken the Swiss Germany Paris tour with TravTips and it has been the most memorable family holiday till date! Right from the choice of hotels, dinners, tours to all the attractions were so well planned and organized. Big shout-out to our tour manager Sameer Shah without whom this holiday would not have been so memorable. Always cheerful and smiling, taking care of all our requirements, flexible and making sure everything was well taken care of always. Will definitely recommend this tour and specially with our Sameer Bhai.
Quad biking was really good however I recommend to check the quality of the quality of quadbike before starting it.

I recently booked the Oberoi Dhow Cruise for my family function and it was an experience to remember. The views were breath-taking and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, cruise was delayed by 45 minutes, but we were still able to enjoy everything in its entirety. Despite the delay, I would highly recommend the Oberoi Dhow Cruise - they made sure that we had a wonderful time!

Food was average , until you go to a reserved prior restaurants. For dinner , was difficult to find a table for 8 people, every single time we needed to come later then regular sitting and wait for a manager to find empty table for us.
Otherwise, just a few shows . I found interesting only one.

This MSC Cruise Line has a New Ship in 🐪Dubai.We went to explore the New World 🚢 Ship,The Port Authority is busy with Customers. The port employees handling the luggage are friendly 😊!! The MSC port employees are New !’ We have a check in time, but the Waiting was longer than Normal. The Port Employees Didn’t have a Elderly,Handicapped line😞.Customers have to have passports and tickets to be processed,but some employees were Rude.Our wait was 3 hours to complete our transaction.We have been on this Cruise Line for YEARS!! Once on the ship I encountered employees who Needed More training. UNBELIEVABLE 🥹The Customer Service was RUDE when we Needed our internet fixed ..We had to wait to See the Shows the staff didn’t let i us enter( Prejudice) during times.UNBELIEVABLE Rude!! The only person that treated us like customers was our waiter in the Dining Room…Some employees would avoid us when ordering drinks..While inside the Casino a Fight broke out and it took Security 25 minutes to come. UNFORTUNATELY!!We spent💰thousands 💸 to visit this Country and get on Our Cruise. We Waited 8 months until this Ship was built .We will Not be traveling Out of the States !!What Happened to RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, And ACCOUNTABILITY 🤷♂️🤷♀️Our experience Should have been Memorable but Our Holiday Trip. . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE On This 7 Days Cruise Ship!!We weren’t Use to begin Treated like We Didn’t Belong There. The Company will Be informed about this Matter 😠 Save Your Money and Time and yourself some Headaches

Be aware of the package you book with the companies . They will say it’s a vip package but when they pick u up , u ll have to share with multiple people . They will drop u in the desert to have an experience of your own and they go for multiple pick ups . So have a full clarity on this .

Worst experience ever. Maybe they had a bad day but everything was a mess. Delayed start, very bad food service and bad management - ran out of plates, ran out of food, no restocking of dishes, no order of service. Went for food at 9 and was denied service saying it’s not open yet but everyone just grabbed a plate and started eating. It was a literal food fight within 15 mins.
Cruises I have to say are not for me. But the staff made this place special and so lovely to see so many nationalities working and connecting together. If cruises area your thing go for these guys 😎
Put off by cheapster tricks by the safari people. Driver picked us up from home but drove at 60 km/hr to save petrol. We spent an hour going and 90 minutes coming back. Then the car had a flat tire and driver took an hour to repair it while we waited doing nothing. Replacing the tire should not take more than 10 minutes. Dune bashing ended in 15 minutes and mostly done on flat land. Buffet had 10 salads, 5 lintels, 5 rice dishes. And someone outside the buffet tent was handing out 1 chicken leg and 1 kabob at a time. It took me 5 trips to complete my dinner. One would expect arabian food in a desert safari, not pakistani kabobs. Drinks were limited and time restricted. Almost everything was an upgrade and required extra money. Thoroughly a bad taste at the end.

I have been fishing for over 3 years in Dubai and normally book a cheaper boat at 1200AED with a different company. This time I thought I would try a more premium service - yes everything was fine on the day, however this boat did not have fishfinder on it and we caught less than regular because of the captain not having fishfinder so having to guess at good fishing spots.
In summary, it was a good morning of fishing; however I will be sticking to our 1200AED boat instead which has just as qualified fisherman and has fishfinder. I don't think the extra 300AED is justified.

A wonderful experience. Had really good programs outlined as well as the seating. The food had good varieties as well. The staff and crew are always there to cater to our needs. Had an awesome time overall. The dance variants area treat to the eyes
We had a great fishing day with Nanche.very helpful when we booked the tour and had a lots of questions. He was willing to adjust the schedule to meet our needs. The boat is very clean and comfortable, it also has an fairly easy acess (there was a grandmother with bad knees in our group). The boat ride was safe. The crew really wanted us to have a good catch, and they did their best and beyond so that everybody in our group was pleased. I recommend this tour for families with or without fishing experience. We took a private yatch/boat for about 4 hours in the afternoon to Maya island and Dolphin island and returned to Abu Dhabi for the sunset.
I must say everything was fantastic. The boat was brand new and the driver was very friendly and made sure we were happy with everything. They had soft drinks and water on board and also a great music system so we could play out músic.
The trip to Maya island is beautiful if you want to get out into something quieter, away from big fancy hotels. We swam, had some snacks on the beach and just enjoyed peace and family fun.
It was the perfect afternoon outing with a small child and family. Will certainly be using them again and recommending to friends.
By the way, communication was very professional and everything was delivered as promised!

Great safari trip. We went 4 adults and 4 kids, but we mentioned no sand bashing. There had to be obviously but it was the right amount ! We saw camels, we had a desert storm, we had music and shows, food and drinks etc ... great evening !
Very nice place for boat rental on hourly and day basis. You check captains number from attached pictures. Rents are slightly negotiable. Beautiful clean water and perfect seaview and city view from here.
This place is like if you do not go there you missed the fun of the cruise and we went in ramadan so we got iftar and there was a lot of food and was really tasty so the was no dance but it was fine because there were naat being prayed that is why it was fine.
First of this place is very beautiful to spend time. you will find there some restaurants for eating. also good place for walking. parks is there. also big parking is there. And this is the station of Dhow on which you can go for dhow dinner. You can book there on the spot. or you can book it before boarding also. They give dinner include that prices. which will b Buffett. In last this area is beautiful with canal views and good for go dhow dinner.

The boat was nice, there was a large open area at the front for casting and jigging but I definitely don’t recommend more than 4 active anglers onboard at a time despite the capacity of 6. The washroom is very helpful on a long trip and the crew were quite friendly. Ruben is very knowledgeable about local spots!

Good food on a ferry. The experience is just great. Would be better if you sit on the top deck of the boat. Be mindful of Dubai's heat though.

Great views of skyscrapers, the creek and lovely landscapea on both sides during Marina dhow cruise. Dubai eye is at verge of completion and would be an added attraction in near future.
Not as briefed to us before purchase... Though we got some discount by driving to the starting point from Dubai. For which we thank the organizer however would highlight the following. Staff was completely disconnected from us as a customer they were calling cards rather than attending customers. There is no briefing on schedules and what do where. You are left in the tent to find out what's in your package and what's not. Didnt see any sign of sand boarding neither someone asked us, it was part of the package. Thetorcycle guy argued with us on sharing whereas organizer mentioned that there is no issue if we share it since with small children they are not interested in a 20 min ride. Small ordinary bikes are free as part of package. The big and real ones require extra amount. Camel ride is just camel standing and taking three steps and sitting down their are other ppl there charging for real service i.e. if u need a considerable camel ride u need to pay extra. Sheesha hooka is only available in the corner. If u need it on your table u need to pay extra. Timings of events and departure time is not communicated soon after dinner at 7 pm u have to leave. Snacks were finished by the time we entered the tent. Soft drinks are the likes of brands not the actuals. Keep extra cash above the tour price as for every real thing that u need a piece of mind extra amount need to be paid.

The evening desert safari tour was good as always. I have booked now at least 3 times with you, and it is always fabulous. The dune bashing is like a rollercoaster, the camel farm is always a cute moment, and the camp with the camel ride, sand boarding, nice food and belly dancer is nice and relaxed. Even for vegetarians, there is sufficient to eat I always hear from my friends. An absolute highlight for all my friends who visit Abu Dhabi.
It was just fabulous. I can say my best day in Abu Dhabi. The driver was excellent , he made the sand bashing more exciting. Food, belly dance etc was superb . My friends have gone desert safari before but according to them this one was the best. I just enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you nuzhat travels for this wonderful experience. It was a good experience as compared to my previous desert safaris. The driver came to pick us exactly on time and well behaved. Everything was well planned and executed. Food was excellent as well as the Entertainment. I would like to recommend it.

First, we would like to commend the expert drivers who made the dune bashing ride thrilling albeit scary. From pick up to drop off--they were simply awesome!! Next, were the helpful and pleasant staff at the camp who took care of us and made the whole experience unforgettable. The manager/contact persons were very accomodating and amazing as well. Food was really superb and drinks unlimited. You get what you paid for and more. The package together with sand boarding, camel ride/farm visit, henna tattoing, etc were cool. Our kids enjoyed a lot--our family had so much fun and will recommend it highly to our other friends and family.

A very well organised safari. We had arranged for 4 cars to collect us. They were all early which was fantastic. One of my staff needed to transfer his children's car seats to the safari car. The staff were most accommodating. A well priced safari and I would definitely recommend it to colleagues and friends.
