Availability of Pakistani products is very good.

The manager Sunil (karama branch) is worst customer service, not even helping/consider the customer for the delivery. Even when you talked to him, he’s not listening he’d rather chatting on his mobile. And even i got the answered from him like his ignoring me. Unprofessional! Please.. Act like a manager!

Worst customer service from the staff and fish counter guy doesn’t know how to clean or cut fish. Manager is least bothered about service and doesn’t take any action. Better to close down the shop.

I always choose this branch particularly, bec i always shop during midnight, so i feel the whole place is mine, and the stuff is very assistive even the manager in charge at midnight. I always love the promotions and the selections of different items whether its for my personal grooming, toiletries, and especially Filipino items which is rarely to find in some places. Kudos to the whole team of West Zone!
It was a good experience, for the customer service is very satisfactory and the store is organize. Aside from being near from my place, it is also accessible with a good ambiance once go inside the store itself. For sure I will be recommending it to all my friends, for them to experience also the West Zone Supermarket kind of customer service and the retail experience beyond comparison.

Best baqala in abu dhabi electra street, best services, good customers service.
