Always a good service specially from the fish section. 2 staffs named Sawarab and Sardik are always with nice smiles. Very helpful to customers. Thank you for being exceptional.

Staff here is overattitude behaviour is not good at all. Specially LADY cashier indian back side enterance counter is worst behaviour she cannot respect customers .we are customers not we are not her employees to behave this rude.atleast you prople are hire the polite and good trained person ic she is not trained please make her train .i am not satisfied bh this service and behaviour i cannot apologies atall and I WOULD NOT SUGGEST EVERYONE TO VISIT THIS LOCATION AT ALL.THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE IN THIS WESTZONE . in this same location there is diffeent super markets choitram alkhayam DAY2DAY HYPER MARKET AND ALL PLEASE VISIT those hyper markets coz they treat v polite to customers they all respect customers
This baniyas square of westzone branch is v worst branch .there is v worse bad smell in fruit and vehicle sections.and regarding service staff is not responding.staff are not avilable and helpful in this location .this is at 2:00pm i visited here now .specially ths lady staff at back side enterance cashire she is v worst and rude behaviour .she need to respect customers .she is terrible she is acting like we are working for her .I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS SUPERMARKET ANY MORE RATHER THAN THIS LOCATION BECAUSE IN ONE LOCATION THE RESULT IS THIS THEN WHY TO VISIT OTHER STORES.i suggest please VISIT HERE NEAR BY MANY 4-5 supermarkets the respect customers staffs are v helpful this is my personal experience
I buy the buko pandan salad the taste is not good and totally dry the smell is not good the quality is low and i buy avocados also which is expired already
