It was really nice staying at this apartment. It was really clean, and very well maintained. The process of moving in and out was also very smooth. We were helped by Arun, he was really helpful. Highly recommended.

I am writing to confirm what they claim to , responsible host. A friend stayed at one of their homes sometime back and was very happy with overall experience. Last night , fate brought me in contact with them which reaffirmed Ahlans commitment.

We have been renting the same apartment in this company for two visits. All documentation was done quickly and clearly. Many thanks to our agent Chakib! In the apartment itself, all issues that arose were resolved instantly. One evening, our water heater started leaking. So the next morning we already had a new one installed. Chakib responds quickly and efficiently to all customer requests and does not leave clients alone facing problems. I'm certain that the next time we come I'll call that guy the first.

And thirdly, they kick you out of the apartment before the check out time.

We booked an apartment from here for the winter holidays. The apartment was really big with awesome view and a huge balcony.
We got some problems with bathrooms, but they weren’t critical. Also we had an issue with the microwave, but it was solved in 2 days. Overall score for me is 4,9/5. Thanks to Mr. Arun for helping with check-in and microwave as well!

Do not use this company. 2 days before we were due to fly to Dubai we received a text cancelling an airbnb booking we had made months ago. No reason was given and the landlord refused to take our calls. We complained to Be Our guest who said that they would investigate and call us back ; they have not called us back and airbnb say that they can do nothing.

We were in a very bad situation we have to find urgently a house in a very short time. LJ at Deluxe holiday homes were very responsive and found us quickly a house. They are highly professional. Best moments I had shared during my stay there, It was memorable. Very good and comfortable for kids also. Apartment ambiance and cleaning was fabulous. smooth check-in process. In order to give myself more time while organising the payment and to make a decision, the woman I was in contact with asked for an AED 8,000 deposit just to remove the listing so I don’t lose the apartment.
The communication over the phone got even more sketchy, the price was one thing then it was another thing. Always changing. First there was an 10% deposit required, then there was no deposit and the apartment is much cheaper.

Location and price very good
Stayed at their apartment for several nights, had an amazing experience. The apartment is completely new and very nicely renovated large beds, comfortable mattresses, a beautiful and well-lit bathroom, new kitchen, new windows, quiet. Everything was just perfect! Hafiz is a very, very nice and helpful host! We highly recommend this service.
There were paranormal activities in the house. Three different people experienced in three different rooms.

Stayed here for a special occasion. From the moment we checked in staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had an exceptional view. Took a nap in the afternoon and woke up to seeing the beautiful sunset through the window, what a villa on a beach. Saad manager was super courteous.

I used this real estate company to find an apartment in August and they really surprised me with flexibility that they had over the contract negotiation, everything what I asked was amended. Although all the issues that were with the apartment are fixed, so I am quite satisfied.
My agent was Ali and after handover I’ve been in contact with Merracquel to resolve all the issues. Both of them are professional and since 2018 it’s honestly the first time when I am satisfied with the real estate company.
Hopefully the same opinion I will have about the company when I leave the UAE and handover the apartment 🙂

Amazing stay at Sunrise Bay, what a view! All of Dubai at your feet from 25 floors high. Apartment was in excellent condition with all amenities and close to major attractions. Will definitely book again!
The apartment was good and in check in we were contacted by Adel which he made everything smooth. our only problem was with the access card which took 7days out of our 10 to receive it. They keep telling us they sent an email everyday and when we go to reception there’s nothing! And the same circle goes on every single day! Till we sent an email then we finally got it. During the checkout we got Shabahir and he was such a great person honestly which made our last day special seeing someone from the team with much care.

We stayed here for a month at 151 Residences Al Satwa. We made the reservation through KeysPlease. The apartment was fantastic. It was clean and had plenty of furniture and appliances, everything necessary for comfortable living.
But most importantly, the attitude of the KeysPlease staff was incredible! They were all understanding and accommodating, always willing to help solve any problems. They were very responsive and friendly. They all had a great rapport with each other, as well as with the security and management. Adel is a very professional and comforting agent at Deluxe. He ensured I had a good and comfortable stay. He even checked everything beforehand to ensure it was a smooth check in.
Overall it's been peaceful. The locality is a little far from the nearby supermarket and definitely far from the metro but the flat is very very comfortable.
My only issue was with the customer support delays on helping out with some services in the flat. But overall, it's been good so far. Good choice for a long term stay.

Good place for families, kids can enjoy at the playing area, the pool is nice and covered (high privacy), only the kitchen missed some cooking tools.. the owner was too cooperative that they bought the needed cooking tools directly & send it to us

Very rude and illiterate. I was on a visit with my agent to see an apartment. He had spoken in unacceptable manner. If security staff is so rude God knows how the management would be. I left the building as I prefer niceness over money.

I stayed at the Hayat Boulevard Apartment Building 2A and to be honest, I loved it there. The apartment had everything from free Wi-Fi and a huge smart TV to its own washer and dryer. I was very impressed by how well the apartment was maintained and how big it was. I never used the tub but it was very big as well. The gentleman that helped me, Rashid, was very nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. My spouse was also in contact with the office a lady called Marvic and Cynthia or Cindy I believe, and they were helpful also. All and all, I didn’t wanted to go but, I had to return to my home country. I was very satisfied with the results of my stay and I hope that I can return to visit again soon. Very good option for families, excellent privacy, nice pool and big villa, Kitchen not very clean and location is not for outdoor activities. Two days are more than enough for the kids.
Recently I visited dubai. We rented the apartment from BE OUR GUEST. The location was great, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay was the staff & the service provided. Mr. Zaid assisted us, he was very helpful and generous with his time and advice.
Building is very good and very clean but they're security boys which on the receptions he's behaviour is not good . When someone residence of blue Tower will say you to keep my delivery on the reception I am out my house.so you will call them he will talk with security boy. but after that also .security boys will saying you we can't keep it here . 😩

A beautiful Apartment with the most beautiful views of The Beach @JBR all the way to Burj Al Arab hotel and the Palm Jumairah Island, Blue Water Island and Eye of Dubai. Walking distant to all attraction of the beach restaurants and Dubai marina. The building is very new and has resort level facilities like infinity pools and gym with full sea view and Eye of Dubai and The Address beach resort. All bedrooms has full Sea view and the most amazing sunset view. The host is very attentive to all guest needs and requirements.The Apartment is very new and modern luxury. For my anniversary I booked a home with Outlook Holiday Homes. My wife and I just finished a week-long stay for our anniversary. We absolutely loved this cozy cabin with absolutely stunning views. It really was the perfect spot – quiet and relatively secluded, but still close enough to plenty of day trips. This is certainly on our list of ‘must return someday’ places. We would love to come back!
We loved this wonderfully clean and well-maintained home! The interior was very pretty and it made you feel right at home. Best of all we loved the new kitchen with all the important appliances. Very clean and accommodating. I appreciated the great price and perfectly clean and well-equipped accommodation. My girls especially liked the loft and the tire swing outback. The pictures of the home online don’t do it justice and that was a very pleasant surprise! Best sleep on vacation I ever got thanks to some very comfy mattresses! The pool and tennis courts on the premises are first rates and the beautifully quiet woods surrounding the condo were very calming. I hope to return again next year. What an enormous and beautiful home – we were astounded by its size. We had a fairly large group and there was an unbelievable amount of room. The indoor pool and whirlpool were large and well kept, and the kids could swim whether it was raining or not. There was plenty of dining space, two kitchen areas, beautiful views, huge bedrooms, exercise equipment, two washers, and dryers, and we were only a couple of minutes to town and the beach area. The place is very far, but very nice l, clean and all resources are available at that spot. Restaurant and Baqala and orders are all available. The villa requires maintenance from door handles, Air Conditioners and others. The swimming Pool Water must be replaced and filtration system must be installed.

One of the best buildings in dubai i have ever seen. 70 story beautifully maintained residential building . The view is just amazing. And nice swimming pool and jogging track inside the building.
