I've described the rooms in more detail below, but the resort itself was wonderful. We had access to several restaurants and bars with one literally across the way from our apartment. There were several swimming pools as well our own and access to a sheltered beach by the sea.
Access to different parts of the resort was enabled by chauffered buggies that were only a phone call away. Valet parking was provided although we discovered late on that we could have parked very close to our apartment. Overall service was very good and very attentive.
A wide range of food was available at breakfast with an almost travel brochure view out over the sea. Food in the restaurants at other times was also very good.
There are some excellent brand new local shopping malls with a good range of shops and restaurants for trips out. You don't have to travel to Dubai although obviously the biggest shopping mall is there and there are other attractions such as the Museum of the Future.
A lot of superlatives and overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They are very attentive to families with kids and are very helpful.
The room that I stayed could have better maintenance but it was comfortable and very clean.
I booked two bedrooms and we got separated, it was explained to me that they were fully booked and since I did the online check in they could not change them for me.
So my tip is, do not use the app to check in for your rooms.
The food in all the outlets was very good and there was a lot of choices available.
They need to change the salt shakers though.
Overall very positive experience and if you ever need a staycation I strongly recommend it.

This place is fabulous . Had a 2 night stay with breakfast at family sea view beach access villa. Great hospitality. The room was awesome. Had privacy, best for kids. Breakfast had variety of cuisines like international, Indian, Arabic. Everything tastes delicious. Swimming pool was good. A must place to stay. Rooms are fully booked so book your rooms before you visit because you won't be able to get room if you go direct without booking. Rooms are so much in demand. 👌
It was a good start. Staff is friendly and polite. The pools are nice and the beach as well. We enjoyed it until we were disappointed once when they charged us for mango and orange juice drinks at dinner that are supposed to be included with the fees already charged and second at checkout when they wanted to charge us for a bill we didn’t order. They made us wait until they confirmed from their side knowing that we checked in at around the same time that order was made. It was quite disappointing.
The experience was excellent, my kids loved the place and all the facilities , specially the pool areas and the kids garden ,The kids move night was fantastic also , we spent the whole day in the hotel .
The breakfast was amazing too, the food was delicious and too many options to eat.

Loved our stay, the swimming pools are the highlight to spend all afternoon and evening. There is a bar within one of the pools and adds flavour to the pool experience. Awesome beach side great for an early morning walk. A great selection of flowering plants gives an awesome tropical experience.

-Fans AC need to be operative at the main door for the valet team. They seem to be sweating and doing an amazing job at this hot weather.
-Pillows and some furniture needs to be updated. Like locker and all.

Fancy place and very good location , very nice rooms and decorations , I changed my regular reservation in other hotel to be here and every visit to Abu Dhabi I will reserve here
We spent a few days here and really loved it, but Abu Dhabi at this time of the year is VERY hot. The hotel was a very welcoming respite from the heat. Found the staff and concierge very helpful, with everything so clean. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the shower 🚿 was awesome. Overall worth it and recommend wholeheartedly for a family holiday.

The food was exceptional, and the customer service provided by Ms. Annisa, Nilam, Jithu, Nishant, Topnath, Irene, and Deb were truly outstanding. The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making my mother's birthday celebration even more special. Special thanks to chefs Mohan, Sujit, Pritish, Ramesh, Vinod, and Nuwan for crafting such delectable dishes. Every bite was a delight, and the attention to detail in every aspect was evident. I highly recommend Marriot Al Forsan to anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience and a perfect place to celebrate special occasions. We made a reservation for their King Suite for a two-night stay from August 4th to 6th, which included breakfast and dinner. Despite the spaciousness of the room, we encountered an issue as they initially only permitted accommodation for two adults and one child. After discussing the matter, we ultimately had to pay an additional fee for the third person's meals.
Upon arrival, we were assigned a room quite distant from the elevator and situated near an ongoing construction site, resulting in disruptive noise. Following our complaint, the hotel relocated us to another room in closer proximity to the elevator. However, this room had issues with faulty lighting and electrical outlets, which led us to lodge another complaint.
In response to our concerns, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a presidential suite. Although this new room was expansive and appealing, it too had its drawbacks. We encountered a clogged toilet and a malfunctioning telephone, necessitating the use of our personal mobile phones to contact the hotel's room service. This series of incidents significantly impacted our overall experience, especially considering it was our first time staying at a Marriott property. Regrettably, these occurrences left us quite disappointed.
Furthermore, the hotel's appearance gave the impression of being aged and inadequately maintained. While the cuisine itself was enjoyable, the presentation left something to be desired. On a positive note, I greatly appreciated the size and spaciousness of the pool area, offering ample room for movement. The staff members were attentive and amiable, contributing positively to our stay.
Ultimately, the hotel failed to provide any distinctive or noteworthy features, causing us to question whether the price we paid was genuinely justified.

Car parking are picky aboutt cars they want to park in thier precious basnent parking. Entrance to facilies are diffecult if you don't have internet on your mobile because the hotel wifi only for guests that they get password to connect. Even if there is people of detrimination they want to enter they will go through hell ( and those people can enter almost everywhere in the UAE free and easy).
I’m so happy to visit brunch at Abu Dhabi highest roof top pool with my friends! We were shocked from such an amazing view from 25th floor and we enjoyed tasty food and delicious drinks as well! Can’t wait to come back here

A disappointing experience that ended quickly. The worst of all was the room. Were were given a room that was odd in size (extremely large empty space without a couch, dining table or even side chairs) since we were not given an upgrade for Bonvoy Platinum although I confirmed their availability, but the room we got had a water pressure issue and we couldn’t sleep well that night due to sounds in the walls. The service at reception was below Marriott standard and despite the confirmation that I will get my points back for the cancelled night, it’s been 18 days and no response from front desk yet (I was told it takes 7 days)
Location is ok, valet service was good considering the number of guests waiting. For the money/points you can get much better at other hotels

Very disappointed. It feels like 3 star hotel. Very dusty and depreciated furniture. Not clean, it feels dusty. The experience was not up to Marriott standard. I did not feel i was in a branded international 5 star hotel, it was very cheap experience.
This is a great hotel! Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are higher end with comfy beds, soft pillows, a desk, TV, mini fridge, and luxury bathroom. My room had a patio that overlooked the neighborhood, only downside is there is limited privacy on the patio from your neighbors.
Housekeeping was attentive to my needs and left the room looking fresh and flawless every day. Waters restocked, everything organized, and clean.
The in-house laundry service was a nice perk! 4 pieces of laundry done free everyday, which was nearly placed in my room every evening.
Breakfast and dinner are by far the best I have had in any hotel. Vast amount of different foods from all cuisines. Delicious!

Room was smelling like it was for smokers before. My bare feet started to stick after standing on the floor. Lights' steering not user friendly and the mini bed lamps for reading give less light than a candle and are very irritating. I had very bad sleeping, 2-3 hours only. A/C couldn't be turned off! You can set the temperature higher but you can't get rid of the air flow. I don't know why I got sore throat. Bedding's and duvet similar to my grandparents' who were very poor people. Mattress toppers??! Duvet was a drama, uncomfortable and definitely not for allergic to down. Toothpaste and brush lowest level ever seen. Shower gel as well. Mini shower handle at the toilet bowl was impossible to remove from the holder. Carpet - pretty old, like majority of equipment. Now positive: excellent breakfast and service
Nice but small pool on the roof. Room equipped with iron and ironing board, universal sockets, very good wi-fi. Strong advantage in the room were automatic curtains.

What a fantastic hotel, has everything and the meals are excellent and filling. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm a member of the Edinburgh Marriott ,so visiting the Marriott hotel in Abu Dhabi was a great experience. If you get the chance to visit the hotel and surroundings, there is so much to see and do

My favorite hotel out of hundreds I've stayed at. Service was exceptional across the board, from the front desk, breakfast service, and the executive lounge. Truly enjoyed my visit and especially appreciated wonderful food and service in the executive lounge. Such nice extra touches as leaving a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday truly make you feel like a valued guest. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
