Dr Hassan and his clinic are excellent. I got my Gynocomastia procedure done in February 2024 having suffered with it for 10 years. Mines was also bilateral grade 3 and 2. I suffered little to no pain after the procedure and was back working after 5 days. Dr Hassan is an excellent doctor and I knew I wanted the surgery performed by him during the consultation. Don’t hesitate to reach out and get his expert opinion. All his staff and nurses were also very helpful and supportive throughout the whole procedure. The clinic is also very welcoming and comfortable. I recommend Hassan Surgery Dubai!

WORSE SEVICE EVER!!!
Done visiting yesterday. I went there to get a check up, so I told to the receptionist that I need to see the doctor because I have a lump in my chest and it’s paining so much. Then the two ladies in the reception they said I have to pay 100AED since I don’t have the insurance. I said it’s ok I’m willing to pay the 100 but I need to see the doctor at least I can have an idea of what that lump in my chest. Anyways the receptionist said that they have a doctor so I was just comfortable that I am going to meet the female doctor because they knew that my concern is about the lamp in my chest. Receptionist knew already that they have a male doctor only but they did not informed me. So when I went inside I was so shocked that they have only a male doctor. He just asked me if what happened on my chest and how many days I’m having the pain. That’s ALL!
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RIGHT HEALTH CLINIC!!!

We been there 3times timings not followed since they are saying ramadan timing we try to come the ramadan timing which is 8am-5pm we are outside since 8am but still closed no staff inside date 19-3-2024

The entire team is friendly , helpful, supportive, and clearly focused on a positive patient experience in Hasan Surgery. The entire team was always open to answering questions and providing as much information as possible.

Recovery was easier than I anticipated and all the follow-up appointments have been easy and helpful. Dr. Hasan met with me during every single appointment and explain the procedure. He is clearly an expert at what he does. He is always available to answer questions. A fantastic experience.

I’m so glad I choose Dr. Hasan for my Cheek fat transfer surgery. I was hesitant before my initial appointment with him but once I made the decision he made me feel so comfortable about the entire procedure. Yesterday was my 2nd Surgery.

Don’t visit here .. worst service.. i took appointment 11:45am but doctor meet me 2:15 even they don’t know how to handle the situation very worst .. the receptionist they wont even respond us properly . They will only tell plz wait plz wait thats it .

I have been a patient to Dr Ashraf Hussein for a few months now and went to German Heart Centre a couple of times.

The receptionists are very kind, efficient and helpful, it is easy to book appointments/follow ups. The place is clean, organized and quiet.

The nurses are great and respectful, they were always so nice and polite. I have only nice things to say.

But I would like to highlight the amazing Dr Ashraf Hussein. My family and I are extremely grateful for his care and professionalism. He made sure I had the best treatment I could as I was very sick with two heart illness and being to the hospital under his care for more than a month. He visited me 6 days a week and was available on his phone 24/7 for anything I needed. Always making sure I understood every test, treatment and procedure, and that I was doing well not only physically but also mentally. Thank you for your dedication Dr Ashraf, any patient under your care is a very lucky one.

I also would like to thank Dr Beate Wild who was a small but significant part during my treatment. She is so compassionate and empathetic, I felt really cared for.

I think Philippine medical Centre keep someone good on the reception two days ago I just visit to the Philippine Medical Centre with my wife and she is so rude with my wife and she is telling to my wife are you sure you are married. show us the proof is that the way that she need to talk with their patient. the second thing there is no gynecologist and then they want us to meet with the general physician

Bad Experience! I really don't recommend it at all. The doctor gave me some medicines but it didn't work. Seems they need more practice to be a professional. They checked me up for only 5 minutes and they will just base on what are you saying. Lack of knowledge. The doctor told me I have anemia and suggested me to drink Vitamin B but after a month when I went to my home country and got checked there's no sign of Anemia.

The place is bad what's worst are the staff they have the ruddest attitude EVER including that female GP they think of themselves as if they are the owner of the place especially the front desk staff except for the male guy they treat people as if uneducated. WORST CLINIC EVER FROM HYGIENE TO THE STAFF 0/10...

Worst service, first time we came because its emergency my friend slept in bathroom, nobody assist. In reception they dont know how to assist the patient what if she alone she cannot write because her right arm injured. PAY FIRST BEFORE CONSULTATION. They telling us to wait but if im not asking nobody assist that you should go there or here. Sorry to tell but for my experience that i saw better to go other clinic. Were unlucky because its ramadan if not i will not bring my friend to this medical center. Worst thing they not inform that their laboratory is in another place.

I didn't expect having service like this. A Staff having Bad attitude and 1hour waiting time, it made me clear having a bad review for the clinic.
