Aalia, one of the corrupted staff in Dubai office given false information and taken the payment. Later when we pointout the mistake..Alia becomes Alien.. not even remembering the commitments promised before the payment and not even trying to discuss this issue with higher management as well staright away refusing the refund request payment taken from me. But I am going to complaint against this cheap act of customer cheating with the respected government authorities.
I have worked with Arjun closely to find an office and the process was seamless and easy. He was very supportive and responsive and we managed to finalize everything in no time.

SCAM ALERT This business will scam you out of your money. They refused to do our companies Ejari. The began construction on the business centre while we were still inside it even refusing access to our staff on certain days. Internet was completely unreliable sometimes not working for days on end. We had to move our business before the end of the tenancy to avoid the headache, inconsistency and frustration with the construction. They DID NOT RETURN DEPOSIT. And this goes for all other tenants as rumours had been going around that AHMED- the head of the company does not refund anyone's deposit. All in all a complete scam you will do well to avoid this company completely

My husband and I recently travelled to South Africa for our summer break. Right from the idea of visiting South Africa, we contacted Utravel as Kareem is a friend of my husband. He was so quick to respond and in no time his colleague Vinoli assisted us with planning out the entire trip. Right from planning the itinerary, to making the bookings of hotel, travel to and form South Africa, internal transfers within SA and visa procedures. Everything was clear and informative. You should not expect the return of security deposit. We were following it up for more than 3 months now and still they haven't returned our security deposit. Several mails and Messages sent - but there were no replies. Ms Mehwish looks very professional and talks business but then disappeared when it comes down to the return of security deposit.

This is a fake company, they hire people on visit visa's in Dubai and take work from them and they terminate their employment with out any notice and information and waste peoples time and money, this company don't have money to even buy a mouse to attach with a laptop and insist their employees to work on cracked versions of software's and produce illegal creative items. Their management is non professional and come to office 2 3 hours late daily and their owner is a very rude and illiterate person who gives abuses to their employees at the time of getting exposed. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

Arjun from the Bisdesk is an absolute charismatic & very helpful guy! I seldom see someone in Dubai with such an amount of commitment in his work, I'm so glad to got in touch in with him! After I applied for an office he immediately reached out to me and asked me very friendly what kind of solution I'm looking for in particular. He listened closely (that's something very few people do in similar areas) and happend to show me 4-5 options in the same week. I very fast decided to go with one of those and can say very comfortably that he's an absolute Top Employee! I'd be glad to have someone like him serving my customers with that kind of competence!
