Terrible company. Arrogant and rude owner. Zero knowledge of new cars. If your car has any cameras or advanced features, they know nothing about it. They keep arguing. It is a scam.
Insurance asked me to take my car and send it to repair in the agency, they blocked my way and threatened me when I tried to leave.

It was recommended by a friend that’s why I went here but I won’t recommend them at all I came to do oil change and they made me blindly set for a 3 hours waiting until I fed up and checked what’s wrong and I was shocked by what I saw these guys emptied my car oil without having an oil in their store and kept my car open for 3 hours without an oil change they are definitely not trustworthy as all these hours gave the break as an excuse trying to minimise my intelligence what a joke they gave me free cleaning and discount for protection as I will be needing that .
I will never come back here again and I recommend everyone to not do so, this is a very honest review.

Excellent customer service and a very well taken care of garage , great experience and they really do know how to handle a customer very well , great presentation of the garage , and regarding personnel Mr. Yaser a very proffessional and polite person he handled the job very well.

Good quality of work. Special thanks to Mr. Yasser for taking care of my car as it was returned to me like its brand new. Well done. I was very satisfied.
Went for a very small issue and the guy over there was extremely honest and helpful. Kept guiding me and clearing my doubts. Good work. Charges were also nominal but after a bit of bargain.
It was a pleasure experience in Exotic to fix may car with a proper inspection and fixing, special thanks to Marina who helped me from the first contact for an appointment till my car is fixed 🙂. The reception decorations and setting area reflect the 5 stars service.

It is one of the best car service shops in Abu Dhabi. I had a great time while waiting for my car to be inspected. They found the issue with my car while others gave me fake information. I will come to them again to fix my car. They have a wonderfull and supportive worker named Marina who took care of me from the beginning. I recomend ship prepare shop if you have any issue with your vehicle. I have a germin vehicle.

I give my car to them for a small body damage one month before.. They fixed it with 10 days... But when I went to take my car the ac was not working, The gear is not fitting properly also the display..
It was very evident that it was their mistake but they never accepted it also they were very rude.
I asked them to repair the issue and if they needed i can pay them extra , but they told they only solve the problem which will cover under insurance …
Now I have to bring my car back and choose another garage to solve the problem,AL TAWOOS created..

Service is questionable. I was told that my bumper would be replaced but its the same old one with a new paint job that only looks good on a sunday when the car is parked away. My car also happens to be missing a charger maybe someone in the staff is charging their phone with it as I write this review.

Noticed my car's shock absorber making noise and leaking oil, so I visited a used spare parts shop in Abu Dhabi. They sent over a skilled technician who replaced it in less than 30 minutes with utmost professionalism. My shock absorber is now working perfectly! Couldn't be happier—more than 110% satisfied. Huge thanks to the mate who sorted it out swiftly! 🚗🛠️

Its my first time in the garage and i am very happy with service that i got. All are approachable and very friendly, the garage is so clean and very relaxing while waiting. They offer you drinks and free wifi. And the prices are very reasonable, definitely will stay with them and invite my friends to come. Very satisfied! 🙏🏻💪🏽💯

It was great experience at the Mechanic garage especially with Raja, he is straightforward, experienced and reliable man. I brought my BMW 535 with a problem shown on dash-board after visiting 2 garages I got a quotation of around AED 8000. But I was lucky to bring my car and have it checked by Raja who immediately knew the problem and found more mechanical related issues some are parts which need replacement after all, he has my car repaired in two day and it was like brand new. More over he kept all the old parts for me to check.
I definitely recommend this garage.

A well-organized garage, I went with my friend to get his car fixed, and they fix the car, with fast service and good communication. We didn't need to pay as he was there before and it's his 2nd time there for the same repair. You can sit at the reception to wait for your car.

Not satisfied with the work. They replaced my transmission and just few days its broken again. According to them it's because of my big tire ( so funny). Then now, my transfer case is leaking because they open it to check, then might not be properly fixed it.

I have never walked out of a Garage so satisfied and comfortable that my vehicle is in the hands of a guy who knows what he is doing.
