Terrible company. Arrogant and rude owner. Zero knowledge of new cars. If your car has any cameras or advanced features, they know nothing about it. They keep arguing. It is a scam.
Insurance asked me to take my car and send it to repair in the agency, they blocked my way and threatened me when I tried to leave.

Dont go to this garage ,Worst garage i have ever seen
I given my car for small bumper damage they made it paint with worst alignment and one light up other light down .
and worst staff i have ever seen its hard to deal with them

I give my car to them for a small body damage one month before.. They fixed it with 10 days... But when I went to take my car the ac was not working, The gear is not fitting properly also the display..

It was very evident that it was their mistake but they never accepted it also they were very rude.

I asked them to repair the issue and if they needed i can pay them extra , but they told they only solve the problem which will cover under insurance …

Now I have to bring my car back and choose another garage to solve the problem,AL TAWOOS created..

🔴🔴PLEASE NEVER GIVE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM IF YOU CARE YOUR MONEY , TIME AND VEHICLE🔴🔴. (I had a loss of about 5000 aed becoz of them)

Service is questionable. I was told that my bumper would be replaced but its the same old one with a new paint job that only looks good on a sunday when the car is parked away. My car also happens to be missing a charger maybe someone in the staff is charging their phone with it as I write this review.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE.
Biggest scammer ever. They work with insurance to get more only and falsify reports. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE.
Many people call the police on them and after I faced the same situation I found out there’s a lot of people having issue with this garage and it’s scammer owner. All the positive reviews are fake by them. STAY AWAY!!!
