Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff member took five minutes to take our order, distracted by other customers. We had to shout the dish name multiple times, and he barely cared to listen. He asked us to repeat our phone number several times, then recorded it and disconnected call without even asking for our address as first time customers.
When we called back to give our address, he was rude, shouted at me for wasting his time, and claimed he couldn’t deliver to us. It was an incredibly frustrating experience with extremely poor service.

Great food Great Ambiance enjoyed the staff service and the great meal would visit again. Prices were very reasonable and adequate.

A week before I went for dinner with my brother , I ordered a " mutton masala curry " It was really bad. There was no Taste, no flavour of Malabar !!

From the looks and reviews, it seemed somewhat upscale place with delicious food. However, I was slightly disappointed, with the main reason being the taste.
The ambience of the restaurant is a bit specific. It's mostly white and gold with the excerpts of design everywhere from the waiters to the table runner to the plates and interior. For my taste though, it was too bright, too much chrome and gold finishing. I think the interior needs revisiting. Upstairs, though smoking, was better, more relaxed.
The service was good. Although, no one came asking how our food was or if we wanted anything else, it was quick and requests were acknowledged promptly.

This chicken charcoal biriyani was very bad.. I mostly refrain from putting negative reviews. But this was totally bad experience. I was not able to eat. The chicken was burned. I don't know what is the right term to use. It was dry. I couldn't eat even a single piece full. What is the biriyani with put masala. Can we call it biriyani. It was plan rice without masala. Bad!!!!
Speaking of Biryani, OMG, this restaurant has one of the best thalasherry biryani across Dubai. Two huge pieces of chicken,which was so moist and well cooked, good masala in the moist rice. Coconut chutney, lemon pickle, curd were on other level. The final Payasam was feast to the tongue. Totally worth it. Pleasant Ambience ❤️

I had raw meat for the first time and I loved it so much, I wanted to take it away, but it was not allowed. Of course, I understand the reason :) The portion was good for four people.

Nice Sheesha Parlour with good seating capacity. Service is excellent and the sheesha quality is also good. They offer variety of drinks also (non alcoholic)

Food was really good, we ordered hot and sour soup , Fried Rice and chicken chilly. Service and ambiance also very good. We tasted Chocolate Fudge it is delicious.

On our recent trips to Dubai we've now visited two Al Safadi restaurants at two separate locations including tonight a visit to Al Safadi in Motor City Dubai.
For a restaurant that was established within the last twenty five years its established a strong reputation for service and food & one that is quite justified based on our recent visits.
It's a modern Lebanese restaurant with large glass curved frontage with seating inside and out as well as having a first floor. The restaurant is well laid out so tables aren't right on top of each other. The decor and lighting are bright and modern. The staff are smartly dressed in prestine white shirts with the restaurant logo embroidered on the right side in navy.
Tonight's meal, during a very busy Ramadan, was excellent. The service was prompt, efficient and friendly; all staff are polite, very helpful and courteous.
The service is matched by the quality and presentation of the food, as my photos show. All beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. The hummus is beautifully creamie, light in texture and full of flavour and taste.
Al Safadi is our favourite restaurant when visiting Dubai; a must visit each time. Strong service and great food. It does good Lebanese food very well with attentive staff, on hand quickly if needed, whilst checking if your food is 'good'.
There's a convenient parking garage right next door which is free for the first two hours.
Popped back for our second visit in four days. Funny enough it hadn't changed. Still very good. Hats off to the cleaning staff who are as busy as any of the staff, efficiently cleaning tables, cleaning under the tables and outside area, busying themselves to keep the restaurant spotlessly clean 😉.

You can’t complain about this good restaurant a bit overpriced but food and service is amazing.
Great place for having breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Amazing Lebanese food and interior. Ambience and nice music makes it really enjoyable. Our servers Nasır and Omar was very kind and hospitable. Will definitely comeback again. For better experience sit upstairs in the smoking area. ✅✅

I visited this restaurant yesterday. I tired there chicken sizzlers and brownie with ice cream. All food is amazing ..staff also very friendly ..thank you.

I've heard alot about this resturant, and saw alot of good reviews so i decided to give it a try, unfortunately it was nothing like what's written in the reviews or what people say, the experience was really horrible, the food is not authentic Chinese and they use alot of artificial coloring that will give you a stomachache at the spot. (that's what happend to me).

It was ok but not really nice, the portion is enough for two people.
Sesame prawn on toast : 2.5/5
It was on crackers or biscuit but not toast for sure, you can taste and smell eggs when you eat it which is something never happend to me whenever i eat this dish, and the sauces that comes with it are full of artificial coloring.
Chicken sizzler: 0/5 or -5/5
It was everything you can imagine but not sizzler at all, the worst sizzler i have ever tried and i will ever try in my whole life, it was full of PINEAPPLE and BROCCOLI!!!!!!!!!! Like whoever puts Pineapple on a sizzler!!!!! I was served sweet and sour chicken for sure but it's impossible for this to be a chicken sizzler,
And the worst part is that it was placed in a boat of CABBAGE!!!!!!!!!!! The chicken was super salty and full of artificial coloring i couldn't eat more than one bite of the chicken and i left the plate as it is.

The food was complete disaster but the service was really quick and i really appreciate Mr. RAVI for his kindness.
Overall it was the worst experience for a Chinese resturant, i totally don't recommend going there if you are craving Chinese food because you will hate the Chinese cuisine after trying this resturant. I'll never think of going there again no matter what will happen.

Very good, old and well-known sheesha cafe. Good to spend quality time with friends and family. You can also play carrom or card games and enjoy your time. Do visit, have fun and hit the like button below 😉 👍🏻
If there was minus 1 I would have given that. The poorest customer service ever. The rude and arrogant lady cashier would enjoy billing things you never ordered to your table and adamantly demand you to pay stating she cannot cancel the order in the system though you never ordered. She also would charge you more than the quoted price with some additional charge you were never told of. Yes I was charged for water I never ordered and she argues that's not her problem. The sheesha price on the booklet was different and she argued it was for the pipe that she charges extra. Please do not go unless you seek to spoil your evening
Recently discovered shisha spot although I’ve seen it from outside more than I can count. Good shisha that is budget friendly, good service. Just be sure to specifically ask them to make it strong or normal or light as per your liking.
Nice seating and they took care us and check us regularly but they charged me way too much not even close to the menu price.
The delivery took two hours, and the charcoal chicken was dry and black in color. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

..... I have always loved KFC. This KFC was no exception. Nice crispy chips, well prepared chicken and tasty. I asked for it to be spicy, and I got exactly that. Well done.
Good and reasonable Shisha cafe in the town. They have good munching options. You can play different board games and cards while having fun with your friends & family.

Great food, great service, lovely ambience. Dilba was serving our table and he was attentive, courteous and hospitable. The table by the window is great to look out of between the meal as its a bustling landscape outside juxtaposed against the calm and serene restaurant seating inside. The kunafa was outstanding. The mohmara was also quite delicious.
Fantastic experience! My girlfriend and I ate here during our first trip to Dubai and can’t recommend it highly enough! Big shout out to Joe who looked after us the whole way through with a big smile!

For some reason it tasted weird and was really salty!
As an amateur shisha enthusiast, I felt compelled to try out the café that claims being the best in Dubai. The shisha was quite enjoyable, although it seemed similar to some other competitors. Perhaps they have some unique flavors that make Smoke Lab superior? Nonetheless, I had a great time there. The place itself is beautiful and cozy, the service is efficient, and it was a wonderful experience to try out.
I love kfc but unfortunately kfc at T1 Dubai don’t serve fresh chicken as it was not soft as it is use to be in other branches of KFC in Dubai. Served cold and you can sense that they are serving not freshly cooked chicken and not worth eating at T1 Dubai. My humble request to Dubai food authorities should visit this branch for inspection.
Pure Lebanese food in Deira Dubai. Had their hummus, foul and meat shawarma. Foul was just fine but other items are worth trying. Very professional and decent staff.

Cool place for spending time. It's always crowded. there's no need to recommend 😊 everyone know about it. I ordered only a smoothie- which is very green and very healthy.

KFC is KFC..... however not in Dubai. It's extremely expensive to eat here.

I love coffee shops that are not too deliberately exuberant, and excessively over the top with their decor, and forced smiles. This coffee shop does the opposite. Very atmospheric, and a great place to chill, and study. I will be a regular at this joint!

The food tastes amazing, especially their coriander soup. I love it... though the speed of food coming is slow, you won't feel it... their customer service is good.. Mr. Shamsu, their waiter, was taking care of the customer best... quality and quantity are both good... you can have a meal for full heart content but you will not feel it's heavy after eating... overall worth a place to go...
Value for money dinner in a nice environment. The service was excellent. Everything was tasty and authentic. The Baba Ganoush which was one of the best I have ever had. There is also a smoking part of the restaurant where you can do hookah. No need for reservations.

The best place to try Middle Eastern cuisine in Dubai. There are plenty of options to choose from. The meat is well cooked, the hummus is thick and delicious, and the rice is aromatic and amazing. The staff is very attentice and helpful. Overall it’s a 5*experience
The waiters seem to be smoking something, they are like in a world of their own working in slow motion, very inattentive.
The food took about 30 mins to prepare a very simple order and the quality was mediocre. The pulled beef sandwich barely had any meat, just bread and a few sprinkles of beef.
Don't ever order the sweet potato fries this dry and overcooked.
The prices are way too high for this kind of food which I would classify as cafeteria food not a proper restaurant.
The only good thing they have is the cookies next to the cashier.
The food took about 30 mins to prepare a very simple order and the quality was mediocre. The pulled beef sandwich barely had any meat, just bread and a few sprinkles of beef.
Don't ever order the sweet potato fries this dry and overcooked.
The prices are way too high for this kind of food which I would classify as cafeteria food not a proper restaurant.

The place looks nice and the waiters are very friendly. I was down with a cold and one of the waiters suggested some soup that gave me an instant relief, loved it. They were very keen on service. My friends had hookah and it was really good. Their menu mostly has Indian cuisine that we really enjoyed.
Great shisha @smokelabdubai and delicious food with an amazing presentation, good ambiance and the prices for shisha and food was also budget friendly, So hurry up and get there with your friends to enjoy!

A perfect place during the winters to enjoy outdoors and good food and shisha. Planning a girls night out a couple date. Keif it is! Great Arabic cuisine along with good Hubbly bubbly. Located at Marasi Business bay. Good view and ambiance. Play board games or watch your favorite football match. It has it all.

We came here for the reviews and left feeling completely satisfied! Highly recommend coming here for an easy lunch. They continued to arrive with bread and the service was top. We ordered chicken and hummus, the kafta chicken, and these wraps that were being advertised. Perfect for lunch for 3 big eaters! Might I add, we were able to pay via scanning a QR code and it went really smoothly.

Great experience at Keif Restaurant where you can enjoy family treatment, where you can take a break from your day to day and unwind with its great varied menu. Highly recommended, I will return more times with my friends and family

One of the delicious food you can enjoy with a great view only at Keif restaurant. I was amazed with hospitality they offered. The food quality and quantity was up to the mark. Highly recommended to have “Passion” the healthy drink. They have indoor and outdoor both sittings available. Car parking is there. What else we would need living in Dubai? I am definitely going to visit again. 💫

Located in Abu Shagara, Sharjah, Bamboo Chinese is a lovely eatery, serving tasty Indo Chinese cuisine. I discovered them through a bloggers meet up, and honestly, I am so glad. The ambiance of the restaurant is pretty, well – lit, with tables and chairs neatly set out. The courteous servers were always on their feet to serve us.
We were served the sweet corn chicken soup, manchow soup, chicken momos, veg momos, crispy noodles salad, Bamboo dynamite chicken, crispy corn, chicken and egg fried rice, beef with black pepper sauce, chili cottage cheese, Kung Pao chicken, and Schezwan hakka noodles chicken. For the drinks, I opted for the lemon with mint (water based). The drink was quite refreshing, with a perfect blend of lemon and mint.

Brews Cafe is such a beautiful and cozy Cafe with Raw and auric interior, overlooking the business bay waterfront. Perfect place for your business meets to friends get together or even for your METIME. Loved the Indoor and outdoor seatings . Read a book or play with board games they make sure to entertain your soul every possible way .

I would not risk my family and my health at stake therefore returned the food and writing this to create an awareness amongst you all.

Ordered a crispy pack and a twister, both mediocre at best. My crispy strips had nothing to do with the original KFC taste and feel, they were soft like a slime. Ok for a quick bite but that's about it, don't expect the iconic KFC taste here

Arabic and Mexican shawarma are the best in they entire menu. Good and fast service with lot of parking space if you don’t wanna come out of your comfort
Had seen this cafe from outside and it seemed like a good place. We contacted them via whatsapp to inquire about any table reservation requirements and we were responded very well.
Visited this place on a Friday night and took a table on the 1st floor. Table given to us was a great corner table overlooking the ground floor seating area. We were suggested good flavours and we ordered Pan Berry Springwater and Pink Panther, the first one was very very good in taste and tasted fresh till the end and second one was very light and not so good in taste (we were told in the end that we could have informed the staff earlier about this and they would nake any necessary changes to make it good enough for us).

I went on a 4 days trip in Dubai. I didn’t know anywhere so i decided to search in google for places near me. Smoke lab popped up and i gave it a try; it turned out to be awesome.
The ambiance is great, the food is heavenly and the staff very friendly.

Outstanding Arabic cuisine. We came for a quick lunch but didn't want to leave that amazing place. All was great : food! Ambience, polite and friendly staff. Nice outcise area with amazing view, also non smoking area inside the restaurant with kids zone kept my daughter busy all the time. Will come back again.
All other food items Shawarma,Burger,Juice etc Very good . about tea is totally opposite quality . you mix all a lots of chemical , every time i take sip and through . please change the taste .

Great Chicken Charcoal anytime. They have a number of variants, the latest one on the list is Garlic Chicken Charcoal. It's a great way of grilling chicken. Very tasty.

Place is quit and good for business meeting. It offers most kinds of drinks and sheesha. But it doesn't offer food. Prices are not bad also. Good speed free wifi. Staff is very humble and responsive.
The best shisha I've ever tasted in my whole life is made by Ayman. Each single breath of ot tastes gorgeous!! The flavour is just amazing! My favourite flavour is mint and grape. Regarding to drinks, I've tried the Moroccan tea and Turkish coffee and it tastes super yummy.
