I must put 5 star rating for this store but unfortunately I had a bad experience recently. I am a regular customer and recently I wanted to redeem my 50 aed points from the reward points. But the counter staff denied that without discount centrer card they can’t able to redeem the points.i lost the card long time ago but all the time I am adding my points by using my mobile number . How come if u can add points by using mobile number but not possible to redeem.

Great Shopping Experience . Car Parking spaces available in Basement and separate extended parking available in Ground floor. Discount center in widely spread in 4 floors. Super Market in Ground floor. Kitchen, House hold& Stationary items in 1st floor. Shoes, Toys, Bags & Blankets in 2nd floor. Garments in 3rd floor. I have done shopping for garments. A wide variety of collections available in garments for ladies, gents & kids. Price is also affordable. Well organized shopping center.
I visited this center today with my wife and little kid, and unfortunately, I had a bad experience. Upon entering, I was looking for a shopping cart so I could place my baby in it, but all I could find were baskets. I asked an employee where I could find a cart, and he directed me to customer care. I went there, holding my child, and was told to wait. After standing in the middle of the place for about 10 minutes with no assistance, I asked again and was told to wait again. Still, nothing happened and we had to leave.
For a large, three-floor shopping center, they should have enough trolleys for their customers. Very disappointing experience.

A nice place to buy all stuffs for your home. Including veggies and groceries and home cleaning items.
They have good discounts also which will be adjusted immediately in your bill in counter.
Place is always crowded, long queue in billing section.
For children's toy and stationery items for school can be bought at cheaper price.

A fan which I purchased has stopped working. And I was not given any warranty paper. And the person in the customer care said in case you have any problem you can change it with the bill.
Now when I called for service. They said you cannot exchange as there is no warranty bill.
And they are saying its my mistake I accepted without warranty copy. Handing over all the required document to the customer should be the prime responsible of the company.
This is very bad. You are losing your customer

Wonderful place! You can find everything! Staff is really helpful and they will always guide you to find the items you need. Security guards are really kind offering baskets for shopping or water. My parents came to visit me and I had to take them twice to Gift Village to buy souvenirs. Prices are maximum 10.95 AED and you can find top brands of toothpaste that will cost more than double in supermarkets

Very high prices compare to any store in the vicinity. Even grocery near you selling in cheap price. Found some expiry dairy items are kept for sale. Very bad experince.
Pathetic delivery service. It seems employees take the offers because when the customer orders them in the app for delivery they are magically out of stock. It happens all the time with their fake promotions.

Awesome place for tourists to shop for edible souvenirs, they have got dates, spices, teas, sweets, you name it, hardly anything is more than 10.95 AED. You can also find fridge magnets.

The staff really helpful, the one who works on meat he provides good service, and two ladies on the cashier are really helpful and friendly, the guy who delivers the stuff also helpful, for the turkey counter there is no staff there you have to wait for someone to help you
I always choose this branch particularly, bec i always shop during midnight, so i feel the whole place is mine, and the stuff is very assistive even the manager in charge at midnight. I always love the promotions and the selections of different items whether its for my personal grooming, toiletries, and especially Filipino items which is rarely to find in some places. Kudos to the whole team of West Zone!

Stay away. This is truly sick. The label said made today and look at the mold growing on these items I am returning them now and hope I can at least get my money back. Do not trust the labels date or freshness of the wmart in al jaddaf. Just got home after work unwrap dinner look would you eat this after a long day. Now I must go back to wmart. Unacceptable
Dont by any mobile accessories or electronics item from this shop, one daybefore i purchased ironbox from this shop and i got warranty card for 2 year after 6 month i was getting shock and i reached the shop with warranty card and bill and they are not given warranty. And day before yesterday i purchased earbus during that time the box was no charge the sales man told charge is low if you charge it will get 6 hr continues unfortunately one side getting of within 20 minute, i went shop and explained the shop they told they dont have any responsibility, i given it as tip for the counter staff. Again never i purchase anything from this shop and try to avoid choose this shop
I was very happy when i found out about Grand Barsha, tho I live not very close to it we still manage to visit using our scooter. Just so happen earlier we are no longer allowed to park our scooter where we usually park it. The building security was driving us away like we were dogs.
i humbly ask him where we can park and he started to shout at us and keep on telling that he is profession and its not his problem.

After the Recent Expansion of the Store, the movement is now more comfortable and with the addition of more products and variety and I don't feel to go some other store, besides the rates being competitive. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh and in plenty. My favourite Departmental Store for All Buying. God Bless Dubai 🙌.

Recently I shopped some stuff I was in hurry I asked the person who was at billing counter that I'm not checking these items now as am in hurry, is there any exchange? He said yes.when I went for exchange the same person was telling no exchange on cosmetics no exchange on toys and so on. And he didn't exchange. I wish he could have told me on the same day. I would have not billed those items or would have checked at the same time. Because of your false information I have to face the loss. The staff needs to be trained the other guy says this is less amount this is the rule then these things should have told while I asked before billing. Shop was good wanted to visit again but that staff I didn't like so will not visit this store again.

It is newest 1 to 10 Dirham shop in Karama with offerings for all necessary items needed for daily usage. Highly recommended to try at least once of you are going to day to day always.
Very Rude Manager name Naushad in this branch very unprofessional, and does not know how to handle one customer who has point of view on their misleading items with packed of 2 items and says 25%. He was saying that these items packaged were not meant for selling of discount. So I said they you should have removed the 25% off from the items nor displayed but he was insisting that NO! This is not for sale at all and not for all the customer so I said, how the customer will know each item of you that not for promo if clearly says 25% off.

Totally mess. I moved to the building Dubai Wharf 4 month ago, all the time the prices missing or wrong price, shelves not organised properly, bread on the top of milk products. Since I moved here I never saw a prices for yogurt and milk, it’s 4 month and no one didn’t put price!? Last week I came to the supermarket and oatmeal shelves didn’t have a price, on my question where are all prices I got an answer they’re changing, one week passed and no one didn’t put a prices. Where the management are looking???? Today was my last time in this supermarket!!!!!!!!
They are misleading the customers, the price on the shelf is AED 49 but when I reached the counter it was AED 60 at the cashier !!! I realized this after paying and I forced them to return and refund my money.....totally unacceptable

The newest supermarket in the neighbourhood, therefore not all brands are stocked but you will find almost everything if your not choosy about brands. They put good offers all around the week. Customer service is helpful. The best part is they are open 24 hours.
