It used to be dunes and desert but now there are homes and construction nearby. The place for bbq is interlocked parking area. So nature's feelings are gone. Kids cannot play on sand and we cannot feel the sand through our feet. Anyways optional if you want to do bbq with family and friends near to the town.

Place has no wifi. Cockroaches inside your blankets. Couldnt even provide us with tissue and water. When asked for water or anything we were asked to buy from the grocery nearby. Pool not very clean. Worst stay ever.

Good place for camping with friends and family. It's pitch dark at night, make sure you take enough portable lamps. You can do BBQ and have a peaceful time.
I visited Al Qudra Park with my family recently and we had a great time. The park is very large and there is something for everyone to enjoy. We went for a walk around the oasis, had a picnic by the lake, and went for a bike ride on the cycling track. We also saw some camels and other animals in the desert.
The park is very well-maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of facilities, including restrooms, cafes, and a playground. The park is also very affordable.
Overall, we had a great time at Al Qudra Park and would definitely recommend it to others. Here are some of the things we liked about the park:

I wish people would not leave rubbish on the beach. The authorities have placed enough rubbish bins. However, people seem to want to ruin a lovely beach and camping area by being lazy. This beach needs security to enforce cleanliness.

What a wonderful place!! It's perfect for camping or chilling with your family and friends. The love lake is the final destination of the unpaved road. There's a flamingo lake and Birds view point on the way.
You can easily spend 2-4 hours there. There are many love frames to click photos and sunset view points. You can walk across the lake as well. Just enjoy your time with nature there.
There's no cafeteria nearby. So make sure to carry water! No entry fee also!!

Wow what an experience in the middle of dessert it’s complete man made lake and it is full of different fishes, birds and animals, try to visit in the evening for site seeing from 4Pm to 7Pm and for overnight stay you can also but do remember there will be no lights as it is created to give real forest experience and you are allowed to do BBQ camping etc also do remember you will have to drive off road for few Km
Great place... if you want to enjoy nature away from the busy street of the city then this is the place for you. We enjoyed camping here, my kids were amazed when they saw the swans, the flamingos and the deers at night. Although a bit dusty and one can easily get lost because roads signs inside the lake are not that visible.
Amazing well maintained man made lake at Al kudra. Provides a wonderful experience for families for camping as well as spending time during the winters. Works 24 hours. Food and water to be carried. Picturesque venue for all types of video and photo shoots.

You must go with 4x4 to this area. Road is steep and slippery. Good view as it's name mention. Nice place to visit.

Had a fun time celebrating national day ,with a concert.
As I have visited lots of labour camps in UAE , considering my previous experience I have found it hygienic and equipped with good facilities for the human beings living there. I can't say my experience was excellent as I was expecting much more organized and facilitated as its government labour camp . But it is much better then 1000 other private sector accommodations for the labour.

Nice hidden place. Had the small lake absolutely to ourselves! Nice place further down to camp in the desert as well!

You need a proper 4X4 vehicle to reach this point. Amazing view and good for camping. Climb is steep. (extreme climb) this will test your driving skills to the limit.

Nice family location, No washroom.... you could go to the nearest petrol station about 5mins drive. It would be ideal to have lightning as and when you run short of fire it would be darker... also the lights on the road will be turned off after 9-10pm

We were very disappointed and upset about the way this beach looks like. It's a beautiful place, but despite trash containers been installed literally every 20m the beach looks like a dumpster. Upsetting and disgusting.
