I love to buy from Giordano as and when i needed to buy casual clothing stuff. Their male and female staff at DCC are very cooperative, talk to customers softly with smile and assist them with professional manners. Every new time, my shopping experience with Giordano gets better and more enjoyable..!!

My online shopping experience with them was the worst I've ever had. Staff at the store aren’t helpful and didn’t know what they are doing. It's been three weeks since I asked to exchange my order at the store, and I still haven't heard anything back.
I'm regular customer of Giordano bought couple of Shirts 6 months before and they shortened and it's not normal like 2 or 3 inches .It's shortened even after one month but never bother to ask them. Today wore it again and in Deira city centre branch spoke to supervisor pema he didn't even entertain the complaint request without receipt hmm it's 1st encounter with Girodano customer services and very disappointed 😞

Friendly staff and good customer service. I personally like the quality of the cloth they use for shirts. The only suggestion will be to improve the collection, especially for women's shirts.

We went to buy trousers and tshirts but the guy was very much uninterested. Me and my wife called him 3 to 5 times but the gentleman was keep on ignoring us. Really fantastic customer service! Ice Cream went above and beyond to help my husband and I find a certain jersey we were looking for and then even assisted in getting a name printed on it. 10/10 would recommend this store! Whoever’s in charge should give Ice Cream a raise!

My membership expired in just 6 months which isnt fair at all as I had collected loyalty points and now its stands expired. This practice doesn’t encourage customers to purchase again in the future.
Reasonable Brand for always a reasonable price . Clothes are neatly arranged and sizes are always available .

Shop is not bad.
Loved their tapered fit T-Shirts and Shirts. Which come in different colours with small logos on left chest. Also recommends their cargo jogger pants with fitted bottom. Best one for traveling and trucking.
When we are calling the outlet nobody taking the call.not happen in a single time multiple calls they are rejecting. Careless attitude. Please remove the phone no if you are not interested.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. The worst customer service ever. The cashier, Ryan, was very rude and unprofessional. He smashed the ATM machine in front of me, and after i was done paying, he left my bag on the counter in front of him without even informing me that transaction was completed. Very disappointed.
