I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received from GATEWAY INSURANCE BROKER regarding our application for group medical insurance. After diligently providing all required documentation and information, we were met with an unsatisfactory and dismissive response from one of your sales representatives, Thejal Satheesan.
Instead of addressing our concerns or offering a solution, Thejal Satheesan informed us that due to a key person being on vacation, there would be significant delays. Worse yet, Thejal Satheesan suggested that we "check with other brokers," which is not only unprofessional but also unfair to us as customers. It is unacceptable to shift the burden of internal staffing issues onto your clients.
We expected better customer service and a more proactive approach to resolving our application process. It should not be our problem if a key staff member is temporarily unavailable.
I hope this feedback serves as a reminder to improve customer service practices and ensure that future clients do not experience similar frustration.

I have been dealing with this company since 10 years, their service level is excellent. Mr. Meeran is always commitment oriented and serve us at any time for our needs. Haven't met this guy so far but trustable to deal with him.

Was working with Shreya. She was amazing, fast in responses, professional and really helpful. We got 4 policies and it was so easy thanks to Shreya, because other companies were asking too many weird questions just to share quotation. But here we got all we wanted in a timely manner and with great customer service .

I am so offended by the service provided by Cosmos insurance there irresponsible behaviour lead me to feel regret for choosing them for past 12 years. Due to lack of information provided by them I felt that it was not worth taking insurance from them. Unprofessional approach of employees of Cosmos towards there client.
a big no no....the advisor told me that my policy premium is so low and he does not have interest to serve my policy...lol...I am having 5 figures diham policy, I do not know how low is how for him. Maybe he is a clown.
As an existing business customer I expect a certain level of service but zero service is unacceptable. I will not share more details other than to say I have been trying to buy property insurance and my POC has been radio silent for the past two weeks with no replies to my follow ups. Steer clear of Gateway is my advise and I'll happily be taking my business elsewhere and to someone who shows me some form of response and respect.

In 2020 I and my husband went through a very tough time due to covid. Thank God we had invested in Zurich futura with Leena Parwani. They came to us like Angels and helped us cope up with one of our toughest battles in life. I would recommend everyone who do not have insurance to get one as life is uncertain and LPH are extremely responsive and quick in attending to thier clients. Today I thank the entire LPH group for thier support and if they were not there during our tough battles not sure where would be.

In the past 20yrs - Never come across such an unprofessional team, especially when it comes to acknowledge or respond to emails or call requests for refund of policy amount if cancelled. Make sure you take in writing what they promise to offer you! Unfortunately have to give one star for this!!

Was looking for a company that only did Life Insurance and Critical illness. They actually listened to what I wanted and provided me a policy ideal for my needs. I had to call them due to the Flooded car of mine. Not very helpful staff. I had to wait on the phone until they just said nothing much can be done. I think this kind of things must be discussed or mentioned in the contract clearly.

Well managed team. Are professional when it comes to handling clients as compared to the many shady brokers operating in Dubai. Both the directors Suresh and Shaju are very accommodating personalities. It's walking distance from the burjuman metro station.

Things work fine until you get a situation where you expect payment from them. Took them around EIGHT months to reimburse me, and that is after COUNTLESS calls and emails to different people that they simply ignored. In addition the amount was wrong due to a mistake they made but they refused to correct it because it was too much trouble for them.

We are very saddened and disappointed with LINKS INSURANCE BROKERS (L.L.C) policy not clear make sure you can check before these things if you buy car insurance from them 1. Insurance Transferable or not 2. Cancel policy i suffer both of these points. I cancel my policy but they didn't transfer or refunds.
