Grand BBQ Restaurant in Dubai is a gem! The food was absolutely amazing, and the buffet BBQ was perfect. They offered a great variety—chicken, fish, prawn, and mutton kebabs—all of which were fantastic and full of flavor. The best part? Such a great experience at such an affordable price! I would love to come back here again. Highly recommend for anyone craving a delicious BBQ feast.

Superb place to eat marwadi food I mean khane ka swad yaha pura deshi milega😂 but there is something required to work on service. Once staff placed the order nobody is coming to ask us what should be next so it's the time to think about it. I think customer will like if somebody is standing there take the order fast without calling them personally. Remaining all things great. Hope next time will se little bit improvement.

I was missing my hometown food (specially mirchibada) so thought to visit sagar ratna.
They have the best samosa, mirchibada and pyaz kachori I have ever had in UAE. The mirchibada reminded me of jodhpur.

If you are craving for spicy and tasty food, you must visit sagar ratna.

However the AC doesn’t work, they say it is due to frequent opening and closing of door.

We are Rajasthani and their customers from last 7yrs. Even staff know us but our last experience was horrible. Staff was arrogant and denied to accept any food requests. Finally we left without eating. It was sad to see our favorite joint’s service Deteriorating like this.

Recently tried the pack of 2 noodles, chicken, and prawn at this new addition to town. While the quantity was a bit limited,the quantity should be a bit more the taste was truly delightful. The restaurant offers a cosy outdoor seating arrangement, adding to the charm of the experience.

The food quality is commendable with a diverse selection, yet the buffet lacks organization. Starters, main courses, and other items are haphazardly arranged in the same area, which can make navigating the buffet cumbersome and less enjoyable for diners seeking a systematic dining experience.

We celebrated our Son's 1st birthday at Grand BBQ and it was a fabulous experience for us and our guests. The incredibly tasty food, friendly staff specially the manager Mr Shuja and beautiful ambiance made our event so special and memorable.

The Cafeteria is renovated now and Whole management has been changed...I had shawarma here and I must say that here the shawarma is the best in the locality...they have added several other items also in their menu like Veg Momos, Chicken Momos, Chicken biryani and Juices

Really very good and delicious food. And specially it's pure vegetarian restaurant ,jain food is also available and its also very delicious so I suggest if you are in AL nahda,sharjah then you have to visit at least once for delicious taste.

This used to be my fav breakfast spot.
However a little disappointed over the fact that the prices on the menu have increased but the quantity and quality have gone down.
Thy serve small portions now and food is generally oily.
Ordered upma today & I am sorry to say it was way beyond my expectations.

Place was very good and the staff was really good and the food was like...just don't ask because I can't explain in words how much good it was. And if you are asking about the atmosphere..... its like a club...I mean the singers and the tables with the way they help is just fantastic. I came here to celebrate my mom's birthday and they did such good work like they sang a birthday song plus they played an old romantic song to make my parents dance. So it was the only 10/10 restaurant I went to. Keep it up guys. You guys doing absolutely beautiful work

Amazing experience at Desi Dhaba bir Dubai for eid buffet. Sumptuous spread l, live chaat counter was excellent. Dominic the manager was very courteous and service was also great. Would love to go back. Special thanks to singers and bhangra dancers who made our Eid special.

A beautiful north Indian restaurant in Dubai near Jumeirah. Traditional taste is there . We tried Rajasthani thali . It was really nice . We tried alu Paratha as well .. both were nice.. butter milk too . The space is little less but taste is too good . It is so heavy . Ghee poured like water .. too good quality and quantity.. Ghee on Dal is the best combination in the thali

I was here some time back when I was sick, I had no energy and mood to cook for myself.
I came here and asked them if they can make me a healthy homely kind of food , and they did. I have huge respect for resturants who can understand how to alter the dish as per the requirement of the customer, such resturants are the best, I am writing this review to appreciate the chef and all the staff who is so nice to make such nice and healthy meal for me , I ate palak paneer and roti.
I want to mention the whole wheat roti here are very nice , just like out from your mom’s kitchen . Highly recommend this to Indians living in Dubai missing their mom. Very few resturants are able to give homely feeling and even make comfort food to its optimum level

We tried the iftar from here. For those missing mumbai, this is the spot to visit. They have everything that you were probably missing from home and most likely at rates cheaper than what you'll get in India too. The Russian cutlet was for 2 aed and what dreams are made up of. The foil chicken seekh was pillowy and creamy, the Mutton cutlet was just like I remember it from home. Everything here is priced between 2 aed and 5 aed so you can eat to your hearts content. They've got chicken lollipop, chicken spring roll, dahi wada, Lucknowi kebab, chicken Kandi, chatni kebab, hungama kebab and what not. This is exactly what we'd been craving for. So glad we had this. Service is prompt too and lots of parking around. Oh did I mention the malpua was perfect, not too eggy, not overly sweet, just the right thing. This one's a hidden gem!

We went to Grand Barbeque for iftar buffet and the experience was amazing. The quality of food was great and worth the money.

The service was quick and the staff was super helpful and nice. There was a huge variety of food, and everything tasted great.

I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you want to enjoy Pakistani/Indian cuisine.

Me and my cousin went to the restaurant, he ordered a ghee roast and as I was sick with stomach i asked them for ginger tea, but they said they don't have ginger tea, so I asked if they make one on request, they still refused and told the kitchen is busy and can't make. Well as a customer who is there to have food and paying for the service too, i felt very bad to hear such a response from them because a ginger tea doesn't take much time to make, or they could have just given me a chopped ginger with black tea(which i had asked also).
Food might be good, but without good service you don't feel welcomed.

Chai Wala cafe is without any doubt a hidden gem of Dubai. Mumbai is defined by its delicious variety of street food, Awesome authentic Mumbai taste So glad to have experienced the same in Dubai too insanely delicious food.

This cafe is located in Al Quoz and also has a family seating area for dine in! Highly recommend this spot.

Special Order of Rang Biryani - never seen before this much of big rang biryani and I have never tasted such a delicious dish before in UAE and malpua is so mouth watering which you cant miss.

Ordered through Noon Food App, Puri Aloo Sabzi and Chole Bhature.

Puri Aloo Sabzi - Price 10 aed. You get 5 medium size poori and Aloo Sabzi. Puri was soft not much oily 4/5 and Aloo Sabzi was also good, 3/5

Chole Bhature : Price 16 aed. Two big bhaturas, crispy and not much oily. Bhaturas were very good but bit disappointed with Chole, Chole was not up to mark, taste was just ok ok, bit more Salty. 2/5 for Chole and 4/5 for Bhature.

As of now Over All Rating from me is 3/5 for this restaurant, have read other reviews where people have mentioned their parathas and samosas also good. So will sure try these also.

Small cafe with delicious food located in Al Quoz.
Parking was easy and we ordered Butter Chicken, Chicken Dhaba Gosht with butter rotis. The preparations were tasty and service by Maqbool Shaikh was excellent. We were also offered complimentary Mutton Khichda for tasting.
Definitely recommend this cafe.

The best Seekh Paratha in Dubai! If you’re missing Mumbai’s street food taste, you NEED to visit this place.. they’ve got such an amazing variety of dishes, all of which are a burst of flavors. Aside from being a Chaiwala and serving a warming cup of tea.. they also happen to do grills, tandoori, Chinese, curries, biryani, pulao and anything you can think of, they’ve got it. Great value for money and out of this world taste, highly recommended!

Coming to food, we had below dishes:

LASSI was so thick and divine to have each sip while eating the food.

SOYA CHAAP KE SULE was so good to start the food with. It was so soft and loved the ingredients added.

ULTA PULTA BHARWAN MUSHROOM, loved the panned stuffin which tasted so yum.

JODHPURI PYAZ KACHORI - Loved the taste of fried onion stuffing in the kachori, don’t miss to have this😊

DHUNGAR PANEER TIKKA MASALA was just wow, it was sizzling and the panner was so soft which they make in-house

GULAB JAMUN KI SUBZI sounds new and interesting which tasted very delicious.

CHANA JAISALMER KE was similar to how I make in my house, loved to the core.

JODHPURI KABULI RICE is what I enjoyed, loved the colors on it, spice was perfect, I am sure, can finish the whole portion😃

BREADS was so soft and it was just melting along with the sides we had.

RASMALAI again so fresh as they make the malai on their own, I never miss if I visit next time.

MOONGDAL HALWA is my favorite dessert and I was glad they offered me. Sweet was perfect and well balanced dessert.

Good Clean restaurant, good fast service, food is taste, reasonably priced. Way better than expected food quality, quantity and taste. Mini tiffin is excellent. Dosa and idly were very good and so were sambar and chutney. The place is quite with minimal décor to suit the mood. The service was excellent and was pampered with more extras and choices.

Had a lovely treat for Iftaar . Well it is one of my favourite restaurant in JLT. I just love dal batti , rabodi & Haare pyaaz ki sabji.

Had a contactless And safe delivery . Food was hot & delivered on time . Food was neatly packed.

Ok lets talk about what I had

✨ Samosa was too delicious & yummy

✨ Gobhi matar ki sabji was just too delicious , A perfect taste of garlic in gravy enriched its taste & reminds me of my hometown Pali ( Rajasthan ) taste .
✨ paneer veg was too good , paneer was soft and my daughter loved it .
✨ Perfect Rajasthani Dal , with hing ka tadka
✨ Matar (peas ) Puloa was too good perfect with Dal , papad & salad
✨ Roti was soft
✨ Gulab jamun was yummy and soft .

Food was too scrumptious . It’s a perfect meal box for one quantity wise .

A place with south indian specialities. They serve very good idlis. Also had their medu vadas and it was decent. All of Their chutneys are very good. Was their for breakfast so had their filter coffee and it was really good. Very reasonably priced and a very friendly staff. The service was very quick. The only downside could be the parking if you are unlucky. Especially on a weekend.

Whether you’re a vegetarian or not, you’ll absolutely love this little vegetarian outlet in the heart of Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). Located in Cluster R, they have both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements and in the cooler months of the year, is the best place to be seated even in the afternoons.
To start of my dining experience, I had the Raab Shorba, a warm and truly appetizing soup, perfect for this cold weather. Next up, we were served Ghevar ki Chaat. Ghevar is actually a traditional Indian sweet found predominantly in Rajasthan, and who would have thought of using this to make a savoury dish. The Ghevar ki Chaat is amazingly still crispy even though it’s topped with curd, green chutney and date chutney among other toppings like onions, tomatoes, pomegranate, sev and chaat masala that is specifically made for ghevar chaat at Sagar Ratna.
The next dish that I tried was Pyaaz (Onion) Kachori. It was warm and crispy on the outside and bursting with flavours on the inside.
Next was Soya Chaap. Looks can be deceiving as it definitely looked like grilled chicken. But bite into it and you’re back into reality. It is prepared using cooked soya that is mashed, mixed with spices and the grilled. I didn’t enjoy this dish as I’m not at all fond of soya, atleast not on its own.
I was almost half-full but I had to try their main courses as there were some interesting dishes on the menu. One such dish was Gulab Jamun ki Sabzi…..that’s right, a savoury dish made using gulab jamun, sans the sweet syrup. I loved this one. The concept is so unique and it tastes delicious too. The gravy has a slightly spicy touch to it and goes well with the jamun.
Also served were Dal Makhni, delicious as it’s supposed to be, and Dungar Paneer Tikka Masala. This was an absolute sizzler, both literally and not so literally. Watch this video to find out why. Melt-in-the-mouth paneer and sizzling gravy made this a lip-smackingly delish dish.
This restaurant is quite famous among non-Indian vegans too!!!

Chai Wala - Primarily a place that serves Chai and anything that goes along with it snacks such as Pakoda , Samosa , and Bombay style sandwich (had ordered one Chilli cheese sandwich - worth a try )

Surprisingly this place serves one of the best Biryani I have had in Dubai, largely the good reviews are spread through word of mouth. The biryani again has a strong Bombay influence i have twice eaten the Malai Biryani - though I prefer everything that is spicy, this one can be an exception. The malai Biryani is apparently served only on Wednesday (afternoon) as I went again in the evening to collect take away for wife and was given Zabardast Biryani or something like that, that too was worth a try - Boneless pieces of chicken cooked in red chilli hence the red color. Had a chat with the owner - Munna bhai - said that they have a different biryani everyday of the week - I dont know how wise is that. If you are somewhere close to Al Quoz u can order it (half plate will suffice one person), I guess the delivery is not that streamlined yet.

The rating is for Malai Biryani - wednesday wala.

Have been there multiple times now, and have tried their Dal Gosht which is amazing as well, not very spicy just perfect. The quantity and quality at this price is unmatched. Have tried their Bombay Mutton Biryani as well and that is also just great. Few restaurants can match this consistency.
