Best State government offices in Armenia

they dont approve visa requests, its almost always denied so its a waste of money , I planned for weeks this trip and booked hotel , flights , buses And tours.
All gone to waste.

Very slow, and like everywhere here no one heard about politeness and respect for others

I went to Armenia specifically to do my paperwork because I was getting married to a foreigner, I had 5 days didn't manage. It was last day they work from 10-12 and next day is Wednesday I went little late because I was dealing with another institution, I called they were in the office and guess what they said no sorry we are busy with other stuff although I explained everything and that I came only for that reason. Wednesday they are closed like what is that thry wotk too much now Wednesday they are resting? In Armenia nothing is in it's places. And now I can't reach them by phone I don't know what to do why everything is so complicated? Thry sit in their office and get salary let them work...
