Haben heute im Restaurant gegessen und waren maßlos enttäuscht, und haben hier noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Es gibt nur Buffet und alles war mittelmäßig bis sehr schlecht. Die Suppe war ein dicker geschmacksneutraler Brei. Die gebratene Knacker war ungenießbar, die Pommes Matsch, da gebackene Hühnerfilet war sehnig und geschmacklos usw. Das beste waren noch die gekauften Windbeutel. Der Tisch und die Teller am Buffet waren schmutzig.

Weil wir zum ersten Mal eine neue Immobilie gekauft haben. Also haben meine Familie und ich bei Kika über 50,000 Euro Möbel bestellt,und 50% Prozent sofort als Anzahlung gegeben!individuelle Möbel wie Küchen, Schlafzimmer usw. angefertigt. Über die Qualität der Möbel und den Service ist sehr schlecht ! Wir haben alle nach maßanfertigung gemacht,und nie eine Schranke richtig maß !die Qualität ist schauen ,wie Flohmarkt 😭!
Außerdem wollten sie mir ein Sofa, das ich nur einmal gesehen hatte, Zwangsverkauf. Ich habe keine Farbe gewählt, ich habe keine Größe festgelegt und ich habe keinen Cent als Anzahlung gezahlt.
Ich habe alle anderen Möbel gekauft und ausgewählt. Die alle Mitarbeiter informieren,nach der Anzahlung beginnt der Kaufvertrag.
Es dauerte ein paar Monate. Sie versuchten, mir die von mir bestellten Möbel zu geben, aber ich kaufte diese nicht, also lehnten sie ab. Jetzt schreiben sie mir E-Mails mit dem Hinweis dass ich dieses Sofa bestellt habe. Es ist wirklich unglaublich. Seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie in dieses Geschäft gehen. Geben Sie den Grundriss Ihres Hauses nicht beiläufig ab. Jede Unterschrift muss markiert sein. Wenn du kannst. Versuchen Sie, in den Supermarkt zu gehen, um andere Möbel zu holen. Gehen Sie nicht in dieses Lokal!

The hotdogs no longer come with all the nice topping choices, only sauce. The tables by the hot dogs were dirty but there is an Italien man in the cafe upstairs who makes a delicious cappuccino.
A large store with excellent home appliances. The sellers are polite and friendly and they give a good explanation about the items in the store. It has a canteen with quality food and reasonable prices.
Wir haben heute das 1.Mal bei Euch gefrühstückt und waren sehr begeistert, „All You Can Eat Buffet“, tip top angerichtet, alles zur Auswahl was das Herz begehrt, super Preis! Es war sehr, sehr gut besucht aber trotz alledem eine ruhige, angenehme Atmosphäre! Das Personal auch sehr freundlich wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder! Vielen Dank 🤩

II always enjoy the restaurant there to rest and relax a bit on my Ikea shopping days.
I must admit, that the taste and quality of the Ikea restaurant is really superior from my point of view. Taste and food quality is same as in some “real” restaurants and prices are unbeatable. The best is that real gems can be found with the IKEA family card on reduced prices as well.
So all in all, I am satisfied and can only recommend it.
Btw, there is also a coffee corner where you can get nice espresso and cafe specialities

Saw a cabinet on display, and said, i want that one just the way it is. Waited over 2 months for it. When it finally arrived, there were no drawers and no shelfs. Call them and they said those are extra and that i have to pay 400+ € for it.
If i had known that i would only get the frame and the doors for that price i would have never bought it. And the lady didnt say anything.
Really nice scam. Never going there again.

Sehr große Auswahl an Möbeln in toller Qualität und Ausstattung.
Für jeden Geschmack ist was dabei. Sehr freundliches Personal! 👍

Removing pickled gurkins and fried onions from the 1euro buns after the cashier is a NO GO for me, I'm ordering from Amazon instead. This was literally the only reason to come ;-)
Edit: asked staff and they also confirmed the gurkins and fried onions were removed.

Classic IKEA welcoming style and place! Different is a magnificent mountains around. If you like and visit IKEA as I do ... you find here something different anyway!
I like the location adoption in the style... you see and feel Tirol wood style in some interiors. This makes it unique and definitely different. You find all known Ikea’s things!

Unfriendly staff. Last time there was a misunderstanding in that we thought opening hours would go until 7pm while really they had open only until 6pm. Nobody gave us any notice, like over speakers etc. but then at around 6:30pm a staff member noticed us and kicked us out as if we had stolen something. Really rude behavior
