A lovely souvenir shop that has a unique ambiance. The store clerk was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed shopping here and bought some beautiful ornaments.

Ein kleiner Familienbetrieb direkt in der Altstadt. Ich habe mich hier immer willkommen und gut beraten gefühlt. Für mich als Einheimischer interessant um kleine Mitbringsel und Dekoartikel wie Fahnen zu kaufen.

Nice display. but the service was really awfull. I chose some chocolate with bear, and when came to the cashier to pay, the staffs there was starring at me and said you can only look around. Oh well.. ok then bye

Filiale Hbf Wien, äusserst unfreundliche Dame, mit ganz wenig Geschäftssinn und noch schlechterem Kundenservice. Hier kaufe ich bestimmt nicht mehr ein, überlege sogar meine Kundenkarte zurück zu geben.
My wife and I had a wonderful and unforgettable day here! One of the most beautiful entertainment places in Vienna, without a doubt. Games, restaurants and cafes nearby. The atmosphere in general is very wonderful.

If you don’t wanna play any attractions, is still worth to have a walk, especially the Giant Ferris Wheel is the oldest Wheel in the world, although is not cheap, still a good attraction to take a look the whole Vienna!

Im Untergeschoss des Wiener Hauptbahnhofes ist eine Filiale des Confiserie Heindl. Auch wenn das Geschäft eher klein ist, gibt es hier doch eine große Auswahl Außerdem wird man gut und effizient beraten. Gerne kaufe ich hier ein. Natürlich nicht für Geschenke für andere, sondern auch für mich. Eine klare Empfehlung.
It is a very nice park in Vienna, there is a lot of games and it can suit everyone, and there are many restaurants and cafe, it has the world's oldest Ferris Wheel built in 1897. You need half a day if you have kids to enjoy it.

Lots of fun rides and shops. Reasonable prices. Good eats too. We just enjoyed walking around watching people on the rides. So much fun.
amazing place with a lot of fun for everyone. you can find all kinds of attractions, games, rides and more. but also a lot of street food. you pay for each ride you choose, there is no general entrance ticket. recommended especially in the evening when the lights create a magical atmosphere

At this rate you might as well just close this shop down. We came 30mins before closing and got shooed off because they didn’t want to receive customers. So we walked in the next day since it’s on the way and we like a magnet by the window. We asked politely if we could get that - to that, the shop keeper said “no it’s not possible” because he was too lazy to get it for us. Don’t buy the overpriced souvenirs from this shop cuz I’m pretty sure this is not how you’d like to remember Salzburg. Crazy.

What an amazing place ! Pretty much the only place I enjoyed in Vienna 😅
Thrills for everybody. Even when it’s crowded queues are quite quick. And if you’re a pinball lover as I am. There are 3 spots where you can enjoy some :)

Excellent amusement park, decent amounts of rides, with great variety. Decorations are amazing! Had an overall nice time))

There are tons of food joints where you can eat while choosing rides.
It is good for kids as well as adults both. Inside you'll find rides, houses, food joints, water rides etc.
Moreover, it'll take an entire day if you enjoy it completely.

This is a fun amusement park, there is no entry fee and rides all seem to be €5 or less each. Good food options there too and the walk through the surrounding park to get there was very nice. Waits for rides weren't too long. I would recommend the large circular swing ride for a good view of the city.
This place was bigger than we thought. There are lots of rides and ghost houses, a bit old style but really fun! We tried some ghost rides and had so much fun. There is no entry fee and you can pay at each ride.
So much fun! Short lines and no wait for lots of rides. Pay by the ride and almost all of them are 5 euros. Much better than paying an entry fee for all rides. Lots of food places and the lights and vibe are exhilarating.
Prater is an old amusement park in Vienna with no admission fees or opening hours; games, restaurants, and shops set their own opening and closing times. The Vienna eye is fun for families and easily accessible by wheelchairs and strollers. This place is highly recommended for kids and families.

A really cute shop in Vienna and will definitely be in my must-recommends for anyone visiting Vienna. The shop owner designs the products on her own and they're definitely all very cute.
They are quite pricey for souvenirs but they're not an average shop selling what every other shop sells. Worth a visit for sure.

Ich würde null Sterne geben wenn es gehen würde der Besitzer ist eine so unsympathische Person nervt dich ganze Zeit macht sich auf wichtig kommandiert dich herum obwohl du bei ihm nicht Mal arbeitest hat mich beschimpft das ich stehle obwohl ich das Geld in der Hand hatte und nur noch wartete zu bezahlen nicht zu empfehlen kauft nichts bei ihm er hat es nicht verdient
I really loved the designs and the merchandises available in this shop. Usually we go for the famous and big souvenir shops in the city center. However, I checked both of them and found The World to Go Vienna better in terms of design, quality, variety and customer service. They are located near the Josefsplatz. You can check the Google map location and follow it. I would recommend buying Fridge magnets, coasters or key rings or notebooks from here.
Amazing with a lot of fun activities, hours of entertainment but my only problem is the prices. Each ride is between €7-€15 depending on the ride which is quite expensive as there is alot of rides so it makes you want to go on a lot more than just one. Overall it’s a great place to bring children and family, I recommend it to tourists looking for a fun activity for the afternoon.
This shop does not even deserve one star. I wanted to buy a 150 euro lamp that was in the window but the shop assistant was too lazy to get it for me because there were lots of things in the way. She was very rude and unhelpful. This was the most bizarre shopping experience I have ever had. Unbelievable!!!
Would not reccomend at all! Pricey at 24.50 for a T shirt when T shirts right by st Stephens square are more like 19.90. T shirts are a thin material as well - not thicker more expensive material. They are not right in the square. They are 5 min by walking outside of st Stephens square - which made me even more indignant that I went out of my to find the store and then they did not have good customer service.

The girl who ran the store was so rude, I was entering to the store at 16:56 and the girl says me in a so rude tone that the store would close in 4 minutes so I had to “hurry up to buy” and then a lady enter to the store at 16:58 and the girl just kicked out the lady , again, in a rude tone. I understand that stores have a schedule but thing can be said in a better tone.

Does not even deserve 1 star if we could give it a minus we would . First time we tried to visit the woman just ran to the door as we were about to walk in & slammed on a sign closed for lunch & shouting “Closed for lunch “on our return we were browsing & making our choices of what to buy & she came over saying you need to leave its 5 pm & I’m closing. As we were paying my friend said “ do you not like your job” & she replied “yes I do but not when it’s time to go home” then my friend said “ are you the manager the owner or the employee “ reply was “I’m the manger “ all this conversation was very aggressive & couldn’t wait to get us us out she ushered us out the door . No customer service skills at all a shame because everyone else we had been in contact with on our travels to this amazing city have been very helpful & lovely she lets the side down if you don’t like people get another job or employ someone that is courteous & polite & actually wants your custom !
Netter kleiner Laden, wenn nicht der Besitzer oder Mitarbeiter ständig einem auf die Pelle rückt. Man fühlt sich sehr beobachtet und hat dadurch keine Lust mehr dort einzukaufen. Wir kauften aus Anstand ein kleines Fläschchen Duftöl, wo wir leider zuhause feststellen mussten, dass das Fläschchen defekt ist.. (man bekommt nichts raus).
Typische Tiroler Hauptstadt. Gibt viel zu sehen. Sind anders als wir Salzburger. Schön von Bergen umrahmt. Die Altstadt hat ein tolles Flair und es ist nicht so teuer wie Salzburg. Essen ist gut.

Hay muchas tiendas en Innsbruck para comprar algún recuerdo y desde luego esta tienda es de las menos aconsejables. Si entras, vigila bien lo que te cobra y sobre todo las vueltas que te da porque es posible que te meta alguna moneda que no tenga valor alguno y lo que hayas comprado te salga un poco más caro.
Ganz tolle Produkte. Die besten Schokomaroni ebenso wie die Schokobananen gibt's nur beim Heindl. Die Bedienung der Damen ist mindestens so zuckersüß wie die Schokoprodukte.

What kind of a cashier literally yells at a customer like this -- "No exchange! I work here to earn money! I need money! I just need money! Do not ask me anything!" Can you believe??? The cashier was a young, fat woman in her 20s or 30s with glasses and a ponytail. If your the owner of this store, please fire her for your own good. The poor customer was just trying to exchange a T-shirt she bought 30 minutes ago for a larger one.
wenn hier 5 personen sich im geschäft aufhalten, ist schluß. Es ist so eng, dass einige der gängigsten mitbringsel, die der kenner sucht sich im bereich und hinter der verkaufsbuddel befinden. Am verkaufspult keine möglichkeit die eigene einkaufstasche abzustellen, daher wird das einkaufen hier nicht zum erlebnis und ich gehe häufig wieder raus. Klar ist der umsatz pro m2 hier dann top.

Kleines, aber feines Schokoladen- Fachgeschäft. Erhältlich sind sowohl feinste Pralinen als auch kreative Geschenke. Ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen bezüglich des Personals, sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Damen.

I love everything about this store! It's something different to remember Vienna by. Very modern and sustainable approach to the Souvenir industry. The staff works hard on personalising their service to meet your needs, and the costumer service could qualify as "personal shopping" - I met the designer, who was very lovely and approachable and happy to talk about her art, clearly a passionate bunch!

Great shop for souvenirs! Very easy to find, and in a comfortable location. Not so cheap, as any other souvenirs shop, but the lady who sell there is very nice!
