Just one word, Amazing!
One of the best historical museums I've seen, totally recommended.
Fascinating to be walking in the rooms where Mozart lived, composed, played. The audio is very informative and easy to follow.
Only comment would be that although the exact layout is not known, it would be splendid to walk around the furnitures from those times, decorated in the way that suits the best to Mozart's time...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Visiting the Wien Museum Mozart Apartment is an immersive and captivating experience for anyone interested in classical music, history, or the life of Mozart himself. The museum is beautifully curated, offering a rich historical context that allows visitors to step back into 18th-century Vienna. The detailed exhibits provide not only insight into Mozart’s life and works but also the socio-cultural environment that shaped his genius.

The apartment itself is well-preserved, and the audio guide was both informative and engaging, helping to bring the space and its history to life. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of lesser-known details about Mozart’s time in Vienna, which added depth to the more familiar aspects of his story.

For anyone interested in experiencing the world of one of history’s greatest composers, this museum is a must-see. Highly recommended.
Cute fast visit to Mozart museum. Take roughly 20min to visit all.
At 4th floor with no elevator. So lots of stairs.
A bit expensive for what it is, but never the less you get to walk where Mozart did. There is an audio guide which reveals lots of interesting things. Photos are not allowed inside, unfortunately his piano is not there. You can get a taste of what it would have been like , however the rooms are mostly empty but it’s deeper with information you can read on the walls.
This building is where Mozart lived while in Vienna. It is now a museum and is made up mostly of empty rooms only with some portraits and other wall displays. There is not that much to see, therefore, but the audio guide gave some interesting information about episodes in Mozart's life. It was just about worth the €10 entrance fee.

Very good burgers but very very exceptional Fries. We liked it a lot although it is a restaurant on the more expensive side with 13-20€ burgers without fries. Drinks are also expensive but still the food quality is perfect.
Two top tips:

First, if you must go, get the audioguide - the whole place is pointless without it.

Second, do yourself a favour and don't go - even with the audioguide it is awful.

It's almost entirely copies of pictures, documents and portraits, plus a few digital "installations", beautifully presented to be fair. Much is of questionable relevance to Mozart and indeed to the saccharin audioguide. The very few artefacts dotted around are not even Mozart's. There's almost nothing to learn here, and it's not enjoyable.
Not worth the 14€ entry. Nothing original, all replicas and pictures of pictures.
Mostly bare apartment, no furniture and not many items relating to his life. Since there's not many items they try to create a narrative instead of letting pieces speak for themselves in many museums. Only the first floor of Mozart's apartment is about him, second floor and third floor are not.

Some rules were loosely enforced and seemingly against Asians only, notably the no backpacks/backpacks need to be worn in front & no photography allowed, when a lot of people were wearing backpacks and taking pictures and videos....

Nice performance and great culinary. It has been a great way to enjoy Mozart musical program. What an interactive performance. Table arrangement was great and all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Would be more helpful if we could have more signs as the first visitors to reach the building. Must join this program when in Slazburg.. Recommended.. 10% discount applied with code from salzburg card.

B1 Bowling: I do not often write reviews in my time, but when I do, I am severely frustrated about the utterly negative experience I have just had the displeasure of witnessing. In short, what a waste of time and money this was.

Flying in from the US and bringing together 7 friends, I thought to myself: what would be a fun activity for everyone? Bowling it is!

Went to B1‘s website to book a lane and here we are: the website does not allow to pick a time and date for the booking, no matter the device or browser/website used. I repeat, in 2024, their website does. not. work. The fix? Using an iPad pencil to write the date and time into the field! Yes you read that right. You need to spend over 1000 euros first on a functioning tablet from an actual fully functioning organization in order to book a bowling lane at B1. Revolutionary. Riveting.

Moving on, lanes are booked, and the big night comes. It is snowing outside, excitement is in the air. My friends from Massachusetts were more than thrilled to see what a bowling experience is like in Europe.

We arrive and we are assigned lanes 10 and 11. Some noteworthy things upfront: the bar operated separately from the main bowling staff, which is an important distinction as the bar staff itself was doing their jobs just fine. Are drink prices too expensive? Sure, but blame inflation and the EZB for this. They could fully fill up shots though, would definitely give extra point with the jury.

But I digress, where was I. Ah yes, the commencing crippling of my happiness and mental health.

We start playing. Lane 10 works fine. All good. No problems. They cheer. They party. But look over to the right. What do you see? A lane. No action. A rolling dust ball like in a western. Multiple frowning men with drinks in their hands. Why? The lane, once again, stopped working.

Balls bounced back from the wall, the ball return got stuck, pins flew around the track, turns got skipped in the system making a friendly competitive drinking game near impossible. I was not able to finish a single game without an error or interruption. The technicians fixed the issues, yes, but they kept on occurring.

Now you might think: this sounds annoying, but hey they fixed it. Sure, but here’s the kicker. After 1 hour and 55 minutes of playing and constant interruptions we went up to the front desk to kindly say: „Hey, lane 10 is fine but on lane 11 we are constantly having issues, are waiting around, and can’t play as intended.“ Notice the lack of ask reimbursements, or anything of similar intent at this point in time. The front desks persons response came shot from the hip:

„You are at fault for the lane malfunctioning. You used the wrong balls, a 10 pound, which is for kids. So we will close both your lanes and you pay for 10.“ The tone of this response was extremely negative, rude, and in German terms „schroff“. Now let’s dive into some details of this response as you might have noticed complete lack of logical cohesion, just as in game of thrones season 8.

1: every lane possesses balls from 8 pounds and up. We have used 10 pounds up to 13 pounds, just as every other lane, and were the only ones with repeating issues. And here’s a small tidbit: why are you offering balls at a bowling place that do not work with your respective bowling alley? That’s like offering a go kart place with karts that only drive backwards
2: notice how they immediately offered a refund for the lane? Now why would you do that if it was really our fault. Bingo bango bongo, the lane always causes issues, so bobs your uncle.
3: if the balls are the issue, why not say something to the players? That’s like a toxic relationship with a severe amount of gaslighting

Furthermore, they stopped both our games ahead of time, effectively kicking us out.

All in all, I would give 0 stars for this interaction if I could, can’t recommend. Didn’t feel welcome at all.

Other fun facts:
- the disco bowling lasers blind your eyes. Not the laser surgery you wanted
- fortunately were not hit by the security guard with a bar stool

My recent visit to B1 Innsbruck left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Our experience at the bowling alley, specifically on lane 11, was marred by a series of problems that significantly impacted our enjoyment.

From the outset, we noticed issues with the assigned lane. The back stop malfunctioned, causing pins to continuously bounce forward and disrupt our games. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff multiple times, their response was far from satisfactory. Instead of acknowledging the technical difficulties, they insisted that the problem was with our choice of bowling balls, shifting blame onto us rather than addressing the actual lane issues.

Furthermore, the ball return was consistently problematic, with our balls frequently getting stuck. This not only interrupted the flow of the game but also added unnecessary frustration to an already challenging experience. The scoring system was another source of frustration, providing inaccurate scores and, in some instances, skipping over players in our party, unfairly assigning them a score of 0 for the frame.

To add insult to injury, despite the multitude of issues we faced, the management decided to prematurely end our game and ask us to leave. This abrupt conclusion to our evening was both surprising and disappointing, as it left us feeling unwelcome and unresolved.

In addition to the disappointing bowling experience, we were disheartened to learn about a past incident involving the bar security staff. A few months prior, one of the security members reportedly hit a man in the face with an iron bar. While we certainly did not wish for such a violent encounter, it was nonetheless disappointing that we didn't get the chance to meet the person responsible for such an alarming incident. This revelation added an unsettling layer to our overall dissatisfaction with B1 Innsbruck.

In summary, my experience at B1 Innsbruck was far from satisfactory. The combination of technical problems with the lane, unhelpful staff responses, an early termination of our game, and the troubling incident involving the security staff cast a shadow over what should have been an enjoyable outing. I would caution others considering a visit to B1 Innsbruck to be aware of these issues and to manage their expectations accordingly.
Such wonderful employees at this museum! A huge thanks to Herr Wieser who saw that I stumbled into the gallery with so little time to spare before closing, and so kindly helped me get the most out of my time by indicating all the highlights.
His insistence that I saw the balcony before I left gave me the highlight of my day!
This was so generous and pinnacle of what a museum caretaker can be. The Residenz is lucky to have him.
Museum is 1.3 km long divided in EG floor for baroque Halls and beautiful interior decorations, OG1 for museum shop and painting exhibitions of artists, Cathedral treasury, artifacts, visit of upper floor and organ of the Cathedral with outside view from the Terrasse till the end level of St. Peter's museum. all with 13€/adult.

Enjoyed peaking into the closed cathedral to hear a fine choir and orchestra rehearse Mozart’s Ave Verum Corpus. Did not enjoy references to a local art dealer who gave paintings to the collection that he had bought in Berlin and Vienna in a ‘grand purchase’ during the Nazi era. In Germany and Austria such ‘purchasing’ is associated with the desperation with which Jews sold their collections and stock in trade at a fraction of their value in order to flee for their lives. Shame on you Salzburg.
It was a great experience! The food is amazing! Dessert is delicious! The whole concert was unique. The are no parking. Have to go walking . It’s not a far walk 10min max

Worth a visit.
Very good audio guide( included )
You will not only see lots of beautiful rooms
but different private art/curiosities collections.
As well will pass through Cathedral, the second just next to the organ.

Fascinating palace with some stunning rooms. The audio guide was definitely necessary otherwise I would have missed a lot of interesting points. The exhibition and cathedral were also well worth seeing. It is very big, so a lot of walking around but enjoyable nonetheless.

We didn't eat, we were there to play bowling.
It's a good place, beautiful. But the music was a little bit too loud.
One of the finest and elegant live experiences I ever had! Themed as the 18th century ambiance... it was dreamy! The opera singers and the violinsts were extremely talented and simply mind blowing! The food and drinks were pretty commendable! I had gone with my parents and we were seated with this lovely veteran couple and a dashing live-in-the-moment couple! Got to meet and talk with new amazing people like them.. Enjoyed thoroughly and will be saved in the hearts and minds as a finest musical memory!
Really enjoyable music and amazing singing. Staff seemed to enjoy themselves during the entire performance. The soup was interesting, the chicken was good and the desert was delicious. Wine by the glass was not a bad price (6-9), but their bottles get real expensive real fast (30-1500).

It is an excellent place for organizing international events. It has two big halls which can be divided into two by making a partition in the middle. Other than this it has many small rooms. The food provided here is excellent. I attended Vienna water conferences in 2023 at this place and I had a very good experience. You can easily reach this place by train. Just check the Vienna train network, it will be helpful to commute in Vienna City.

I recently attended an Anime Convention 🇯🇵 at the Austria Center and I was thoroughly impressed by the size and amenities of the venue.
The Austria Center provides ample space for events, and it was the ideal setting for the convention. The large halls and well-designed layout made navigating the event a breeze.

One of the standout features of the Austria Center is its convenient location next to various transportation options.🚇🚌
This made getting to the convention hassle-free and allowed me to fully enjoy the event without worrying about travel logistics.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Austria Center during the Anime Convention. The combination of a spacious venue and easy accessibility through nearby transport options makes it a top choice for hosting events of all kinds. I look forward to attending more events at this excellent venue in the future!
A worthy museum! It is not just one, but four! You get to see the rooms where the Prince Archbishops lived, the art gallery, the Cathedral, and more! The audioguide is free, and highly recommended! You can easily spend a few hours there. There is also a balcony that overlooks the main square, so it is possible to order a cup of coffee and have a break.
An easily overlooked stop. It includes the Archbishop’s palace (including the room where Mozart gave his first concert as a child), a small art museum, tours of the treasuries of Salzburg cathedral and St Peter’s. Very much worth it.

We have been at dinner yesterday night. The entrance hall was elegantly decorated, toilets were clean and had supplies. At the entrance we were met by young lady cashier, who was friendly and gentleman who greeted us in very friendly manner, speaking very good English. I guessed he was in charge , because later he kept coming and asking if everything is ok, after we been seated. It’s our second visit to this concert dinner. The musicians and singers did their best . Very young female singer and male singer pleased us with their performances. The only thing I noticed , they didn’t wear wigs, which would complete their costumes very nicely . One of cello players had black sports shoes . The musicians also didn’t wear wigs. It used to be different 11 years ago. Then they all wore wigs, nice costumes and shoes that suited those clothes . I pay close attention to details . If they making show, they should wear full costumes , because actors and singers in real opera wouldn’t do that , ho on stage with sports shoes and without wigs . Food wasn’t great . Soup with two Knödel, which is favorite by mostly German speaking nations is not so favored by Americans or other tourists from other parts of the world. As main dish we were served chicken thigh with polenta and some carrots. Also didn’t look very appealing. The knife wasn’t sharp to cut chicken , so I struggled, because our table was wobbly and I was afraid if I push knife harder that table will triple down . I am not a Fan of polenta , do I ate only chicken.then came dessert , it tasted like sugar blended into foam and to make it look better they flamed it brown on top . I think, 11 years ago we ate the same dessert. But it was very big portion, baked in oven, so it was really crispy . I couldn’t eat dessert . Overall, it worth to go to concert dinner, just to enjoy music and opera, but the food was real fiasco. They should change their menu completely. The personnel were really nice, friendly . Our waiter Patric spoke with some mannerisms, in good English , but I guessed he can’t speak German, although my man said he is German, Patric kept speaking English. But he was pleasant . I found bag in toilet , gave it to gentleman in suit, who was in charge, he came later to table to tell that lady came for her bag and said thanks
We reserved slots for the guided tour (DomQuartier Führung) via their official website template and then email. While it added a small add-on amount to the entry tickets, it was absolutely worth it.

The guide explained and pointed us towards things we would have absolutely missed in the museums & gallery view of the cathedral. She also showed us sections of the residence that wouldn't be open to visit otherwise. The guide was so nice and answered all our questions; at the end of the tour we felt we had seen the highlights and could move forwards to exploring the historical centre and go to a concert. It was a pleasure!
Beautiful museum, and amazing view. You can spend your whole day here just watching the roof and the painting. You have audio guide here, but unfortunately not Hungarian. But with the English one everything also clear.
With Salzbueg Card it is also free to enter so it is also a good point.
I think the only problem was: the emptiness of the rooms. There were big rooms with almost nothing in them just a big empty space.
But in the end, I had a great time here.
Interesting museum with different art pieces. Tour went through the terrace with nice view on the city, and nearby cathedral's organ, which you cannot access otherwise. Free access with Salzburg card.

One of my favorite spots for night life in Innsbruck! What makes it different than others is the fact that it has both indoor and outdoor partying area. Plus, you can even play some other games like bowling and lasertag in there.
Brilliant time for Mozart and opera or classical music lovers. I would go regularly if I lived closer. It was time well spent. There is a prix fixe. Luckily, there was a vegetarian option for me. A very pleasant experience and worth going to Everyone here was very nice too

We made our son’s birthday in Bowling Innsbruck. The kids enjoyed it a lot. They played, had fun, ate from kid’s menu and celebrate the birthday 🎉
One star less because they charged us for putting some plates to eat the cake, although we already ordered food!
So keep in mind that for birthday you need to pay more for the shoes renting, drinks, snacks, food, plates… You are only allowed to bring the cake.

Super
Quite complex building makes it easy to lost. However directions are well designed. Supporting spaces are also well developed.
If you arrive by train better to ask for the proper exit, otherwise you will have to do a cycle.
It’s a good venue however the signage for where each seminar hall is in the basement, is terrible. Going from K1 to D2 you literally start walking in one direction and then you find out that you literally walked all the way around the entire floor. There’s no signage outside of each seminar hall to say which direction is quickest to get to another seminar hall.

Beautiful palace in classic Rococo style located in the middle of the Altstadt. For centuries this has been the residence of the Prince-Archbishops of Salzburg. It was the place where they discussed politics, lived, hosted events, dinner parties and via which they could easily enter the Dom next to it.
You get to see several things in one tour. It is very cool to be in the same room as Mozart started his career as a 6 year old boy.
The tour fits for both adults and children. Where the children also can dress up as in the 18th century.
