Delicious Chinese food, lovely friendly service! My go to for 10+ years!
Had goat curry today
Was delicious also cheese garlic bread
Was very much like pizza.
Overall very good
We brought our guests here after raving about it on Uber, and they loved it just as much as we did. The atmosphere inside is really pleasant, and if you’re not familiar with Indian cuisine, it’s a fantastic introduction. The staff are attentive and courteous, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Had a wonderful time. Great food , amazing service, very friendly staff , we were a group of approximately 30 adults and 7 kids , I am going thr every day 😊😊😊

The Samosa Chaat was the best Indian dish I have ate so far. I really love meat dishes but I could honestly eat this all day by itself. If your Vegetarian, I couldn’t recommend anything better!
A must visit when in the GC - delicious food and wonderful service. We ended up coming here 3 nights in a row for dinner and loved everything we had - highly recommended for a nice halal meal with family and friends.
We were a group of six that dined here for the first time on the weekend. We were welcomed by the young staff member who showed us to our seats inside. It is quite noisy inside when people are talking so we sat outside. The waitress was very helpful when we asked for something not the same, as the menu. In the end we stuck with the menu and she gave us good suggestions. The food was served very quickly, and was very tasty and enjoyable. The one dish that was suggested was goat. As we have never tried goat before we took her up on her suggestion. Didn't rate it. Everything else was excellent.
We had our kid’s event last week and everything was fantastic . Thanks Naren and team for making it all perfect for us and everyone enjoyed it to the fullest . Highly recommend it for any celebrations and events .
Amazing Thai food, service was fairly quick to be seated, but was really busy so we waited about 20-30 minutes for the food. But the restaurant was packed. They were happy to remove the egg for me for the pad see ew.
Good location just across from IGA and close to tram.

Last night We went to Aroma Indian Cuisine Epping . The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything . I can't wait to come back again!” “The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. There staff also helpful and nice . I’ll prefer to everyone visit the o restaurant and enjoy their delicious food…
We did a take away order of Dal tadka , Palak paneer and chicken tikka masala, naans and roti every thing was amazing and prices were reasonable. Good quantity
Our recent experience at Spicy Affairs in Victoria Park was fantastic. The food was superb, featuring authentic Indian flavors and spices in every dish. Moreover, the prices were quite affordable, making it a great choice for those on a budget. I highly recommend Spicy Affairs to anyone craving delicious Indian cuisine in Victoria Park. It definitely deserves a solid 5-star rating
Just wish I could give a NEGATIVE rating for the most disgusting experience we had last night with their food ordered online. Previously ordered couple of times and it wasn’t bad so I ordered again last night as our usual was closed. The chicken dish was too stale and chicken looked and tasted at least a week old. It wasn’t even appropriate to consume so had to bin it. It was rubbery and very hard. How can you serve this low standard of food Raj on Taj?? Won’t ever order from you. Please ppl don’t waste your money on the stale food they send you through online deliveries.
The best momos, Samosa and pani puri I've ever had in here. Love their food❤️

Nice Indian restaurant with nice flavours and a nice spot. Service is always good.
The food was very tasty, i loved everything. I'm eager to come back and try more dishes.
I ordered medium hot and i think i would tolerate the normal flavour next time.

Recommended: Samosa Chaat, Chicken Jalfrezi, Cheese Naan
As a first-time visitor to Namaste Indian at Eatons Hill, we were delighted with the experience. Although it is a small venue at the back of the small shopping centre, we found a gem of Indian flavours. It was a balance of spices and seasonings and full of flavour. Then aromatics of the chicken tandoor, creamy curries, with every bite being a delight for the senses. The menu offered a wide variety of options across the Indian flavour range. The chef special goat curry was absolutely scrumptious.

The staff ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable, from offering recommendations on dishes to promptly refilling drinks.

Overall, our first visit to Namaste Indian at Eatons Hill was a five-star flavour experience. I cannot wait to return and try more of their dishes. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an amazing Indian flavoured experience.
Returned to Raj on Taj after a 10 year absence, and the restaurant continues to serve delightful dishes. From entree to mains, the dishes are colourful, well plated and memorably tasty. Favourites such as Beef Korma and Butter Chicken did not disappoint at all; the protein were tender and the sauces delicately balanced. The team were cheerful, while the decor was Indo rustic. We'll be back. Definitely in my Top 3 of Indian cuisine in Adelaide 👌🏾
Worst customer service ever. The girl who was working at the front desk on 2nd March at around 4 pm does not know how to speak with customer. We waited for almost 45 minutes to 1 hour for just 4 samosas to take away but still didn't get. Even while asking, she didn't respond. Not even suitable to get 1 star. 😡😡
Very poor service. Specially the lady who works on front desk o(02/03/2024 4:20) was very rude and not responsive at all. I just ordered samosa’s and they make me wait for about 45min to 1 hrs. The people who came after me were getting the order and going back home but for me they were not even responding. I think they don’t care about the customer. I wont recommend anyone to go in this shop.😡
I'm only new to this place, but the butter chicken is outstanding, the cheese naan is awesome. Can't wait to explore the rest of the menu. If you love butter chicken, give this place a shot, you'll be uniquely pleased :-)
This is one of the best Indian restaurants I have been to. The food is delicious and the service always friendly. Thank you Namaste for making my Friday nights great. Well Done
Delicious food. This Indian restaurant will not disappoint. It’s an absolute gem and we will continue to support such a great little place in Eatons Hill.
Thank you for our wonderful meal tonight. Family of 5 and we all loved it.
Visited Namaste for a late lunch/early dinner as they were open at 4.30pm & the service & food were wonderful! The waitress recommended the garlic naan to go with the veg curry & it was a great accompaniment. As they’d just made chai for themselves they shared a cup with me which was delicious & very welcome after a long drive.
Namaste is without a doubt the best Indian Restaurant around. Have been going here for years and have turned so many of my friends and family onto them as well. They make authentic, delicious food and have the most friendly service. They are amazing
Highly recommend.
I ordered a large selection off the menu and my partner and I were BLOWN away by the quality and FLAVOUR! I'm a food snob so that says a lot 😅
Unbelievable n Amazing for me .. Thanks to BABA SWEETS for taking me into Real Punjab one week early before landing in India and getting Real Essence & Taste of Amritsar or I say Real Punjabi Food .. 💯 Perfect Food as you can see photos I attached .. Good Quantity of Full Glass LASSI .. With Amritsari Kulchey cholley enough to Fill your Tummy .. I will recommend everyone to come with family and Enjoy Food 🍱
Wow, wow and triple wow. This was the most amazing Thai food I’ve ever had. High quality, extremely helpful staff and quick service. He vibe was amazing and we ate till our hearts content. Will definitely be going back when we return to Surfers. Do yourself a favour and give them a shot. Plus halal certified for all the Muslims out there!
They took more money from my bank than the actual bill amount, while I ordered online. This is like ripping off genuine customer., but there was no attempt of help from them to fix it. I now realised I wasted my money, time and my energy to get me money back.

Great food! Lovely service and I was so FULL after my Vegetarian Platter. So much flavour in the food. Cannot wait to go back. A fabulous price for the servings, too.

Only criticism was that there was no music the night we went there. But honestly it was so good I didn’t care.

We ended up eating here last night on a whim. As we were some of the first diners after opening it was a nice quiet atmosphere.

The food was nice; but nothing on our go to Indian restaurant. We found the butter chicken to be quite a lot sweeter than we’re used to. However the duck leg curry was good with nice flavours. The portion sizes were good and Garlic naan was nice.

The staff were friendly and attentive. We had our four year old with us and they were also friendly and chatted to him like any other diner.

All in all a nice meal but not somewhere we’ll be racing to visit again and again.
Service was quick, food good and staff friendly. A little different to what we are used to, but a change is always good.
It was so good that we had to go back again! Staff there were friendly and accommodating. The second night, we didn't book, but I recommend it because it fills up very quickly at dinner service. We were just lucky on the second night.
Absolutley delicious, need to upgrade to a better eat in restaurant I think because this food is AMAZING 👏

If you're a vegan also this is so flavoury so many options will not disappoint.

Owners are also beautiful.

Also so well priced!!!
After a dinner I asked for tax invoice and paid cash. I got a BILL with no ABN or GST on the total. A week later went to get the tax invoice, the lady at the reception was rude enough to apologies and correct her mistake or deliberate action. Kept saying you asked for bill. Being a trades person, tax invoice is what I always asks.

Avoid paying cash and check the tax invoice before you leave.
We where referred here by 3 friends who live in Adelaide. They all said: good, solid, consistant with great food. True words! I took the butter chicken, my daughter the lamb Korma. Between us we shared a bowl of saffron rice and a serving of butter garlic naan bread. The food was delicious and the servings where generous. So generous that we couldnt finish them. Friendly staff, great vibe. For the quality and serving sizes, well prized. From what we heard later, this is the go to place in Adelaide for Indian food. A menu with lots to choose from.
Bland. First time ordering from here. Only tried this place because our usual was not answering their phone. We called and made our order and was told there was a 45min wait. Upon arrival they had one of our dishes as a Tikka Masala instead of Vindaloo. Had to wait another 20min. Super bland madras and vindaloo. The hot vindaloo was not spicy at all. Thin sauce for both. Saffron rice tastes and looks like it has no spices in it. The vegetable samosa was nice. This was my first time trying this restaurant and I won’t be back!
Wow what an culinary experience 🙏
Was referred by a friend & didn’t disappoint
Will be back soon ❤️
Absolutely love A Spicy Affair - amazing curry (the best I've had in Perth), super friendly and welcoming staff and super cosy restaurant. Would highly recommend and will be back.
Don't know why there are so many negative reviews on this place, none of my usual take out places were open for business today being new years so I decided to get food from this place even though it is a lot further then I normally order from, it turned out to be amazing. Chicken and lamb biryani, butter chicken, garlic roti and onion bhaji. Everything was cooked to perfection, imo this is the best Indian restaurant from Reservoir to Epping thanks a lot guys. Next time I will dine in.
My family and I enjoyed a delicious meal here. The green curry prawns with steamed rice were flavorful and satisfying. The chicken satay skewers were tender and paired well with the rich peanut sauce. To top it off, we got a free soft serve from their new place next door. It was a chai soft serve that was creamy and refreshing. They also offered us a complimentary bubble tea of our choice, because we had to wait a bit for the soft serve. It was a generous gesture and the bubble tea was amazing. I highly recommend this place for a great dining experience.
We walked in without a reservation, and thankfully, they squeezed us in! It was bustling with energy, a testament to their delicious food.

We dove straight into the panang curry, and let me tell you, it was a revelation! Rich, creamy, and bursting with fragrant spices, it's easily the best I've had for some time.

Everything else on the table was equally fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We couldn't fault a single dish!

I highly recommend making a reservation to avoid a wait.
I celebrated my 50th birthday party in October at Taj on High. We had the entire restaurant booked with around 100 guests. Excellent service, great ambience and delicious food. It was very well organised and the venue looked beautiful. Raman and team were very friendly and helpful. Our guests had a great time. A big thank you to the chef at Taj on High for the delicious buffet🙂
Our guests also enjoyed the food. Highly recommend!!!
Aroma Indian Cuisine in Epping is a culinary treasure trove that deserves every bit of its 5-star rating. The food here is nothing short of exceptional — bursting with authentic flavors and crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Each dish is a testament to the chef's culinary expertise and passion for Indian cuisine. From the fragrant biryanis to the rich curries, every bite is a delightful journey through the diverse and vibrant world of Indian flavours. The warm and inviting ambiance, coupled with friendly service, makes dining at Aroma a truly memorable experience. If you're a fan of Indian cuisine, this place is an absolute must-try — it's a culinary adventure that keeps me coming back for more!

I ordered malai kofta last night through uber. I checked and found kofta was so hard to eat, I called 10 15 to inform then but no one picked phone and ruined my dinner.
Have been dining in at Charminar Klemzig ,for years .The restaurant has a great range of vegetarian food ,the serves are always generous ,delicious and light. The proprietor and staff are friendly and attentive . I highly recommend this restaurant.
I like the taste of the food. I have tried the restaurant based on a friend's recommendation, and it was a great trial. We ordered rice noodles with chicken meduim spicy (pad Thai) and flat noodles with chicken (Pad Si- Ew).
Pad Thai was so spicy I may order mild next time😄. The portion per dish is big, so it might be enough for two people not starving.
I had my 18th birthday here and I don’t have a single bad thing to say. The food was extraordinary and all my guests enjoyed themselves. Thank you to the wonderful host who made sure decorations, lights, food were just what I wanted and requested. I highly recommend this reception centre as they catered for my guests extremely well and I am happy with their service.
1st timer, it was fine. Nice environment, good food, portion is big can share and the food is sure tasty n satisfying. My entire family feel full and satisfied. Good for families. Tom yum soup & the fried chicken must try!! shiok..
The chicken biryani was below average and a 2/5 rating is actually generous. Uber eats has a 4.7/5, I don't know how and that is completely misleading. The taste and aroma wasn't great but the price is at par with restaurants around that serve the same cuisine. You can say the biryani was absolutely bland or tasteless. Extremely disappointed. They should really improve their service.
Atmosphere is alright. Not authentic food. Pretty regular stuff. Tried chefs special which was not at all special.
Today i do breakfast here. I tried cholle bhature and veg thali . They both were literally tasty and mouth watering 🤤🤤. Really feel good and punjabi taste in their food . Recommend you must try ..🌸 curries were also very good
Very popular and spacious venue!!! Always feel very comfortable coming here due to the hospitality by Narinder and Manisha team. Ambience is very beautiful. They have right room for any size party. Many options to choose from.

The vindaloo was hot tender and delicious. The menu log driver took a long time to drop off, not charminars error.
The butter chicken was very watery, not thick like usual.
Still tasty though. I will order again, I love charminar Indian food.

Good place for dinner! I like the atmosphere and the service. I tried the butter chicken and it was really tasty, pea pilau was amazing with full of flavours and they have many vegetarian options. I would like to come back and try a different dish. Price around $25-$40 pp depends on what do you want to drink.
This was my first time in zafran. The food I ordered was so good. 😋
I used to live around the corner from Spicy Affair and would go there a lot when it first opened. Since moving to Fremantle 7 years ago, I hadn’t been back until last night. The food was just as good as I remembered. I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to come back. I definitely won’t be leaving it so long until the next time! Absolutely superb!
We had our girls birthday party at Heritage Reception, wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I particularly give 5 stars for looking after our guest well and they all had amazing time. Thank you for a memorable night and I will definitely be returning soon!
Meat and vegetables are lovely. But the dishes have way too much oil in them, it loses the flavour.
Basically had to scrap off a solid layer of fat the next day to eat it.
Thank you Narinder paji for the amazing Night. Excellent food, great atmosphere, beautiful decors at The Heritage Reception Center. I will definitely recommend this venue to my family and friends. Once again big thank you to you and your staff for their efforts and wonderfull hospitality!!

always a favourite for the family , the food is very good and the staff are lovely, always friendly. My kids love the meals. $100 for a family of five which is great value. We always look forward to dining here.
While ordering, it was mentioning 4 samosas but we were given only two.
Overall food was good.
I order chicken biryani and samosa chat . I never had this kind of taste less biryani ever .it was soo spicy 😒
Don't even deserve 1 star. Paid $39.66 for food (takeaway) and went home and ate Maggie!!! Veg fried rice (indo chinese) had capsicum with garam masala and elaichi (sweet). Veg Manchurian were next level disaster!!! Manchurian were normal bhajiya and too sweet with capsicum again! I would suggest the place, if you don't know how to cook please remove indo Chinese from the menu!!!! Please answer me, can I get refund for this? Because you fooled us with disaster tasteless food!!! Don't just take money from people, please deliver as well for what you charge! Ridiculous. Please let me know about refund!
We had food here on Saturday night and wow it was so yummy! So happy we chose here as there’s a lot of choice in Victoria Park, I highly recommend Spicy Affair. Such good quality and amazing value. Malai Kofta and Chicken Tikka Masala were divine. Food was quick and it’s great that it’s a BYO!
We had food delivered promptly. They all had punchy flavours, portion sizes were solid & overall a reasonably priced dinner option!
Who would’ve thought! This is the best Chinese takeaway I’ve EVER had and I will admit when we pulled up I was hesitant haha! We had 5 different dishes plus sides and I couldn’t fault any. It’s delicious.
I ordered sweet chilly potato from there. Potatoes were not well roasted or boiled and smelling too.
When we send it back to double check from chef than they said "" saade vllo te sahi ne tuc dekhlo ki krna and bring it back to us"".
Very good behaviour.
Everyone should go there once not for food just for their kind behaviour😂
The food ordered was tasty but the fish pakora was burnt and hence 4 stars. We would like to get a rain check for the fish please kindly take a note please. Thanks
They don’t deserve ti be in food industry, order some patiz, and it seems like 10 days old, very poor food quality
One of my most favorite food was an omelet with the traditional sauce. Since when do you put sweet and sour sauce on an omelet? I have never ever had that on an omelet, I would have ordered sweet and sour pork if wanted that, i would never order there again not to mention they should have asked the customer what sauce they wanted not what they think you should have. It tasted disgusting I throw it in the bin 🤢🤮
Thanks to Narinder bhaji; we had our party on 18th March, everything was so organised beyond our expectations… really worth to spend money and will definitely book in future…
My family and I went for dinner here and it was amazing! The staff were very welcoming; especially the lady who greeted us when we entered. We were advised to scan the provided QR code for the menu and quickly ordered our dinner. We first ordered some masala chai which was good! Made me feel like I'm right back at home in Fiji. My family really enjoyed their food, while I enjoyed the Mango chicken and cheese Naan that I ordered for myself! Restaurant was clean and very accommodating. Will definitely come back here if we visit Melbourne again 🫶🏼
Fantastic tasty dinner at Spicy Affair. Nice small restaurant with lovely friendly staff. The curries were delicious! We had Vindaloo, Korma, Rogan Josh and Naan bread. Generous servings and super tasty food. We will be back for sure!
Was told to try this restaurant on my next trip to Epping, I’m so glad I did. I ordered a recommendation from the server the chicken taj special and asked for it hot some plain rice and a garlic nan bread. I should of ordered a plain nan too to scoop up the rest of the curry. The food came pretty fast the clientele were all Indians so I knew I was onto a good thing here. The food was really authentic and tasty. Washed it down with an Indian beer called kingfisher. I would highly recommend trying this one out. I was a little sad that there was a large fire at one of the nearby shops so closed this place down for the last 2 nights of my stay in Epping. Love Indian try taj on high 👌

Restaurant set off the Main Street (King WIlliam Road). Monday night for dinner. Staff were warm and friendly and happy to answer any questions.
Serving sizes look small but are very filling. Enjoyed all of our meals. Plenty of flavour and spice if you want it. No children’s menu which is a little annoying but the waiter was happy to give a couple of suggestions to use. This is the second time I have being to this restaurant now and I’m pretty sure there will be a third some time in the future.

I really like to go again to have butter an and butter chicken. They gave good quantity at a reasonable price. Food is tasty.Good customer service.
Even chicken biriyani is good.
Recommended place👍
I’ll start off by saying I’ve been to little Indian restaurants but Taj on High I really did enjoy the food, the only reason why the restaurant lost 2 stars, we’re that the seats were uncomfortable and we asked for the spiciest spicy food and we did not believe it was their spiciest option which was disappointing. However we did enjoy the food that we got and will return here and order through Uber eats to our home which we have before. A special shout out to their paneer stuffed naan and garlic roti which was delicious!
Brought three other friends to come savour the fantabulous chicken tandoori biryanni and goat curry here. All of us were over joyed with the flavours and spices served. Not overly sweet, just spicy and hot as we have requested but not enough to numb our tongues or brains. We even ordered to take away.

That speaks volume of the high standards esp all four of us are some of the most well travelled all over the world enjoying some of thd best Indian cuisise in Middle East, South East Asia and our motherland (of food to us, at least) in the Subcontinent.

But we had to primed ourself up in a nearby "petrol" kiosk before visiting this dry joint. Lol.

Excellent service and food, staff very helpful. Good menu. Ordered Amritsari Kulcha and chhole. Chhole were good, however the kulcha more likely was tandoori paratha. Authentic Amritsari Kulcha, those who know, is very firm and crispy. Other thing they could improve is that possibly they could build a door in between dining area and kitchen, as while sitting and dining you could clearly hear arguments noises and loud voices, which sometimes can ruin the dining experience for families.
Went for an early dinner with a friend on a Sunday evening. Enjoyed the warm hospitality and the ambience.
We ordered a chicken and paneer dish which turned to be beyond my expectations! Loved them with hot crisp garlic naans and rice.
Conveniently situated on a busy intersection with ample parking spaces.
Highly recommended!👍
Still killing it, with their curries. But one issue was that we weren't offered papadams when we sat down. Our kid loves them. And when we asked for it, we got charged for one serve. The waiters seemed new but sill. Loved the goat byranie and palak Paneer and the lamb vindaloo.

Went back again and found the food excellent as always. Great Naan quality. The lamb vindaloo was spicy with tender cuts of lamb. The Palak paneer could have been more flavourful but the paneer seemed home made which was nice.

Found this place based on the ratings. So under stated but the food was fantastic... Loved the vindaloo and the goat curry. Naan was authentically made in a tandoor oven. Good service, authentically Indian from India, as an Indian from India it was as good as home.
For 🇳🇵Nepalese and Indian cuisines, Zafran is one of the best takeaway restaurants in the suburb. Staffs are nice and till now, the orders have all been ready on time. For Nepalese/Indian spicy dishes, this could be one good option.
One of the best venues in Melbourne. The management is very understanding and they will go any length to meet your requirement. We did a function and loved the feedback from guests.
For $42 we got a large fried rice, 4 dim sims, chicken with oyster sauce & Cantonese fillet steak. Pretty good value and the food was ok, nothing special and not what you would call authentic. It is just your typical dumbed down westernised Asian food but I ate it.
one of the best reception centers in Melbourne for any event like marriages birthdays and other corporate events
talk to Narinder for best deals with food and other decorations.

venue is very good today and clean with so many decoration options available

staff is very courteous and welcoming. prices are very good to meet your requirements

food is halal you can tell management to cater for your desired menu with dietary requirements...
When it comes to looking for authentic food, we always like to take bit time to drive to the neighbourhood where many of particular ethnic group reside. We worked in India for 2 years. So every once a while we would hit an Indian eatery, it brings back some fun memories of India. Taj on High doesn’t disappoint.
The flavours are on point. It is spicy, it is flavoursome, it is not overly sweet. The place itself is not hard to find with plenty of car space in front. The waitress was friendly. We didn’t make reservation beforehand. There were plenty of tables when we got there. Overall a very satisfying experience.
