My first experience of Veneziano Coffee was their first shop opened in Adelaide. Modern look of interior attracted me then coffee was another level. Loved it so much and I even did coffee course with them. Therefore I was very happy to find out Veneziano coffee in Sydney.
It was still good but not close enough to what I experienced in Adelaide.

Depending which staff member serves you, service here can range from friendly to grumpy. For a coffee specialist, the coffee was surprisingly subpar, with large bubbles in the milk rather than a fine silky texture. Pastries are the only food served here – I think you can find better and cheaper at the French patisserie across the street. A large coffee and pain aux raisins cost $14.40.

They have great coffee, I'm a regular and buy my coffee beans there, usually have a good experience but on Saturday 23/01 at 3pm the female barista and took my order was so unfriendly with me I was shocked. I ordered an iced flat white, she then said she never heard of "iced flat white", and they only make iced latte as the difference between flat white and latte was how they froth the milk. I worked as a barista in Berlin and besides the obvious difference in how we froth the milk, we used to make a flat white with double shot and latte with single, that's why I ordered an iced flat white but she acted as if it was the most stupid non-sense order and even laughed ironically at me - she then told me they make both coffees with double shot in their coffee shop. I think she should reconsider if she wants to work in customer service and if she does, she definitely should change the way she talks with customers. Sorry for the rest of the team who is doing a great job and serving amazing coffee, but the 0 star in this review only goes to this last service I had there!

I ordered a cappuccino, skim milk, no sugar.
It was perfect. It had slight hints Cherry, a natural sweetness to the coffee.
Wonderfully balanced, perfect milk consistency.
Very nice coffee, I recommend it.
I would recommend if you love coffee, don’t get a mocha or caramel so you can enjoy the actual taste of the coffee mixed with milk.
I do love my chocolate on top, it’s your choice.

I was very disappointed today. Female staff took my order and made my coffee as well. I have ordered piccolo and within 10 seconds my piccolo was done. She just poured leftover espresso and milk even she was not busy at all. Of course Espresso did not have crema, less flavor and milk was not warm enough. This cafe was one of my favorite for long time when previous manager and some of regular staff were there. Since they have gone everything has changed and it it very sad.

Stumbled across this coffee roaster and just ordered a cappuccino to enjoy. I was so surprised! It was delicious. Notes of dates & cherry. I queried what the blend was and I was told for coffee with milk, they use the SOAR blend which has notes of cherries, biscuits and dates. The coffee place was relaxing, lots of customers but not hectic. No one will be disappointed with the quality of their cofee. Enjoy!!
