Stayed at the apartment for 2 nights 3 days. Very clean with excellent views

Disappointed apartment not as stated as booked initially for the first two days of the visit there was a bad stench we had to leave all the doors and windows open to get rid of the smell. Pool was not operating we needed it for health reason and we where not properly notified . We where told by a residence that the pool was having issues for many months. There where no fly screens. On the plus side it was a large apartment, with beautiful views and good parking. Worth two and a half stars.

We booked a 3 Bedroom, and only one bedroom has an aircon machine in it. There’s only 2 showers/toilets and you can’t shower at the same time otherwise they are stone cold!!! The pool and spa is great though and the reception staff was so nice. They’re super huge and spacious rooms with a nice view of the water.

Booked a 1 bedroom apartment with DeVille Apartments for a weeks stay in Main Beach. Absolutely stunning views right in the waters edge. Amazing staff at the reception, always so kind and responsive! The apartment was in the heart of everything, across the road is the surf lifesaving club with delicious food, and you are able to swim literally off your doorstep! The Uber ride into surfers is roughly $7 and takes 5 min. Or you can jump on the e-bikes or walk the esplanade for amazing views. Overall this apartment was amazing!! Will be defs coming back to this apartment for our next stay!!

Room was lovely, pool was great and excellent location- however, the low star rating is for a SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE. We were on the 6th floor and all bedroom windows opened the entire way (some up to a meter wide maybe) and had NO screens. Also, they are very easy to open. Anyone with young children should avoid at all costs. Is this even legal in Australia? Pic shows hight and size of windows (didn't take one when open).

Had a very nice welcome, felt at home.. beautiful kitchen dining area and nice place to sit out side and have a coffee, comfy bed and very nice clean bathroom too. The only thing I would have liked was a little fridge in the room, though the kitchen area is great it is a shared one, they have free bread jam, milk and eggs from there own ducks too. Over all very happy thankyou.

Lucky enough to stay on Level 25 - amazing beach and gold coast views! The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-equipped (kitchen, laundry and bathrooms), easily accessible, underground parking, friendly staff, well maintained. (We went for the view rather than a renovated apartment but our room was perfectly fine).
Great pool and spa, Australia Fair shopping centre close by, very short trips to theme parks.
Highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again in the future.

(Vacuum cleaner didn't work and no replacement was provided despite requests but who wants to vacuum on holidays anyway??)

This is like staying in a 5 star hotel. The only thing missing is the 24 hour room service.
The place is immaculate!
The breakfast provided included farm fresh duck eggs and real coffee.
A menu was provided for a dinner to be delivered.
We will be coming back!!!

Loved it! Beautiful home away from home. Cathy is so kind to share her home with us. Breakfast was delicious fresh fruit and some tasty croissants. I really loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future!

We definitely had a great time at this well-maintained property. The breakfast was just awesome and most importantly, the hospitality of the host (Cathy) was superb. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay. 😊

My husband and i stayed at seatrees last weekend nov 2020 celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Catherine and Paul were wonderful hosts and very hospitable. Nothing was too much for them. Lovely clean, comfortable accom. Very affordable. Pool was so good.

A great stay at Seatrees, serene location, nature abound, modern and spotless accommodation and affordable rates. Great host and very friendly hospitality. I would recommend Seatrees to anybody looking for a nice getaway or stop over.

An amazing mornings to Emu at your back yard.

2nd time here in 12months. A great house with all the trimmings and a 30 second walk to the pub. The wood heater cranks some awesome heat and the internal layout of the house is functional and spacious. I would highly recommend this home.

This place is amazing, i visited with my family of four, the hostess was so welcoming and Friendly when we arrived. She invited us to Barbeques and made sure we were enjoying our stay when lounging about the pool. We even got to see Kangaroos coming out of the tree and feeding on the front lawn. Very clean and fresh, we hope to go back soon.

The rental home was amazing. my family slept very well, for the week we were here. we had a stable connection to the internet, and we even got see kangaroos from our balcony! Amazing view of the Grampians.

Thanks Cathy and George for a great stay. We stayed here while visiting Yanchep National park an easy 15km drive away. Sea trees was a well presented accommodation. Cathy and George were really attentive hosts and made sure things were set up for us and then discretely left us to our devices. Breakfast was plentiful with choices of Cereal , Fruits, Yoghurts and Croissants with a variety of condiments. Even when the missus burnt her croissant, George was to the rescue, with a replacement and warmed up ready to serve. The 2 dogs ( Mishka and Buddy) they have were beautiful and so friendly when they first greeted us on arrival. The room we had was spacious and a generous ensuite attached.
A couple of other guests popped on spec and we had a great time reminiscing on some the areas we had both worked around the state. Even working out we were on the same project at one stage. Small world eh?
Thanks again for a great stay and would recommend staying there for service, comfort, value and the convenience if you're traveling to Yanchep or Two Rocks area.

Awesome place.

Really good position next to national park and has beautiful garden. Very well appionted for such an old style cozy place. Will be returning because of the beautiful ambience and very good value. Owner very helpful supplying many food necessities as well. Springbrook has a lot to offer for the nature lover and cool mountain streams. Plenty of eateries to choose from. Flat ground and all on one level ideal for senior people(wheely walkers)

The house is located far away from the swimming beach. There are no play grounds nearby for children to play. The pool is rather small. The neighbour right next to the house has some weird birds that make high pitched loud noises all day. Before checkout time the neighbour came to the pool (without saying hello or do you mind...) and started throwing his fishing line into the pool over and over. Very strange. The owners are finicky about everything. Was a stress taking small children there. Otherwise if its just you and older children it might be ok. The long sidewalk on the ocean is really nice.
