Care Services Australia to provide disability services for my friend. I'm so glad I did! The staff are so kind and knowledgeable, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my friend get the best care possible.
Helen has been brilliant, she has gone above and beyond to make sure that Jack got a job and then was there and still is to support him, we are extremely grateful to have Helen in his corner and I cannot speak highly enough of her ,,,
I’ve been dealing with care services Australia for the last 8 months. Their service is horrible, unprofessional and lack basic communication skills. The owner Ahmed fails to lack compassion and care, hence I would not recommend any of there services to anyone. Poor service!
Care services Australia have given me the worst experience of any company I’ve dealt with. The owner Ahmed runs his business in a way which he neglects concerns, fails to communicate and runs a business with selfish and greedy intentions. The NDIS industry is about giving to the community and helping those in need. Providers have a responsibility to ensure participants, employees and members of the community receive the support they need. It’s a shame people like Ahmed and Dianne neglect concerns of the community. I also worked as a receptionist for care services where multiple people throughout the day would communicate there concerns regarding invoices overdue by almost 3-4 months. I would raise these concerns with Dianne the accountant where she would instruct me to just tell the people on the phone to say she was not in today or in a meeting, hence lying to people we would owe money. This is a reflection of the character of the company. If you’re searching for a ndis provider or aged care provider, stayyyyyy away from care services at all costs.
Care Services Australia was providing aged care services for my disabled mother. I was very disappointed with their services as they failed to provide the compassion, care and empathy required for my sick mum. I feel like the service was very financially driven with a lack of respect to all people involved. My interactions with Ahmad the CEO were negative and a lot was promised but very minimal was delivered. It’s a shame people feel the need to take advantage of the vulnerable. Do better, care services terrible service👎
Care Services Australia is the worst company, they take advantage of patients who are sick and suffering. After signing a service agreement I quickly discovered Ahmed the CEO to be non-existent in his services. I do not recommend there services, they claim to have a charity company which assists people to find providers, however they just recommend the participants through their charity company to their own service. Very misleading. Stay away from their services!!
Fix your website time of opening I went there at 9.00 an they said they don’t open till 10 can you fix it please thanks

The staff were very understanding of my needs .I appreciate them so much for the help they have given me out of the goodness of these great peoples hearts .these people genuinely care about others and that means alot. they take the time to help people in our community.they also helped me with a phone number and gave me some good advice at the time I didn't know what to do or how to go about it.understanding staff who have afew requirements for an appointment such as income statement and one month bank statement.they do the appropriate checks and follow the guidelines.the staff are compassionate and caring people who understand people and what there needs are . thankyou so much Samaritans
As the Head of Pathways at St. Michael’s College, our experience with GCESS has been first class. Under the guidance of Leisa Gamblin our students and families have felt supported in the pursuit of their goals. I would highly recommend the level of service and support.
Leisa is an incredible support for our students. Nothing is ever too difficult. She has helped so many young people have a successful transition from school onto a meaningful pathway. I highly recommend GCESS if you are looking for support around transition from school to employment.
Gcess is absolutely amazing it’s helped me out so much with my work and finding places to go. I really appreciate them so much Helen is my helper and she is honestly the loveliest person I have ever met!! I appreciate everything she has helped me with and done for me. I was so so nervous to ask for help and worried how much I would be judged as well as some one with multiple food allergies BUT the person who talked to me for paperwork was so sweet, kind, helpful and understood, the 2 lovely women I had an appointment with were the same and no judgemental words at all, and they actually gave me some amazingly helpful advice. Thanks to their kindness and help I am able to have food for me and my dog to eat. Thank you thank you Samaritans Broadmeadow.
Before Christmas we spoke to arrange a PT for my elderly mum with Alzheimer’s. Can I just say that the trainer, Kellie, has absolutely exceeded expectations. I am so grateful to you for setting this up… Mum is really enjoying the sessions and Mum, Dad and the dog (very important to my parents!!!) all think Kellie is lovely! I’m thrilled that they’ve kept her on as exercise is crucial for delaying dementia progression. Kellie has come into a difficult and upsetting situation and contributed something hugely positive. Thank you so much!
From the moment I arrived I felt welcome. They are friendly and supportive. Thank you to Tess for understanding my physical limitations ands her liaison with my bosses. Almost six months later and GCESS still cares. I would recommend them highly especially if you are keen to get work.
My training and placement officer is Helen. She has been very supportive on my journey to find employment. She helped me get into a course, and gave me the encouragement I needed to build confidence to apply for jobs in a field I had not worked in before. Without GCESS I would not be in a job that I really enjoy.
Our support officer Helen is amazing! She went over and above to help us and her compassion and understanding is second to none. We highly recommend this service.

Incredibly friendly staff, with incredibly low prices even for an op shop, I got a cute coat for only $1! I would definitely recommend checking this one out when you're in Hamilton, there are so many good clothes that cost no more than spare change

Over the last couple of months to my exposure of Care Services Australia. They constantly strive to provide great services to their clients while building and maintaining strong relationships. I've had the chance to experience this at first hand and the clients are always left satisfied.
First of all the facility is lovely, the staff are kind and genuinely want to get to know you which is so refreshing from other gyms and PT facilities. My coach Jared has been a pleasure to work with (he explains exercises well and guides you through it if you are a beginner that is), whether you are starting out or are ripped already you will have an awesome experience wokring with him and the team.
Another awesome thing about Fitness Enhancement is they have NO STARTUP COSTS or membership costs or any silly money fine print. You can book single sessions or 10, 30 and 50 for a reduced price. This allowed me to start on a casual basis without the fear of being locked in to it.
Highly reccomend to give it a shot.

Where do I start, very unreliable company always cancels on you literally an hour before your scheduled time if your lucky, it's hard when you reley on these companies for support, you get nothing but disappointed everytime. Don't waste your time with HCA.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Care Services Australia and they were amazing. They provided the best aged care and disability services I have ever seen. Their staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly at all times. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I am so grateful for their help in this difficult time. Highly recommend Care Services Australia for excellent aged care & disability services!
Jodie and her team were fantastic, and the animals - SO cute! The level of communication made for a very stress-free experience, and the animals that arrived were all extremely happy, clean and well looked after. The team were lovely and engaging, and very patient with our little birthday party guests. Highly recommend!

Have been Training at Fitness Enhancement for several years now. Matt is a fabulous trainer and although I don't always look forward to going, I love my sessions with Matt and am always thrilled that I made the effort. I'm also much stronger and fitter and healthier. I ran a half marathan a couple of years ago and was really grateful to Ryan (who moved to be closer to family when he and his parter were expecting thier first child) and Scott the owner who really helped with my training program and with encouragement.

Home Caring has provided the highest standard of care and support for my family every step of the way. We know that my mother in law is receiving the best care and opportunities to live a fuller and more independent life. I had a trouble experience with a Samaritans support coordinator Jordanah Bender that wouldnt help me through my Plan review and ruined my whole Plan ......Did minimal work for me and overcharged for it
Plan Management is the best option for anyone on the NDIS there's A lot of scammers that want your funding so keep everything under Plan Management so you can keep a watch where your funds go ...good luck

I used ‘Amazing animals to you’ for my 3 years birthday party. It provided great entertainment and all the children loved it. The staff were easy to work with and were self-sufficient.

A very professional home care company that understands clients needs
Great shop with lots of variety and good prices. Only today I was there 10 min before closing time and the shop was already closed. Very disappointing as I really could have used an extra set of clothes for tomorrow.
A younger woman who filled out my details sent out the most unfriendly vibes through the place, she not only took over the computer from an elderly lady whose job it was to take down my details, but she left her standing there looking very uncomfortable not knowing what to do for quite a considerable time. I felt very embarrassed and uncomfortable for her.
Also, her way of just getting my details was in a very condescending manner.
I have only recently finished a course in Community Services III, and based on what I have learnt, that woman IS definitely in the wrong job where she deals with some of the most vulnerable people in society.
The two ladies in the other room that did the assessing were quite friendly so my low score is not a reflection on them.
As for the free food in the basket, I know beggars can't be choosers, but please, if there's any food on offer, could it at least not be so out of date. I was told, (by the said younger woman), i was only allowed to get one or two food items from a basket on the floor, and the 2 cans of food I got were 8 months out of date.

Have been going twice a week for almost two years now. Love that we get personal attention in a class just for us. Our fitness has increased in leaps and bounds and it's always fun. Great place to get fit and great people who listen to you.
Was referred to Samaritans in a time of need for some food relief mainly and other service referrals, both of which were a big help.
Their intake assessment can be intimidating and made me feel unwelcomed in the end, so I stopped going after a couple of visits and just went without to avoid this needless intimidation.

Have been training at Scott's gym on and off for 10 years. Really friendly trainers that know how to push you 10% more than you want to go but not rediculous and not understand your fitness limits. Positive atmosphere, with a bunch of good people to train along side of.

The absolute most rudest woman I have ever come across. Spoke to me like I was poo on her shoe. Stuck her finger in my face and told me to wait. However I did continue to browse as I feel the charity should not suffer due to one uptight old woman who simply cannot multitask.
