I went here to get shoes 👟 I got good 👍😊 quality basketball 🏀 shoes 👟 that have lasted me for a while they haven't even fell apart yet the service is good very helpful to a customer like me

I visited Rebel Sport Mittagong yesterday around 1.30pm to purchase a pair of Endurance plus Aquashorts after having made my decision from searching online. On arrival I found it impossible to find a staff member on the floor to help me find my size due to the disorganised display rack, I eventually found my size out of pure luck and headed to the fitting rooms, obviously no one had attended this area for some time due to the mountains of items discarded on the floors. As I approached the sales desk a male staff member did ask me if I needed help.

5 Star service from Dan - was extremely helpful with a phone enquiry and followed up with great service in store the next day. Very helpful for us as we were travelling from out of town. Thanks Dan!

Staff were amazing, very friendly, they are always willing to help and they did today. The man that assisted me today, I feel went above and beyond.
I went to buy a specific pair of shoes, unfortunately they didn’t have my size in stock.
Rather than letting me walk out disheartened he offered to do a quick search to see if he could get them sent to the Mittagong store for me.
He found them at another store and ordered the transfer.
I asked about a few other items whilst in store he also advised of the current sale. This man truly cares.
It was a lovely change from other Rebel stores I have been to. I have always found them super friendly and helpful at Mittagong.

Paid for a treadmill for click and collect. Stated it was in stock. Went to pick it up and out if stock. Enquired about the floor stock.
I had to ask as it was floor stock and 5 months old (told me they set it up beginning of December last year) 0could I get a discount and was offered $50.00 off. I paid $1500 upfront because they're W website stated it was available. Was told by salesman he would see if he could source one and call me later in the day. Have heard nothing. Checked their website again later in the day and still states it's available. As I paid via zip pay I now cannot purchase from anywhere else. Very disappointed that
