The waiting times normally a bit lengthy because of the location but these ladies are really amazing, 10 minutes before they shut, they organised my prescription to be sent to another chemist that I needed desperately. Really cool of them and they called after to make sure it went through

Recently just changed ownership, but I found pharmacist John just as super friendly and helpful as Jay & Jogi were.
Wow, the level of customer service in this pharmacy, is off the chart. I'm so used to in general, being an anonymous shopper with no-one to get advice or help from, until I stumbled into this chemist. After attending a Drs appt and being really confused about some advice the Dr gave, I sought out the pharmacist to give me clearer guidance. Rekekah gave me her wholehearted attention and care to explain the medication, how and when to take it and some possible side affects. I especially liked that she had great knowledge of the vitamin section and was able to guide me in an area that I don't know enough about but am wanting to be educated on, so that I can either minimise or eliminate meds. Actually, the few times I have been in, all the staff members have been particularly welcoming and pleasant. You have a loyal customer in me Lindfield Chempro. I will never stick my feet in that hideous Chemist Warehouse or the like where you can't move freely or get anyone to help or get advice from. Long live this fantastic small business!
I had such a positive experience here today that I felt I needed to share, particularly after having a long terrible day at work myself! I turned up at 5.25 (5.30 close) after spending 20+ minutes at a different pharmacy to be told my medication was sold out. I do not recommend heading in at closing for a script, but honestly you couldn’t have met a nicer duo of pharmacists welcoming you. Nothing was too much for Sarah Jane at 5.30! Sarah Jane and her colleague were both a ray of sunshine! - warm nature and appeared full of energy despite me turning up right before closing time and not having a straight forward script/query by any means. There was some difficulty with the other pharmacy not cancelling my escript first. While I was there I noticed a fella walk in and Sarah Jane greeted him by name and showed him exactly the same warmth and chirpyness that I got.
I was also recommended some pharmacy skin care products with trials without any sales pressure as the prescription I had was for a skin condition and a needing to use a completely new skin care routine. So very helpful! This place is now my go to. Thanks :)

Went to this pharmacy as it was located by the main road and I was on my way home after I had a surgery done. So far the best chemist I ever been to! Rebekah was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely polite. You are definitely being treated as a person compared to other pharmacies where they take your prescription and money (nil interest in you as a patient) Since that first visit this place became my regular pharmacy. Thank you Rebekah and lovely team.
This pharmacy have accommodated for absolutely everything I need, they are always diligent with their sales and kind with their service, I recommend to anyone needing medical assistance on the north shore.
I just had my most amazing customer service experience in a long long time. I have a sister in Mandurah who is housebound and urgently required some pharmacy requisites on a weekend. Elise was able to navigate outside the pharmacy's normal delivery service and arranged a special delivery for my sister within the hour. Exceptional service.

Twice booked a covid booster shot with Seaforth Pharmacy. First time when I arrived I was asked if I'd "recieved a call" to say they didn't have the vaccine (I hadn't). The second time, 10 months later, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt... they said "sorry the person who does the vaccinations is sick."
Don't waste your time booking vaccinations with this bunch of cowboys.

Alan and his team are the friendliest people when you need a chemist. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Always referring to you by your name. Nothing is too much trouble. You can see it is a good working atmosphere by the interactions of the staff. Thank you

I’m an American on drugs. I have multiple medical issues. I have visited Mandurah 6 times and I still consult with Alan for my pharmaceutical needs when I’m in Oz and when I come back home. He is kind, funny, and smart. And he was smart enough to partner with his beautiful and brilliant wife, Anita. I only wish he could be my doctor as well!!
If I could give - stars i would. Blonde older lady - the pharmacist was the rudest woman ive ever met. When we politely asked for help on finding a particular cough medicine, we were rudely interrupted by her questions and interrogation telling us the product wasn’t even for sore throats (which it is). This woman needs to be fired, worst customer service i have ever received . Terrible attitude, she even rolled her eyes at me when i asked for a bag and made the poor young girl behind the counter do it for her. I am appalled and will never be coming back here. ALSO she did not ask me for any identification which is mandatory for the product i was purchasing!!! - careless and not worth it do not come here EVER

The pharmacist here is rude and dismissive. She also needs to learn to ask customers better questions. She made an error by compounding two antibiotics at once when the second had to be taken after the first 5-day course was complete but only lasts 10 days. Meaning, I paid for 10 days of product I could only use for 5. When I pointed out her error, her response was, "Well, it's been made up now." One star is for the customer service rep who was nice. Not coming back.

This pharmacy appears to be under new management/owners. This is now my new favourite pharmacy, the pharmacist Rebekah is very helpful and patient with my questions and they always have my medications. Highly recommend.
What bad policies! Online they sell cough mixture that has now been discontinued and illegal to sell due to medical reactions. I didn't realise this as it's just tickly cough mixture. Bought three bottles for over $70 and after petering them 6 times over 3 weeks! I finally got my refund a month later. Don't have stuff on a website If you can't sell it. Harry was a lovely staff member and tried his best but the female owner was rude on the phone when it was clearly THEIR issue. Never ever again will I even look at purchasing from these people. Worst attitude from owner and terrible customer service. It was three weeks before they even submitted the refund and only after my constant pestering
Just came on to check the open times and saw this pharmacy had a low rating - because of two people who said they’re rude. Absurd. These staff here are tremendous. Helpful in every way and really go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need (or get in what you need). Great communication as well. Ignore the haters.

Really helpful staff. Went out of their way to help me after my prostatectomy operation finding things for me. They were so supportive and understanding. I will go out of my way to come back whenever I can.
I can not recommend this pharmacy. I booked a covid vaccination booster and when I attended they refused to give it to me. They did not know that the ATAGI had expanded winter dosing for covid19 vaccinations on 25 May, to include people aged 16-64 years who have complex, chronic or severe conditions that are considered to increase their risk of severe illness from COVID-19 and insisted I couldn't get it as I was under 65.
A discussion on my health was had with the staff and pharmacist in the middle of the chemist waiting area - it was very embarrassing due to the lack of privacy. The pharmacist told me I needed a letter from my GP to be eligible for a vaccination, as I was under 65 and would not take any other form of evidence of my disability - that would prove my eligibility under the new guidelines. Telling me a long winded story about a 15 old boy with asthma who wanted a vaccination (totally irrelevant to my situation). I have since booked with another pharmacy.
A total waste of my time and very poor service from this pharmacy.

Had a prescription for Celebrex due to a back injury. Went to Wizard to get it filled. Received the alternative aftermarket product APX-Celecoxib. 30 capsules, 200mg, as prescribed. Was charged $19.99. Same product sells for $8.99 at Chemist Warehouse. Not only did I get the aftermarket product but was also charged more than double of the competitors' medication. I am really disappointed and will not buy from Wizard ever again.

It's great to have a local pharmacy with friendly staff that take time to assess your needs. I have asked for advice when seeking medication several times and the advice has always been extremely helpful and appropriate.
Wizard has been our pharmacist for almost three years and we must say their services, products, knowledge and friendly attention is second to none. We can't speak highly enough of all staff and we are very happy to call them our go to Chemists.
Went here for booster shot. Absolutely amazing staff. Sarah you are an excellent customer service person so much knowledge so helpful. The Pharmacist was excellent. A day later feeling fine. Did not feel injection at all. Thank you and worth travelling the 35min to your store.
Extremely rude staff, do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. Chemist warehouse in turramurra and east Wahroonga pharmacy are much nicer to deal with.
My husband and I had our covid booster shots here today. They also took my BP which has been very unresponsive to medication lately. The pharmacist LISTENED when I asked him about the advice a GP had given a few days prior when I asked him for a repeat Ventolin script, that Symbicort would be enough and he refused to write out a repeat. The pharmacist reiterated what I already knew having had asthma for 55 years, that that advice was incorrect. The pharmacist was also appalled that at the same GP visit, the GP having measured my BP last Friday repeatedly in the region of 203/110 and telling me that was ED hospital stuff, then gave no further input re same other than perhaps it is "white coat syndrome, get it done at the pharmacy next door" - which was not this one!! - when I went to tell the front GP office what it read at - still very high - the GP had packed up and gone home. Thank you for listening Mr Pharmacist today at Mandurah Central Pharmacy while I told you this story. I also noticed all the staff here were lovely, making a fuss of elderly people and babies. The way we all used to behave, before the world went mad. Thank you.

Went to buy a Ventolin mid- asthma attack because I forgot to bring one in the car with me today and its winter so my asthma is worse. Was told i needed to prove i had asthma!? What is the world coning to. I have had bad asthma for 22 years so i dont always have a script on me because i use them up quickly. Ventolin has always been a behind the counter purchase. They eventually let me buy my desperately needed medicine after i told them a preventer i take. Ridiculous!
This pharmacy is not in my neighbourhood but because they were so exceptionally helpful with a medication that was out of stock, and then really friendly and pleasant to deal with in the pharmacy, I decided I'd always go back because I like them. Then, I discovered I also saved a lot of money by getting my medicines here!
I went to grab a mask on my way to the station. It was my first time there, I grabbed the mask not realising that was the counter as the lady working there was talking to the customer in another table. I just went there and waited. I was just moving my feet waiting and watching them as they talked. I realised that was not the counter after few minutes so I returned where i grabbed the mask from and watched them and my phone while they were talking about some medication. The lady working there was so rude she didn’t even greet or anything while she came towards me and said in a rude voice you’re not the only customer here, not only you’re in a hurry. I was shocked and said that’s really rude of you. She didn’t even bother to say anything and just said the price of the mask. I paid for it. She didn’t even say thankyou after I paid and got out of there and realised I should’ve just left without getting the mask. Never ever going there. I work in customer service as well and I know how hard people work.
Wizard Pharmacy Silver Sands is the best chemist I have ever shopped at in many years. The staff are very friendly,, knowledgeable and if they haven't got a prescription in stock, they will order it and it can be collected the next day. I shop in the chemist for a wide range of products that are well priced and they have heaps of sales and specials in store. Awesome range of fragrances at great prices. Love the place. Go out of my suburb to get there, cheerfully. Thank you Wizard owners and staff!

This will be my main pharmacy from now! I was looking for a script and no pharmacies in Mandurah were carrying stock due to shortages and all but Wizard pharmacy we're not interested in helping. I called up here and they said they had stock and would put it aside for me. I went to collect the script and the pharmacist spoke to me and helped me in detail regarding the medication (due to needing to be careful with it), printed med info sheets out and even researched the best official way to ween off my current med to transition over to this other one and printed that for me too. She also explained what over the counter meds I couldn't take with it and wrote them out for me too so I'd remember (My doctor had not mentioned some of them). As the med was not due to be in stock with their wholesaler due to shortages in manufacture, she advised I contact the main pharma company to confirm a date, which I did and I called back in a few days later and they put more on order for me so I don't run out in future and even put my name on the other box they have in stock - Absolutely brilliant!
