JUST RUBBISH, THUGS
Just kept on charging for people who never came to the cafe, another foreign owned company who knows how to milk the local cafes and restaurants in Australia. Finally a debt collectors letter to recover their money who has provided ZERO services. STAY AWAY

Absolutely misleading process for reserving an event. Hiding actual prices in add-ons and displaying only the booking fees and other events with lower prices instead. $65 turns into $125. Discovered via phone call from venue. Thanks.
Costed an absolute fortune for our restaurant ,for hardly any bookings compared to what we get from The Fork, literary can count on one hand how many bookings we got with them in comparison. Tried to cancel, they delay the process so they can keep charging you $170 a month. Very unimpressed with this company to say the least.

Booking shows timeslot, but then clicking on it reports timeslot unavailable. Tried several times, then just phoned the restaurant, and booking completed within seconds.
