I purchased a car battery 39 months ago with a 40 month warranty, became faulty within the past week and I thought there may have been an issue with replacing it - but no the staff there were great, gave it a test, said it's faulty and here's a new battery for you!

Needed part for bicycle.phoned to see if on hand.Girl didnt know they sold it.Said we can get it here from another store that day.I declined,will pick up next day.told will be in by 9.30-10am.I arrived at 11am,not delivered yet.said would call me when come in.waited all that day.....no call.
I bought it for less than half their price on ebay..with free delivery.!

Parking is a bit of an issue but this is not the stores fault. When calling and having some stock set aside by a lovely lady employee the experience was great and the lady was very friendly. When picking up the stock and asking if this is the right equipment the gentleman just said yes without knowing what car or anything about the product. When I pushed to have him check he did so reluctantly. Great initial experience poor end experience.

Great range of the products. Sales person really patient. help me out with the Right model windscreen wiper and kindly installed for me while his free.

Called 15mins before closing due to a lost radiator cap. Not only did they check the stock over the phone. Had the cap at the counter when I arrived. Even made a comment that they were willing to hold back an extra couple of minutes just in case I got held up.

Made what was an overly stressful start to a night shift so much easier with Genuine Customer Service. Thank you.
