Woeful - Placed an order online on the 8th Jan 2024 and received a confirmation email on the same day. I followed up with an email on the 15th Jan to find out when my purchase would be shipped, email was ignored so followed up with a phone call on the 17th. From the conversation my order had not even been looked at and I had to settle for what was instore (not quite what was advertised) once this conversation was finished I received an email stating my order had been updated to shipped - Australia post tracking to follow. Sent an email on the 21st a Sunday hoping it would be read on the Monday, nope email ignored again so had to ring. I was told I'll ring you back as I am not sure what has happened. Never received a phone call. Never again, not once was there an apology, You have failed miserably as a business, just glad it was a very low cost purchase and I haven't lost too much money, I will stick to the reliable motorcycle stores I have been using over the last couple of years.
Update - received a refund through PayPal.

I visited this store to purchase new riding boots. Picture me rollin have very competitive pricing and a great range of the highest quality gear.

Furthermore what makes this shop the place to buy from is Simon, the owner. He really is a wealth of knowledge and answers all riding and gear related questions with a no-bull##it attitude.

It’s refreshing to be able to interact with an expert in the scene of motorcycling who can guide you in the right direction no matter your level of experience.

What absolute legends. Out riding today and got a 3 inch nail in my rear tyre and coming out the sidewall. Stuck at the BP and didn’t know who to call. These guys were there in 20 minutes to pick up the bike to take back to the garage. 1hr later I had a beautiful set of DIABLO ROSSO IV on. Being Friday the 22nd this was the last day before the holidays which would have left me without my bike to enjoy over the break. Thanks again guys, you really saved me there.

Super nice guy, who wants to spend time with you. I arrived at the store and he was busy with another customer, I could tell he wanted to give his full attention to each customer in order of arrival.
When he got to me, he explained the difference with each item and why/when you would use it. Gave me a much better understanding on what I was looking for.

It’s been quite a journey with these guys I found motorcycle and Bike Sales a little bit hesitant buying a motorcycle site and seen from Queensland. I dealt with Adrian , was very professional and gave me all the information and the conference that I needed to fly down in the morning, pick up my BMW and ride it back to the Gold Coast, the motorcycle was all they said it was very happy so far with my purchase and my dealings with this company ..

Excellent service, Bil is a great person, they checked my new bike and found the issue very fast and they tested everything, I definitely will be back with them.

The salesman is very kind and helpful. he help me fix my mirror for free and also help me to Install my phone holder! gave me a very nice service.

Adrian and team helped with my new Touno. So far so good, they have been a pleasure to deal with through the sales cycle so far.

I have been dealing with John & Nicole for over 15 years and nothing is too much trouble for them. Their service and advice is excellent and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I have been meaning to leave a review for John and Nicole for some time since purchasing my Royal Enfield Himalayan from them at Motociclo earlier this year. Firstly, they are genuinely good people. Second I love my bike and third their follow up support has been superb. You might be able to save a few hundred dollars somewhere else or privately but I doubt it and if you do you won’t have the pleasure of dealing with this great little business. They promise to help those who buy off them first and they have been true to their word, sometimes even when it seems impossible.

Purchased a set of HRC reservoir socks which were showing in stock on their website.
There was no correspondence to show payment was accepted or that order was processing. Called the contact number to be told they were just returning from Europe so emailed as well and still nothing.
Don’t waste your time with this shop - they take your money and don’t respond!
Looks like I’m driving 3 hours to visit the store now.

What’s most pleasing about Motorcycle Stuff is they treat everyone as a fellow motorcycle rider and offer honest and helpful advice to get you into clothes and safety gear that will work for your style of riding.

I’ve been riding for 40+ years and lost count of how many shops don’t ask the simple question “what style of riding do you do”.

Very disappointed with the way we were treated in his shop today, I bought a helmet about 4 years ago with him, when the shop was still in Surry hills, back there he seemed to be a very nice guy and patient, but today it was completely opposite, I highly recommended this shop to a friend to buy his helmet, we went to surry hills the shop was closed so I searched online, and realised they had moved to a new address, so we rode under the rain to Sydenham to the new shop, on google maps it was saying the shop was open till 2pm, and it was just 12:30pm when we got there he opened the door in a such bad mood, my friend said he was looking for a new helmet, the guy was like, "what kind of helmet you want" not even letting us go inside to have a look on the helmets, like if he knew the model he could've bought online instead, we were there to look around and see the helmets. Then I just left and told my friend for us to leave, I wouldn't let my friend spend over $400 or more in a place that we are not welcome. So next time Simon when you're in a bad mood or whatever the problem is, just keep your door closed this way you may keep a few more customers happy and they may come back to spend their money with you. But I'm sure that myself or my friend you won't see there anymore.

It was a terrific experience and Adrian was Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with their service. If i could put 10 stars i would.

I recently visited Motorcycle Stuff and had an excellent experience. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect helmets for both myself and my girlfriend. My experience with Northside motorcycles has been excellent. I test rode an Aprillia a few months ago. Since then I ordered and took delivery of a brand new one from them. Adrian is a fantastic employee and went above and beyond to ensure I was sorted out. I can definitely recommend them for a future customer.

Been visiting for years for odds, ends and annual registration of my bikes. Always helpful and wonderful to deal with. Shop is full of character. The town is lucky to still have a well stocked local shop.

Booked my little 390 Duke in for a service. They had it ready in a day, it was a standard yearly, basic service. The list of items they checked and reported back on was surprisingly extensive. The bike came back feeling like things had been nipped up and tight. I loved it and they could not have been more pleasant to deal with, I'll be back. Particularly considering it was three times cleaner than when I dropped it off. Thanks Northside.

Absolute top bloke! Simon spent time educating me about helmet safety and a proper fit, even telling me to keep the helmet on for as long as I want to be sure I was happy with it. Definitely recommend the store, great service and great products.

Picked up a helmet yesterday and Div (owner) was a pleasure to deal with and chat to being a rider himself.
The helmet was brand new unopened and the best price I could find anywhere.
They have a large range of riders gear and accessories for a small shop including Trip Machine, which are exceptional leather products for bikes. I came across them after searching the web and they will be my go to from now on.

Nicole and John are warm, knowledgeable and honest. Their shop is old school and not a corporate store that was designed by a focus group. It's authentic and genuine, like the people who run it.

We purchased our Royal Enfield Classic Stealth 350 from Nicole and John and have no words for their service. When I said that I am gifting this for my husband, they put some ribbons and made it more cuter. The delivery was done so fast and Jim was amazing. The way they approached us and explained the bike features were amazing. We absolutely recommend their service and please do visit. We are going their for our regular service too.

Highly recommend this store! Div is very knowledgeable/helpful and made the process of buying my first gear very easy. I got lucky with a few EOFY sales, which made the pricing very sharp.
For bonus points, I received a courtesy call 10min after leaving the store letting me know I'd left something behind.

Contrary to a lot of comments, Tom was extremely courteous and customer friendly. He had a nice long chat with me about my bike and gave me some good maintenance tips - something I really appreciate with a service person. I hope the quality of the service is good once I had a few kms on the bike. Overall 5 star satisfaction what I would expect

Didn’t even make it past the 1 minute mark on the phone call when, who ever it was I spoke too, shut me off from the conversation and proceeded to hang up on me. All because I enquired about servicing on a motorbike that they refuse to work on?? I understand they choose not to work on this type of bike and that’s totally fine, but they way I was just spoken to was definitely not professional at all.
Was probably the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced, pretty gutted as I’d heard good things from friends of mine and was looking forward to getting my bike back on the road.....Unfortunately not......

Best sales and service. Family business has been around for years has great knowledge and expertise. 🤩
