We've been members for nearly 5 years and have loved visiting fortnightly to borrow new toys for the month. There is great range of indoor and outdoor toys and games available and we always find something new each time.
It's a nice spot to drop in for coffee and chat with local families on a Tuesday or Saturday morning, and our kids always look forward to days it is open.
It's so fantastic to have a volunteer-run, low cost service for families in the area to access so their children to enjoy fun and educational toys on short term loan.

Great range of quality toys for a variety of ages, with party equipment also avaliable to hire. The toy library members / parents are friendly! Definitely recommend 🙂

Kids have a blast at the monthly stay and plays. New lap record set for the stay and play, the challenge has been set parents and kids
We have been members of the Toy Library for almost 2 years and enjoy not having to buy toys, borrowing is so much fun and never gets boring.
The party resources are a huge hit, we love the selection and are looking forward to borrowing toys for years to come 😊

Great concept but very hard to deal with. You must pay the fee - $60, you must volunteer 3 times per term, if not you must pay $40; you must pay if you are late to bring the toys back - $10 per week, you also must pay if you loos one little thing - $10 per missing item.
It was supper difficult for a busy family like ours and l had no support except the demand for help or payment

Kids love getting new toys every fortnight and mum loves having the opportunity to return these toys!!
This place has saved us SO much money on toys, we love being able to go as often as we like and borrow toys. It cost us $80 a year and although we had to volunteer to help run a shift five times a year it was easy as we took the kids and would have been going anyway.
Great selection of toys - saves having to buy plastic stuff for the kids, which they stop playing with after they get bored. With the toy library, they get to try new things out for two weeks at a time. Best value ever!

Huge range of both indoor and outdoor toys and party packs are amazing value and the kids love it. Highly recommend joining a toy library instead of buying lots of toys. It has been the best investment for us and its like Christmas comes every three weeks.
Instead of buying toys, get the membership and your child can play and enjoy many varieties of toys. Also very convenient place and service

We have been members of Attadale Toy Library since 2014. In that time I have borrowed hundreds of toys worth thousands of dollars. My son absolutely loves choosing the toys he wants to play with - some over and over again. I love it because our house isn't full of toys, it's much better for the environment and I'm not spending money on toys. Attadale Toy Library is extremely well run with a smooth rostering process. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. They have every type of indoor and outdoor toy which will interest babies up to age 6. It is a fantastic toy library.
We have been members for nearly 5 years and have enjoyed playing with so many lovely toys (train sets, scooters, barbecue, vacuum cleaners, balance bikes, trucks, musical instruments). It allows us to experience a great diversity of toys without accumulating too many toys at home. The library is run by a group of volunteers and very open to suggestions for toy purchases. We feel part of of a lovely community and the children really enjoy playing on site on Saturday mornings.
It's a small toy library (about 30-40 members but there's certainly no shortage of toys! I love the friendly vibe and the location is great (the kids can play in the playground outside). I love being able to borrow toys and then return them if I find my 4 year old or 1 year old don't play with them as much as I thought they would or are not quite developmentally ready - it means we can experiment with lots of different toys that we otherwise wouldn't be able to. Plus it means my house is not overflowing with toys!

Oh my SO MANY toys. Lots of variety and for a range of age groups.
My toddler aged son just loves coming to the Toy Library almost every week to pick out new toys, he even enjoys returning them.

Would be a great place for kids if it wasn't only open for just over AN HOUR A WEEK.. Really wish they would seek some volunteers if theres financial problems as they do have alot of interesting toys and history.
