Was having battery issues with my Royal Enfield. Staff here were fantastic. Would totally recommend.

Woeful - Placed an order online on the 8th Jan 2024 and received a confirmation email on the same day. I followed up with an email on the 15th Jan to find out when my purchase would be shipped, email was ignored so followed up with a phone call on the 17th. From the conversation my order had not even been looked at and I had to settle for what was instore (not quite what was advertised) once this conversation was finished I received an email stating my order had been updated to shipped - Australia post tracking to follow. Sent an email on the 21st a Sunday hoping it would be read on the Monday, nope email ignored again so had to ring. I was told I'll ring you back as I am not sure what has happened. Never received a phone call. Never again, not once was there an apology, You have failed miserably as a business, just glad it was a very low cost purchase and I haven't lost too much money, I will stick to the reliable motorcycle stores I have been using over the last couple of years.

If you after a triumph it's the place to go, great range of bikes with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Returning to the saddle after a 30 year absence Chris made the whole process easy.
I was in this showroom last week and it was quite surprising that they do not offer any test drives to people who are on their Learners license. The reason given was they do not have the insurance coverage for this. In this case, why are you selling LAMS bikes? It would be good to display a board saying Learner license holders are not welcome in this showroom. I really hope this is not true and the sales person was just too lazy to organize a test drive.
I’ve recently purchased two triumphs- a speed triple and most recently a Triumph Thunderbird 1600. With both bikes I’ve tried to source parts for headlights. The staff are friendly, approachable and in my experience go out of their way to assist you with enquiries and sourcing parts. Shout out to Miller, who has been particularly helpful. Refreshing to have this service in an industry that sometimes focuses purely on selling the bikes. Highly recommended.

Excellent product knowledge, friendly and helpful. These guys are great. The largest amount of stock too, so you can actually try helmets on!

I have been dealing with John & Nicole for over 15 years and nothing is too much trouble for them. Their service and advice is excellent and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
I am extremely happy with my service experience at Sydney Triumph Tempe. I had a Major service done on my Rocket 3 and very impressed with both the work done and the communication throughout. They are definitely at the top of their game.

I have been meaning to leave a review for John and Nicole for some time since purchasing my Royal Enfield Himalayan from them at Motociclo earlier this year. Firstly, they are genuinely good people. Second I love my bike and third their follow up support has been superb. You might be able to save a few hundred dollars somewhere else or privately but I doubt it and if you do you won’t have the pleasure of dealing with this great little business. They promise to help those who buy off them first and they have been true to their word, sometimes even when it seems impossible.
Purchased a set of HRC reservoir socks which were showing in stock on their website.
There was no correspondence to show payment was accepted or that order was processing. Called the contact number to be told they were just returning from Europe so emailed as well and still nothing.
Don’t waste your time with this shop - they take your money and don’t respond!

Very disappointed with the way we were treated in his shop today, I bought a helmet about 4 years ago with him, when the shop was still in Surry hills, back there he seemed to be a very nice guy and patient, but today it was completely opposite, I highly recommended this shop to a friend to buy his helmet, we went to surry hills the shop was closed so I searched online, and realised they had moved to a new address, so we rode under the rain to Sydenham to the new shop, on google maps it was saying the shop was open till 2pm, and it was just 12:30pm when we got there he opened the door in a such bad mood, my friend said he was looking for a new helmet, the guy was like, "what kind of helmet you want" not even letting us go inside to have a look on the helmets, like if he knew the model he could've bought online instead, we were there to look around and see the helmets. Then I just left and told my friend for us to leave, I wouldn't let my friend spend over $400 or more in a place that we are not welcome. So next time Simon when you're in a bad mood or whatever the problem is, just keep your door closed this way you may keep a few more customers happy and they may come back to spend their money with you. But I'm sure that myself or my friend you won't see there anymore.
I recently visited Motorcycle Stuff and had an excellent experience. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect helmets for both myself and my girlfriend. The added bonus of a free visor was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this store for their exceptional service and quality products.

I had placed an order online for my AGV helmet and a few minutes later received a call from Simon. Simon spent a lot of time with me to ensure i received the correct part. His Customer Service is second to none. I absolutely loved their service. I also received my item very quickly. Well worth ordering from this store. They have gained a customer for life from me.
Very helpful staff,who know their stuff,four stars as they did not have the colour I wanted , however the helmet has literally just been released so will be back for purchase when it arrives,we compared the two best in market and advise gained from the consultation has led me to my new skid lid.

Been visiting for years for odds, ends and annual registration of my bikes. Always helpful and wonderful to deal with. Shop is full of character. The town is lucky to still have a well stocked local shop.

Not the best for a place called a helmet warehouse when there like 20-30 helmets on the shelves. Was looking at getting a expensive helmet and was told this is tot expensive and later told to not touch the Sun glasses because they can break.

I purchased a new Triumph motorcycle at another dealer and I wasn't quite happy with their service so I tried Triumph Sydney. They are great and I'll definitely stick with them. They have been really helpful with my questions regarding bike maintenance and riding technique. A big shout out to Renato the mechanic, he has excellent knowledge, takes pride in his job and incidentally makes a great coffee! Highly recommend them!

They have a large range of riders gear and accessories for a small shop including Trip Machine, which are exceptional leather products for bikes. I came across them after searching the web and they will be my go to from now on.

Nicole and John are warm, knowledgeable and honest. Their shop is old school and not a corporate store that was designed by a focus group. It's authentic and genuine, like the people who run it.

We purchased our Royal Enfield Classic Stealth 350 from Nicole and John and have no words for their service. When I said that I am gifting this for my husband, they put some ribbons and made it more cuter. The delivery was done so fast and Jim was amazing. Glad i had this store recommended to me went in for a helmet forgot the staffs name (guy with nice longish hair) was super helpful and patient got me to try on a few and settled on the shark race r pro. Amazing prices will definitely be back.
Really happy with the service from The Helmet Warehouse. I rang up and was served by a wonderfully helpful staff member. She was patient and very accommodating. They had exactly what I wanted. I needed it rather quickly and she was very helpful in this. I managed to get it just in time, and I LOVE IT! I would happily purchase from them again.
These guys are awesome, I brought my Kawasaki Z1000R from them, and they couldn’t be of any more help, they went out of their way to assist me to get it brought down to Victoria and for it to be registered and roadworthy for Vic Standards.

Very friendly, informative and helpful. My bike was ready when i was told it would be and the price quoted was what was charged. Will definitely take my bike back again.
Contrary to a lot of comments, Tom was extremely courteous and customer friendly. He had a nice long chat with me about my bike and gave me some good maintenance tips - something I really appreciate with a service person. I hope the quality of the service is good once I had a few kms on the bike. Overall 5 star satisfaction what I would expect
Absolutely great staff willing to help I called up first before I went to the shop to see if they had in stock so friendly on the phone. When I got to the shop I was greeted by a fella who was also really nice. He made sure the helmet was too tight loose had a bit of a conversation with him about bikes as we do and then left. Will definitely recommend this place to people and will be going back again myself

Didn’t even make it past the 1 minute mark on the phone call when, who ever it was I spoke too, shut me off from the conversation and proceeded to hang up on me. All because I enquired about servicing on a motorbike that they refuse to work on?? I understand they choose not to work on this type of bike and that’s totally fine, but they way I was just spoken to was definitely not professional at all.
Was probably the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced, pretty gutted as I’d heard good things from friends of mine and was looking forward to getting my bike back on the road.....Unfortunately not......
