Great shop if you're looking for a "SA" themed gift and their store is well stocked with all your favourite snacks n foods. Oh, and the staff are Super Friendly and so helpful too. C2C Osborne Park is always a treat when visiting the "Big Smoke".
Cape to Cairo offers a variety of African products, which makes me feel at home. The staff are always welcoming and professional. If you need to entertain on a barbecue, the succinct South African sausage boerewors will suffice.

Tried the takoh for $8.50 - it consists of coconut cream, gently sweetened sago with juicy young coconut bits and corn. Yum!

Wow what a place, I did not expect such excellent customer service. All the staff on the day explained the products and allowed me to sample and then proceed to vacuum pack as it was a gifts. I was not disappointed at the varieties of jerky. I did sample the jerky at Galleria store near Optus and Cape to Cairo was much better. The jerky was not as dry and hard, but only more flavour. The pricing was very competitive. Overall I loved the range and services. Next trip I will try the bbq products.
Great place to buy meat, biltong and other BBQ products. My favourite for years is the Texan steak!
Excuse my lack of culture and Aussie bogan hanging out....but i still dont know what this is called....but it is soooooo guuuudddd!!! Check out their kitchen, biltong and other dried tasty tasty goods.....and the little pie warmer in the corner for their samosas and pies...cant fault this place....my stomach grumbles and mouth waters everytime i go to Joondalup and think of this place A++++

Went in today to grab a few things, ordered samoosas (which were delicious) and a mutton curry vetkoek. The girl who served us seemed quite timid. She ended up giving us a bunny chow which was ice cold. My Aussie partner has never had either before and grabbed the order from her. I didn’t realise she had given him the wrong item until he got in the car. I felt bad so didn’t take it back but the young staff could probably use better training to make sure they hear the customer right or repeat the order back for confirmation
Very disappointed after the fab reviews seen. We bought their Boerewoes. It was terrible. Bought some Traditional biltong - it was far too salty. Tried some South Africa Chocolates. They all were old and stale. We are sorry we visited their shop

I purchased 2 Moroccan Pouffe this morning on line. They were hand delivered by lunch time and I live about an hour out of Perth. Wonderful service and the Pouffes are beautifully handcrafted and the leather is lovely and soft.

I contacted South African essentials last month to enquire to if that stock hinds bbq spices, unfortunately they had none in stock. Last week they messaged me and told me they had them in stock and if I would like to purchase them. I put an order in and it was mailed down to Bunbury.

Most expensive place in Australia, Rip off the people in there , yesterday I bought the 2 can of Crabmeat chunk , and something more , when I got home I checked the bill , I was got shocked , 2 can cost me 20$ !!!!, always I buy this can , same brand same thing from Eastwood or Cabramatta 4.5$ per can , on Monday coming I will contact to fair trading and report them ,
As well as wonderful home-wares they also sell African instruments. Lawrence had a set of genuine African djun djun shells which he skinned for me and as well as looking great they sound fantastic. He also threw in a pair of beaters. Definitely recommend you pop in and see Lawrence and Jazz.
Nice place to shop for seafood. Fresh, many choices, reasonable prices and friendly staffs. Bought the sashimi grade Tasmania salmon, tuna or swordfish for dinner a few times, and just so fresh and delicious. If you are a seafood lover, you will become a regular customer here.
OMG! I love this shop. Just did almost all my christmas shopping in one hit. Beautiful hand-made products from all over Africa. The wicker shopping baskets are sturdy and gorgeous. Each one made by hand using natural dyes. So much work has gone into them for such a reasonable price.
A truly beautiful shop filled with the most amazing treasures from all over Africa, all sourced ethically. There's something for everyone here and to suit every style, perfect place to get that unique gift. Especially love the children's toys and items.

The best Biltong in Perth! If you want to try real South African delicious snacks, this is the first place for you to visit. I love their Biltong, fatty one...and with chilli and garlic... ah great place to visit!!

Have been buying my seafood from Pacifica for some time....excellent fresh products. Although had a 'not-so-good' salmon purchase before Christmas (actually couldn't eat it) which was very much unlike the quality normally purchased from here....and mentioned this today when I returned and I was very pleased with the result after the matter was referred 'upstairs'....thank you 'upstairs'.

It's simply extraordinary that there is a Thai grocery in the center of Sydney, opposite to the giant Capitol Theatre. Vegetables and mushrooms are so inexpensive; Thai desserts are delicious, many of them for $5 only.
Extremely hard to find a place where I can get fresh and unique fish types that my wife,s allergies and diet can agree with. Thank you Pacifica for great service and freshness including the staff changing their rubber gloves to prevent cross contamination. Happy wife, happy life.

Its the place to go if you need your south african essentials.....a bit pricey since its imported foods, but what do you expect. Tried to source the same foods online and was met with higher prices.

Best seafood ever! This is my go to place on the gold coast - it's so good I can even pick when my friends have been there and are dishing up BBQ.
Without a doubt the best and freshest seafood on the Gold Coast. The place is spotless and the range is exceptional. We have bought seafood here for the last three years and have never been disappointed.
Had the best seafood session over Easter: prawns, bugs and salmon and even cooked up a batch of Red Curry Prawns. Best place in town to get the best seafood. Quality is always top-notch
After getting mushy, watered down sand crabs on two occasions a year ago, and getting attitude from them when I took the last lot back, I thought I would try them again last week and buy some prawns, oysters & fish. While the fish and oysters were nice the prawns were garbage, a mix of old and fresh looking, watery, tasteless, with a few having a bad smell. After reading about Seafood Pacifica being fined $55000 last week for selling overseas prawns as "product of Australia" I definitely won't be going back ever.
