Horrible, disappointing. 1.5 hours after order placed and still waiting for one meal which was taken to another table. Steak was tougher than boots and sauce was runny. Will not be returning or recommending.

Nice and spacious but lacked vibe. Drinks were quite expensive. Plus side was they had pool tables

Visiting from Melbourne , staying in Old Reynella.
We went to the local Crown Inn Pub for dinner, not once but twice. Great venue. Both nights were wonderful. The atmosphere, the friendly staff, the service and the delicious meals. Compliments to the young lad that went from the bar to serve drinks, to the kitchen to deliver meals, to the welcome desk to show new arrivals to their table, and clearing and cleaning the tables. His wristwatch tracker must have been off the scale, testament to the dedication of the service at the Crown Inn. Highly recommended if you visit Old Reynella.

The absolute worst place I have eaten in my life and on top of that, the most overpriced place I have eaten in my life as well. My partner and I were sick for days after eating here and we will never ever return.

5 stars for this local pub. If you wanna stop here for drink by yourself - it's cool - just sit out the front and someone will say hello. My friend from Nigeria loved watching the darts competition. Will definitely go here again. Drinks reasonably priced 😊

We had the pleasure of dining at Crown Inn Old Reynella and were blown away by the exceptional service provided by their young and vibrant crew. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff's enthusiasm and attentiveness made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Not to mention, the food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Crown Inn Old Reynella delivers both incredible service and delectable cuisine; highly recommend giving them a visit!

Ordered (shared) wood fired oven pizza and wedges among other orders for a table of 8, all meals were served at the same time by friendly and accommodating staff.
The pizza was faultless and wedges really good. Had a couple of deserts and coffee which were both great too.

Only negative experience was to witness (along with my wife) the disgraceful way the head chef treated one of the wait staff while we were at the counter talking to her and another wait staff member while placing our deserts order.

Just because the head chef is male and the wait staff is a junior female (and may not be all that experienced) it is no excuse for this public display if disrespect.
The wait staff were being friendly and lovely, this head chef would do well to learn the fundamentals of hospitality from them or the hotel owners should build a partition and keep this staff member well out of public view and well away from the wait staff.

Place was well presented, staff were very friendly, food came out in good time. Kids meals came out first and they enjoyed their meal. I had the garlic prawn parmi it was delicious. My husband had the southern chicken burger said it was average and OK to eat nothing super special and my mum had the steak burger, she said it was OK but not as good as other places she has been to. All in all we would eat here again but would probably choose something other than the burger and steak sandwich.

Ordered 2 chicken schnitzel parmigiana with mash & veg, and 1 kids chicken schnitzel parmigiana with mash & diane sauce, 1 serve onion rings... $80+ without drinks.

No veg, no ham and no bolognese sauce on the parmigianas, instead we got old wilted salad, tomatoe paste. The diane was not sauce but was oily and clumpy.

And dont get me started on the mash...powdery, grey looking and totally tasteless.

Cannot fault the service, food and ability to do what I wanted for my 60th birthday yesterday. I had a wonderful lunch, everyone said how nice their meal was and the whole table got their meals all together. A great day was had by all. Thanks team Crown Inn . Nice big carpark.

This is the worst meal I have had in my entire life. Read the reviews and thought it can't be that bad. Got the southern fried chicken burger. The patty was clearly a 10 cent frozen burger from Coles. Half a centimetre thick and nothing southern about it. No sauce on the burger and no flavour whatsoever. Do not come here for the food. Cheap drinks, sport on the big screen and pokies is what you might come here for.

Easy access via walking and or car as they have a large car park. Buses cover/service this area as well.
We ordered porterhouse steak, eggplant parmigiana, crispy pork belly, grilled fish and chips, onion rings, wines and soft drinks. All meals were a great serving, the protein or main focus/component of each meal was well prepared and have set a good bar with standard.
Had a Shiraz from the McLaren Vale growers Gemtree, and was a affordable price, also tried their fiano white wine as a pre dinner entertainment, little acidic however the red wine fitted the meals well.
