The reception team was very helpful and assisted my needs, I was having a busy day I needed them to hold on my stuff for a short while and they were happy to assist!
Thank you Eleanor Clinic!

I have very positive experiences in Eleanor Clinic for years. Due to my previous GP Sarah Metcalfe's persistence and timely follow up, a large benign ovary cyst was found in my abdominal area, and subsequently removed. This has eliminated lots of my discomfort including my bladder, weight in my belly, etc.

My new GP Dr. Aiden took time to listen to my issues with constant pains in my thumbs, did some resistance test. He then suggested Ultra sound and X-ray scan for my thumb and wrist area, and confirmed it's De Quervain Tenosynovitis. This requires me visiting a hand therapist for quite a few times, which is not covered by Medicare, hence costly. He then suggested to go for a care plan, which can reduce the cost significantly.

Amy, the nurse, who prepares my care plan paperwork, thoroughly asked me all the medical history and my family health history, so she has all the data needed for the care plan.

Very happy with the service! Highly recommended.

I’ve seen two doctors at Eleanor Clinic and both have been really great (Dr Farrah Rhemtulla who is no longer there, and Dr Lisa Hong)!
The GP’s here really take the time to understand your health history and make you feel heard. Also the reception staff are lovely, and the plants/art/music in the waiting room takes the sterility out of seeing the doctor. I refer all my friends and family here :)

Have been going here for a few years now. Never a bad experience. All staff that I have are both excellent at their jobs and very friendly people too, including doctors, nurses, pathologists and administrators. Couldn't recommend this clinic highly enough, very welcoming environment and supportive medical professionals.

I have found my visits to The Eleanor Clinic to be incredibly worthwhile. Vivien Lowe has extensive knowledge across multiple areas. She is thorough in following processes and her explanations. She’s able to keep many aspects of my health in mind while recommending treatments. I feel like I am taken seriously and not dismissed. The reception staff are also wonderful. Sometimes appointments can start 20+ mins late, but I don’t particularly mind as I know I’m getting such thorough care. I walked away from my first appointment with Vivien, with more knowledge of a condition I had been diagnosed with 3 years ago, than I had in the full 3 years of appointments with other medical professionals.

Be very careful!!!! My partner just had her care plan cancelled because a staff member quit and MyMidwives can't fit her in anymore.

So, if you want to risk it and don't mind if get left high and dry with no midwife 8 weeks out from your due date, sign up here!
Everyone in the clinic is very kind, the midwives I’ve met are lovely and very knowledgeable. I’m very happy with our midwife Jenny. It was the best decision we’ve made to have our baby with them! I’m 30 weeks pregnant now and I feel safe and well cared for.
I had the best pregnancy and birth experience with My Midwives - Hannah F was my midwife she was amazingly supportive and knowledgeable. I had a lovely home birth surrounded by love and support.
I highly recommend.
I don’t have enough words to describe the power of these women and the pregnancy/labour/birth journey and care we received. After a considerable trauma from previous birth in the public health system, we knew we needed a different type of love and support for our second baby. I’m almost in tears as I write this because of how strongly I want other women to have the type of care we had with the My Midwives girls. Thank you for everything!!!!! Thank you Hannah 🤍 and thank you to Katie! 🤍
I’ve had an amazing experience with my midwives and specially my private midwife Hannah Faul. I was after continuity of care for my first pregnancy with a midwife I would have a close personal relationship with. I was impressed with the level of care I received through my pregnancy, great value for the cost of the service, and had the unmediated, natural childbirth I was after.
The post natal care was especially beneficial with daily visits initially then weekly. This was invaluable for getting going with breastfeeding and figuring out life with a new born baby.
My partner and I highly recommend My midwives for anyone looking for great pre and post natal care outside of the public hospital midwife system.

The best choice I made during my first pregnancy was to have My Midwives as my continuous care plan. My sister had a private midwife for her pregnancies so I have seen how amazing of an experience it could be and I am so so glad I did it, even with the option of free public care we have available. They are worth every cent and I will be back whenever I have my second child (hopefully for a home birth next time!)

Jenny was absolutely amazing throughout my pregnancy and I know my journey may have been quite different had I been in public care and not had her and the team to advocate for me. I felt so comfortable with Jenny and knew that she 100% supported me and my choices and would always make sure I was completely informed of options.

I had an amazing labor and birth, pretty much arriving at the hospital when it was time to push and Jenny and Michelle were instrumental in ensuring I had the natural, unmedicated birth that I wanted. We weee successful in that and I am so grateful. Unfortunately my bub needed a short stay in NICU and that is when I really saw how lucky I was to have them. Public care is obviously fantastic but having my own midwife made sure that I really knew what was happening and they advocated for me at the hospital when they knew maybe I needed a bit of assistance.

Finally, the post partum care was just a savour. Having them visit my house every day for the set time was so invaluable I never would have thought I’d need it but oh my god I did, especially with the feeding struggles I was having and being a first time mum just having someone to ask questions and advice from and knowing that bub was healthy and being weighed etc.

This care is so amazing and it just makes me sad that not everyone receives it at such a high level and a personal one. I would recommend the team to anyone having a baby no matter if it’s your first or third!

I really can’t wait (well I can, haha) to be able to go through the process again and hopefully next time have these amazing women help me deliver at home.
Highly highly highly recommended!!
I was a client of My Midwives (with Hannah Faul) for my first baby recently and was on the Ultimate Care Package.
The fees were more than I was expecting but I went ahead with it because I wanted continuity of care and support throughout my first pregnancy.
Looking back, the investment was well worth it and I would not hesitate to do it again. This team provides so much value!
My pregnancy was largely uneventful, but I needed more support in the last few weeks, and the after birth care is incredible and where I needed the most help and support. There is absolutely no limit on the time and support that you are given when needed - literally any time, 24/7!!
The workshops that you can attend are also great in helping to prepare you for what is to come.
Now that we have graduated, we will miss our regular visits. The whole team, including Sam and Tanisha on reception, is lovely and it was such a pleasure meeting and getting to know them all.

I can’t recommend more highly. Parvin gave me the highest level of professional care in the most loving way.
After the birth of my first son I was so lucky to be under her care seeing as I was emotional and hormonal. The follow up and wealth of knowledge she has were fantastic.
My midwife abruptly left the practice fairly close to my due date (didn't tell me, the manager phoned and told me). We were left to find another midwife. I didn't trust this place as soon as this happened and we decided not to continue with them. Lost our money and time, no offers of any compensation. Really disappointed. I ended up needing to go gp shared care.
