2nd time ordering and the fruit and vegetables are okay. Some veggies can be a hit and miss and especially for the price you are paying for your expect better but that’s okay it happens.

When reaching out to customer service no one gets back to you so very disappointed in that! And you cannot call as they all say everything is online. Please fix this issue.

I love the fact that you can order the night before and get fresh fruit and veg delivered the next day! Always good produce, and if there is a problem, all you need to do is provide a photo of the item and they refund you immediately.

We have bought from Doorstep Organic on and off since 2020. Love the vegan range of food they have as well as the vast organic range.
Unfortunately there were some mistakes in two of our orders recently, first order the customer service was great and told me they'd fix the issue (which may have been my mistake), so I was happy just to know we won't be receiving an item one of my kids are allergic to again.
Second time the person was unapologetic. They sent us pork instead of something vegan, had offered to swap our vegan item with the pork 3 days from delivery.
We also received the item my little one is allergic to again and put it back onto me even though I had sent previous emails showing they would make sure we won't be delivered it, but said "this time" they will put a credit to the next order for the item we shouldn't have received as I suppose a kind gesture. No credit is on the account when I went to order again.
Anyways, this company is great for the range of organic food and vegan but it seems to be a hit and miss when it comes to customer service. Personally won't be going back but hopefully your experience will be better.

The quality of some of the items in my order were, in my opinion, not the best, especially given what i personally consider are very high prices ($19 for a pineapple for example).

Half of the bananas I received were brown and squishy, so much so they were essentially compost and i threw them out; the rhubarb I received appeared to be so old (limp shriveled up leaves) that it was tough and stringy even after boiling it profusely for an extended amount of time; and the tomatoes i received were soft and squishy, not sure if due to mishandling, over-ripeness or age (or something else).

I won't be in a hurry to use them again.

Always get fresh bread and veggies from there. The deli is also great

Got a box of fresh tomatoes for only $10. That was amazing!!

A month ago I placed an order through the website that never got home. I have been talking to them since that moment, without giving me any solutions. The driver did not make the delivery correctly and he don’t identify the person to whom he delivered the package, so now I have to be claimed that I am given a solution to this problem. The only solution is for them to go to the police to report a robbery.

You have been to blame for the fact that I now have to claim my money back for your mismanagement and for not being sure of who the package is delivered to.

For this reason I do not recommend this company to place orders online, since there are others such as Harry's Farm or Coles with better services and prices.

I am ordering from this business not the first time. The staff is responsible, polite, professional and eager to help. Communication is timely and efficient, via email or SMS. If certain item is out of stock, I am notified via email, and money returned immediately to the account it's been paid from. The staff contacts me even if the item is of different brand to make sure that I am satisfied with the change. The delivery fast and efficient: within day or two maximum.

This is regarding the order number #000191859 and I'm dissapointed about your service. Today I received the order but nowonly I realized that you extra charged me for shipping cost $7.2. I have already paid extra shiping cost $22.75 as I wanted to get them delivered within 2-3 days as your initial mail mentioned it in that way. However, it took 8 days you to send them to me. It's no point of paying extra money for speed delivery as you take more than usual time for that. Why do you take orders when there is no available products in your stock which means your website is not updated or what? When there is no available stock you should mention it in the website as the product is "out of stock". Then when you have to refund the money u only refund me $7.75 instead of $14.95. Your reason for that is because of the discrepancy in shiping cost. That is not a valid reason as how you charge such extra shiping cost as I have already paid $22.75 extra shipping cost. This is hilarious, while you take more than usual time to ship the orders, you charge the customers extra shipping cost for speed delivery. How unfair is this? This is truly a consumer rights violation. When you take orders u mislead the customers and take orders but then u extra charge them for no reason. This ia really a disgusting customer service.😡

Last Sunday, on September 17th, 2023, we decided to dine at a bustling restaurant. Despite the busy atmosphere, the food was satisfactory. However, an unexpected challenge arose when I began choking on a piece of food. I had opted for tea as my beverage, which offered some relief. Yet, when I urgently requested a glass of water, the response surprised me. The server declined, insisting that I needed to make a payment first. Meanwhile, the queue for assistance stretched on for what felt like an endless 20 minutes.

After this the fourth delivery from this business, I was prompted to write that firstly thankyou to the people that provide this service ☺️ Choice fresh products delivered in a most convenient, timely fashion. Always a lovely surprise when ordering what is in season. Produce, plus other items purchased have on the whole been without complaint. Actually reminds one of ol fashioned shopping way back in a green grocery store. Also for myself, I find life settled supporting local produce, plus honest merchants. Cheers for the good

Avoid like the plague.. do not buy online. bought a bunch of stuff online, paid $10 for delivery. Then they called and informed me the frozen coconut was out of stock and I refused a substitute. Then they said two more items were out of stock and I was happy to pick a substitute for those. After a couple of hours I get an email about a bunch of stuff being out of stock, this was more than 70% of my order. So I rang them to cancel the entire order but no one picked up, i email them but only responded when the order was delivered. they refunded me the missing items, but I paid delivery for the whole order if I knew it was just a few packs I would have gone to the shops. Do not buy online from them.

I baught yesterday Agrahar chakka varatty. It expired 2 months before they are selling this kind of foods there.. I forgot to check it before buying. That’s my fault. When I come back home I noticed. Maybe they are greedy. That’s why selling this kind of expired items.. not going to visit again..

Cheaper than the options at warringah mall. Great deli options at the back. Generally better quality too.

Today I went for the first time into this store with my Certified Assistance Dog. The dog wore a clear vest with Assistance Dog marked and I showed him the Assistance Dog ID. The Owner said the Council said no pets allowed. I handed him the leaflet about what Assistance Dog are entitled too and while it says an Assistance is allowed in a supermarket he said no. As he didn't want to budge I did advice him I could call the Northern Beaches Police to sort it out, so he let us in.
I found this was the worst I ever felt! It is not ok!

I came across Doorstep accidentally as they were doing the deliveries on behalf of my pastured meat supplier - boy am I glad I did!

Absolutely unreal range of organic products, mostly local, and outrageously fresh, seasonal and generous fruit and veggie boxes.

Very well priced, exceptionally regular delivery to the Blue Mountains, and just excellent all around.

Don't order frozen products from this company! I ordered some organic chicken livers and tempeh, and they arrived defrosted and barely cold. I was home and took in the order. Imagine if it was left outside for hours. Terrible packaging, just a cardboard box and a bottle of water to keep products cold. No wonder nothing was still frozen. Not safe for consumption - I had to throw them away On top of that, my order was delayed because they didn't have an item, and when I received my order a few days later, the item was still missing! Will not order from this company again

I am so glad that I discovered Doorstep organics. The service is excellent, and the deliveries always go smoothly. Like others, I really like it that there is minimal packaging and that boxes and so on can be returned for reuse. The quality of the fruit and vegetables is excellent - fresh, seasonal, details of provenance available. (I am very fussy about fruit and veg.) The website is easy to negotiate and you can get pretty much everything you need! Thank you.

Great variety of spices and food mixes. Limited range of fresh vegetables. Everything you could possibly want from an Indian spice shop. Very clean and neatly kept products at reasonable prices. Convenient location and great parking right outside. Location next to other indo supply shops. Very helpful staff and friendly patient service at checkout.

I have placed an order and it never same. No update and no reply when I enquired about it. Called the 'company number' serveral times and got either cut off or no one pick up.
What else could I have thought of? As you could see from your other reviews, I was not the only one experienced this.

Never order from this company I ordered a small fruit box and when my Aunty received the hamper it looked like someone just threw the fruit in the box. They cannot match a box size to how much fruit and make-it look presentable. My AUNTY JUST CAME out of hospital and this is what she received. Thank you so much Doorstep Organics. Phone staff are lovely and delivered as promised BUT HAMPER WAS RUBBISH
