The worst zoo / animal encounter I've ever been to. You'd see more animals in a pet shop. Long walk from car park to them feels like 2 ks. Once you get there some negative old ladies run the place where bitching about a staff member outside taking to long while they sat on there ass. Poorly laid out with no clear path or track that tells a story. Kinda open but nothing in it and small. Literally only had 2 ducks, a kangaroo and 7 thousand koralas. Should reduce the koralas space by 80% and get some other animals. Food looked not inviting. A lady opened a fence on a horse as a show and we walked out. I was negative driving to it because there websites got nothing to show you they got because they don't have anything. Needs way more variates of animals. Arrows on ground to show you how to see the whole park. I come from a hobby farm and wasn't impressed. Get some capybaras. Do not go. Don't waste your day time or money. Worst hour of my life. I think it's just an add on to the sea world pass to chardge more and cash grab with no thought or effort or passion. Needs a good million or 5 spend on it to make it the best in Australia but it's the worst. If the parent company dosent want to invest in It or make it exciting just shut it down. Could make it way more flashy. Why not make the world's biggest sign on the hill behind the parks showing it off so it's got a wow factor like sea world movie world dream world has etc.

You want to probly move the walk in building 1k up the road to car park and fill that area in with some excitement. There could be potential but to me the place is on life support. The entire experience needs to be overhauled. Driving in. Everything and leaving. Nearly everywhere could use improvement.

Great buffet dinner on Friday night. Really good spot for kids, plenty of room and easy seating at large tables. Fantastic value.

We had Pamela (Pam) as our instructor and she/this experience was fantastic! Myself and my partner had way more fun than we thought we would as first time flyers and felt totally safe the whole time. Pam was a great instructor and we hope we see her again when we return next time. Thanks guys! So much fun 😁.
Absolute cracker of a joint for the kids, great camping out back, staff out in the park are wonderful, animals are super friendly and there's plenty to do for the kids

Only negative, staff on duty during breakfast need to cheer up, super short and rude in the way they deal with people, hot topic around the camp ground, clearly not morning people. Wasn't a once off, every morning was the same,

Today was absolutely magical for our two boys, aged 4 and 9. We can’t thank the team enough for creating such an unforgettable experience. A huge shoutout to Jason and Steve, who were absolutely incredible with the kids, especially our youngest. Their patience, encouragement, and expertise made it possible for him to achieve something extraordinary at such a young age.

Our boys have been on cloud nine ever since and can’t stop talking about how amazing it felt to “fly.” This was truly the best experience we could have hoped for, and it’s all thanks to the amazing instructors who made it so special.

From two very grateful and happy parents – thank you! We’ll be next!

I highly recommend a visit to this venue. It's wonderful to interact with and pet the kangaroos. The shows were enjoyable for the children, and they also offered a delightful tractor ride around the farm.

This place is a tourist trap. Save your money.

Long walk from the car park to the entrance

An eye-watering $54 entry fee for adults

Many attractions, gift shops, and cafes that aren't free and placed strategically to ensure maximum pester-power from children

Cheap tie-in with Shaun the Sheep from Wallace and Grommit

Overall the park is quite small for what you're getting. There are much cheaper places to visit where you can see Australian animals.

I feel like it's set up to wring every last possible cent from gullible international visitors

New Years Eve at Aussie World was absolutely amazing. The staff must be commended. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing at all was a bother to them. Rides were so much fun with only little wait time. The foam party, the kids loved it as well as the bigger kids. The fireworks were fantastic even in the rain. Aussie World you excelled. Excellent night, thankyou. We will be there next year rain, hail or shine.

We had an incredible time at iFLY Indoor Skydiving! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the environment was fun and vibrant, making it perfect for families. We booked the family package, which included flights for each flyer. The experience itself was exhilarating—truly a unique adventure!

However, each flight was barely a minute long, which felt a bit too short for the price. While it was exciting, I think adding an extra flight per person would enhance the experience. For instance, a three-flight package would be ideal: one trial flight to learn and feel the movement, followed by two flights to fully enjoy and explore the experience.

Overall, it’s a fantastic activity, and we made unforgettable memories, but a bit more flight time would make it even better!

Fun and Thrilling Experience at iFly Gold Coast

I had an amazing time at iFly Gold Coast! If you’re interested in daring activities like skydiving but aren’t quite ready for the real thing, iFly is the perfect choice. The experience is safe, easy to breathe in, and there’s no overwhelming air pressure. Plus, the instructors are incredibly helpful and make the whole process enjoyable.

My instructor, Pam, was fantastic—she guided us with confidence and made flying so much fun. I highly recommend adding the Freefall experience for an extra thrill, and don’t forget to get some great snaps to capture the moment!

It was also inspiring to see how much fun small children were having, even daring to try extra flights.

Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and a must-try when you’re in Gold Coast. Highly recommend!

First time attending the park and was pleasantly surprised at how good the place was. Had my 8 and 5 year old there and they loved it. There was rides for bigger kids and adults that we might try next time, overall highly recommend.

A shady drive to the back of Movie World/Wet and Wild, poor parking facilities with uneven gravel and rope dividers, and then a small hike to arrive at Paradise Country. The farm animal nursery was good our son loved the goats, chickens, and water play area but that was kind of it. The tractor carriage ride was very underwhelming, less than 2 minutes round trip. You have to pay extra to do gold mining, opal mining, and ride a pony. No dingos or marmosets at this time. There was also only a few kangaroos to pat as most were in the resting area so everyone was competing for them which meant you didn't get long to see them, and it was not very busy. The Shaun the Sheep show was good but only ran for around 10 minutes, didn't get an opportunity to catch other shows today. Koalas are koalas, meerkats are always energetic and entertaining for the kids, a few sad cows, sheep, horse and donkey to be seen from a distance. Aside from that, zero else to do. We would be super disappointed if we had just paid for a day visit here. Plenty of potential.. must be time for improvements.

We recently visited Aussie World on the Sunshine Coast and had a great time with the kids! The park was clean, well-maintained, and offered a fun, friendly atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and helpful, which added to the positive experience.

The rides were enjoyable, and there was a good variety of attractions for older kids and adults. However, we did find that there weren’t as many ride options for the smaller kids, which limited their choices a bit. It would be great to see more attractions geared toward the younger age group in the future.

Overall, it was a fun day out for the family, and we’ll definitely be back. Aussie World is a wonderful spot for creating great memories with the kids!
I was scared because it was my first flight but I ended up enjoying it, and the instructor was so good. Loved it and will definitely come back🥰

1st time there today & we all had a Fantastic time. Restaurant had delicious food at very reasonable prices for the size of the meals. Animals were so cute.

Especially enjoyed the free shuttle bus between paradise country & movie world wanted to share a pic of driver and bus but can't seem to be able to add a pic.

This is a small attraction but packed with rides mainly for 6 to 12 year olds.
There are a few adult rides but not enough to keep teenagers entertained for long.
The park is clean and food reasonably priced.
Take swim wear if planning to use the 'leaky logs'.
Our 6 year old was kept entertained for 5 hours although this entailed a lot of repeat rides.

The kids absolutely loved the day. I, as a parent, enjoyed that they were so wrapped up in which ride to go on next that I was able to actually relax. We were there before opening and didnt leave until it was closing as we had previous brought the ultimate all day pass for five. It was 2$$ for the tickets and then 1$$ again on the day for the usual drinks and some food for everyone so it was more on the expensive side of a day out however these memories will last for a really long time. The only thing that i would suggest is giving a handout of the map to people who have brought their tickets in advance on the day when they check in. Maybe even recreate the map as things looked 'not quite right' when finding the one on the website.

The experience we had here was fantastic, the animals are amazing and the shows are engaging and fun. Children are clearly the focus of this place, and adults are well catered for as well. We will definitely be returning and staying a couple of nights with friends. Thanks to the team of amazing people who run this place.

Fabulous fun on Tiny Tots Thursdays, with 4 delightful rides that toddlers are happy to keep going on repeatedly. Musical live show at lunchtime.

You can't bring your own food in besides water, but there is a good variety of tasty and filling food and the toasties are about $7. Marvellous range of ice-cream flavours as well, and the single scoop in a cone is very generous.

Sideshow Alley has fun carnival games. The duck-scooping one is probably easiest. Plenty of prizes to win.

Friendly and patient staff. A splendid day out with the family.

I believe this is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review of an attraction, but my experience today was just too remarkable not to.
The facilities themselves were fine-better than I anticipated actually. Clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly enough-the handful who were there, anyway.

The park appeared to be running on perhaps 30% staffing, but unbelievably was still open.

They had enough ride operators on to keep around 1/3 of the attractions operating at a time (outside of the couple that have to be in continuous operation).

This meant we literally had to walk around until we found whichever ride had an operator at that moment and get in line, or just go line up at operatorless rides and wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up.

This was the same in the sideshow alley. 4 different games that should have had an attendant each, but one poor girl dealing with all of them at once, dashing from one section to another.

If you can't afford to have your park staffed, why be open?

So much safer than jumping out of a perfectly good plane! 🤣
Plus you get so much more time to practice and learn the extra groovy moves.
Our instructor Pamela was so much fun and made this first time such a joy!!!

Entry fee covered all rides tho 3 rides were not working and shutdown. My daughter and friends had a great day. Food was priced well and large serves. Staff are super welcoming and friendly. Overall great day for the school holidays. Was a little quiet so no wait on rides.
Went with a small group of friends and had a fantastic time! Safety is obviously a priority and that was very comforting. Courses are quite challenging but that makes them rewarding and worth it. Only disappointed that I didn't have the physical strength or guts to do the extreme levels (but that sounds like a me problem🤣). Max handled our safety induction and was the main instructor for our session. He was extremely thorough in his explanations, friendly and respectful. Thankyou to Max and the rest of the team for making our experience run so smoothly!

My son loved the dinosaur experience, I think what really made an impression on me was when we’re were leaving the lady gave my son a gift because he didn’t win anything. She even played a little game of lucky dip with him.
That is what make people want to share their experiences
While the butterfly section is small it is magical. People need to be careful where they walk as butterfly's can even be resting on the ground. Saw a gorgeous Cairns birding butterfly, just beautiful. There is also a maze and dinosaur show foe the kids and cafe that serves delicious scones n jam and made to order wraps and sandwiches.
Went to the Butterfly House at Sawtell today with my two grandchildren. I haven't been for a couple of years and there have been many great additions. We love the butterfly enclosure and the playground area outside the Alice in Wonderland themed cafe.
The amenities are clean and even have dinosaur toilet paper holders.
We watched the Pinkie baby dinosaur show which was great and all the kids joined in the dancing.
There are peacocks wandering around the gardens.
Had a nice coffee too.
Definitely a fun way to spend a few hours while visiting Sawtell.
Place is good fun, however they don’t limit numbers very well. I went with my daughter yesterday, and in 2.5 hours, we only managed to do the 2 entry level courses (green and purple).
The cues for each course were too long. Definitely did not feel we got our value for money for the day.
It's a great place. There was a problem when I bought tickets online. My 5-year-old child and I couldn't play. The staff was very nice in helping me solve my problem.

Excellent experience, we had two kids with us an eight year old and a four year old. We chose the dinosaur option which was good for the mixed ages, though the four year old was a bit frightened. The staff were excellent and added to the enjoyment of the whole event.
My husband and I thought we'd spend a morning here. And what an absolutely beautiful morning we had. From the divine scones in the cafe to the extremely informative butterfly keeper and everything in between, it was 5 star all the way. A top class experience and so much fun was had by us both.....thank you.
Absolutely love it. Been there twice and I can’t wait go a third time. If you like a fun and challenging activity i 100% recommend TreeTop. The levels range from beginner to experienced, and the games are a mixture of balancing yourself on poles and discs and stuff, zip-lining, and more. The safety level is very high. It’s kids-friendly but obviously with an adult as it can be challenging for kids. The staff are nice and helpful. There are free water stations so if you forget to bring your water bottle you’ll be fine!
The lady who was at the front counter was very friendly and funny. Our boy enjoyed the dinosaur shows. The butterflies were hiding out, but we did see some of them, and the cafe was lovely and quaint.
If you love heights and getting close to nature, missing this would be a crime. Couldn't complete all levels as kids were trying for the first time. Team is amazingly helpful and supportive while we try and tackle our fears of reaching new heights.
This was an amazing experience for us! Myself, my husband and our 1 year old son did the under the sea experience and it was so much fun! Our son loved looking at all the animals and was reaching out to try and catch all the fish. After the hologram experience, we received a recorded video of us (which was a great surprise!) a card with credits to play some kiddie scratches where my son won a dinosaur and a car 3D build puzzle and received a lucky dip prize. Overall this was such a fun family outing and a great way to end our honeymoon. Thank you to Tam who was so lovely and really kind to our son, along with Zakk and Huda who were at customer service and helped make our experience enjoyable. Thank you!
We had best time at Tree top challenge.the crew there were highly talented. They kept us safe through out the challenge. My family had super fun. I would highly recommend a mosquito spray to be safe from mosquitoe bites other than this. Worth the time and money.
If you are interested in knowing facts about butterflies then this is a place to visit. We really enjoyed our visit. The ticket prices are on a bit higher side. There is a cafe that serves good food but again the prices might seem a bit higher. Ample parking is available on-site. Overall, a nice place to take your kids in Coffs Harbour.
I recently visited the Coffs Harbour Butterfly House and had a good experience overall. The vibrant array of butterflies was truly captivating, creating a serene and enchanting atmosphere. The facility is well-maintained, providing a suitable environment for these delicate creatures to thrive.

The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the opportunity to observe the butterflies up close and personal. The variety of species is impressive, and their vibrant colors make for a visually stunning display. It's a unique and educational experience that could be particularly engaging for children. The staff members were knowledgeable and eager to share insights about the different species, adding value to the visit.

However, the overall size of the Butterfly House might be a bit limited for some visitors, and those seeking a more extensive collection might find it relatively small. Additionally, the entrance fee seemed a bit on the higher side, considering the size of the facility. While it's understandable that maintaining a suitable environment for butterflies requires investment, the pricing could be a deterrent for some visitors.

On the positive side, the Butterfly House provides a peaceful escape into nature, and the educational aspect is commendable. It's a great opportunity for families with children to learn about these fascinating insects. The onsite cafe is a nice touch, offering refreshments and a place to relax after exploring the butterfly habitat.

In conclusion, the Coffs Harbour Butterfly House offers a delightful experience, especially for families and nature enthusiasts. While there are some areas for improvement, the positive aspects, such as the variety of butterflies and knowledgeable staff, make it a worthwhile visit for those interested in the world of butterflies.

Lots of fun for all ages. Took adults and kids ages 4,8,10 and 12 (also had our 1 year old but he didn't play any games haha)
Went in and the lady was lovely so service was already great. We got right in to it no waiting around. She explained how to use everything and went straight into the room . The room has plenty of space with couches and chairs . We chose the sports one and played various games. Archery, table tennis, weight lifting , diving and a few others. You get 2 rounds of each game and you can share it however you want but you are on a timer. All my kids really enjoyed it and came out happy
Book ahead and you it will run smoothly

Cons:

It was a big hot as no air con but still comfortable enough
Running event you don't run you just have to hit the boost circles but still have plenty of fun
Took about 45 minutes to view entire place.

The shows available to watch catered more to little ones than my teens.

Was not a fan of the scones with jam and cream from cafe, herbal tea was fine.

Came today using 7 day pass. I’d say out of all the parks not my top. It was bad weather also today so lots of rides closed. But the shows kept. Over Waited 2.5 hours for the new wooden roller coaster. They did a repair and couldn’t be bothered to tell us while waiting and noticed on the theme park app while already waiting over an hour. Food not many options. More options for little kids and rides.
My favourite was the seal show and of course the dolphin show.
I’d come back to watch the shows otherwise I’d just go to movie world or wet and wild. Even the polar bear was not visible. It’s not the same as it was twenty years ago!!!

Overall a good park, but I think it's a bit overpriced. If you saw packed parking either come back another day or buy the tickets with fast track; otherwise you will be waiting in queues for up to an hour for a 1 minute ride. There are some shows and performances at certain times so it is better to use their app to schedule your visit. I liked the aquarium with different fishes. There are options to snorkel in the pond if you like close encounters.

If you love biology / zoology, this is definitely worth visiting, especially the snorkelling with sea animals. The only downside is the divers (instructors). They are late arrivers and not very well organised. They need to work on explaining things to those customers who are new to snorkelling.
Nevertheless, great infrastructure and five-star experience.
Recommend underwater camera.
It was an hour from our booking that we got on a course. My youngest was not quite the height required but as the junior course wasn’t open she was allowed in the bigger course. She struggled on some sections where she needed to reach up and this impacted her enjoyment. It’s hard when you book online and then get there and things dont quite line up (like us not knowing about the junior park) but then being encouraged to use the bigger park anyway. Has all facilities but toilets are very tired and one lock not working.

It’s a good place to visit unfortunately weather is not on our side. Not only most shows are cancelled, we didn’t even make meaningful use of the fast pass. As several rides are closed for renovation and some cannot operates during severe weather. Kids were playing by the reef and thunder alert. All water activities are closed.

Good place to visit with kids and family.
Dolphin and seal shows were pretty great.

The food is definitely overpriced there, so just bring something with you.

Easy to spend 2-5 hours there, without getting bored.
After being recommended by the Mt Tambourine TreeTop Crew to challenge myself and try the Diamond Black Course at the Big Pineapple I had to oblige.
What a challenge it was! I would 100% recommend trying all the TreeTop locations, great day out with lots of exercise.

Sooo much fun. We took our 4 year old. Highly recommend. Also make sure you take bathers or swimwear. You can, and will get wet in some of the areas. Great fun for the whole family!
Highlights, the dolphin and seal shows. The park has a good mix of thrill rides and animal enclosures. There is a huge areas for seals, dolphins and sea turtles.
Our family favorite was the pirate ship and water park. The little ones enjoyed that especially.
Food and stalls every where. Come with deep pockets, I'll be honest, the food is pricey, but it doesn't diminish the overall experience. Plus you're going to a theme park, you know the food is going to be pricey. There's a great little food court, with stalls set up with carnival type games. It's good fun. 😊
Great value for money, well while tourist attraction for all ages. Spent time with the butterflies, talking to experienced individuals that shared insightful information about the butterflies when you engaged in conversation. Time spent going through the maze was entertaining as well.

The cafe had a delightful selection and the scones did not disappoint.

The dinosaurs were great to see, the dinosaur show was short and sweet.

The opening hours are limited so that might be something to be mindful of when planning to visit depending on how much time you want to spend at this attraction.

There are peacocks that roam freely around the property as well if you like birds!
A fun afternoon! The mini rail was very entertaining. This place is great for a family day out. The Cafe has a great kale burger that is a must try 😋 👌

Outstanding experience with one small drawback. Clean, thrilling rides, easy to navigate around, food trucks in the afternoon are an excellent idea, food was pretty good for a fun park. Only problem is, the ‘skip the queue’ pass can’t be used for the most popular rides, so the wait on some was a bit of a stretch but staff were friendly and my daughter loved every minute.
I had a fantastic time at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. The variety of wildlife and activities for kids was outstanding. I even enjoyed the small train that toured the area. As a parent, I cherished every moment with my kids, and time just flew by I strongly recommend a visit.

Pretty good experience unfortunately they had majority of the adult rides either closed on not even on they didn’t really have try the seats before your enter which sucks because it wasn’t great trying to get on a ride and getting told to get off because of your height and body size definitely sucked on that part or else I would of went somewhere else. They need to be better than this next time not coming here because I only spent 2 hours the most here.

Rides for small and older kids, endless fun park. Restaurants, fast foods, and beer on tap. Entertainment for the whole family. Petting zoo, crocodiles and a white tiger for everyone admire. You can take your beach trolley for all the kit. Works well for a young family. Sunblock and hat please. We will definitely be back, especially during school holidays.
A hidden gem, smack bang in the middle of the Southern Gold Coast. A tranquil slice of heaven from the moment you arrive. The park is maintained impeccably and the layout invites you to meander around the whole day. The animals are well cared for and the site boasts a very busy wildlife hospital. There's several shows and activities each day to cater for the entire family. A trip on the custom park train is a must, especially if you have little ones. A definite destination to include when you visit the Gold Coast.

Good value for money and good entertainment, there is a lot of construction happening at the moment so that obviously takes away from the experience a little,
There were a few places with not a lot of shade but I feel like they offer more shade than some of the other theme parks anyway.
We loved the animals and there were a good range of rides that both parent and kid could go on which is nice.

Annual local pass is very good value. Wildlife section is good for kids not into rides. Would love more variety of thrill rides for thrill seekers.

Firstly, it was way bigger place than I thought. Before I went there, I was thinking maybe this place is for kids, but it wasn't. It's a really fun place for adults too! We did a 5-minute(there's longer options) helicopter tour and was great.

Awesome day with the family! The Dolphin and the seal show were a must see. Other highlights were the ray feeding (line up early if you want to feed them as these are limited, but you'll still get to touch them), and watching the polar bear feeding from the underwater viewing chamber - so amazing!
The rides were more tame than movie world and the turn around times very slow and could be managed much better. However, this did not detract from the excellent day overall.

Most cherished experience in Gold Coast.
There are so many awesome rides for every age group.
Visiting on a weekday has its perks as there were no wait times for any of the rides, and you can also get rides to yourself.

Wasn't very busy when we went, very short lielnes for rides. Dolphin show was a standout! They were doing deals on some experiences so our kids got to do the reef snorkel for $45. It was amazing! Even though my daughter was very nervous, she was supported by the lovely ladies running it and it was a highlight of the day. We spent a full day here, enjoyed everything!
This place is great! I totally recommend visiting here on your own or as a family. Me and my family came here quite a few times when we lived in Australia and it is such a lovely welcoming place. The staff are brilliant and so kind and talkative which really adds to the whole experience. My favourite part is the bird feeding where you can feed the wild birds and they are so tame considering they are wild because of all the love they receive here and food of course 😂. The kangaroo encounter is also lovely as they are very calm and comfortable around people and have a nice large environment to live in. This whole zoo is beautiful and so worth visiting :)
I haven’t been here in like 15 years, and as much as it’s improved, it’s also just the way it was..and that’s perfect!!

Plenty of amenities available in all sections of the sanctuary.

The little trains are awesome and get you around nice and quick. They take strollers, so not to worry.

All of the exhibits were fantastic. Stroll through an aviary; catch up with the lemurs, red panda, tassie devils, wombats, among many other species.

You can have your photo taken with a koala, which is an amazing experience.

Unfortunately the kangaroo field is largely closed due to, what looks like, an AMAZING upgrade that should open in the near future. You can still meet many kangaroos, and feed them for just $2.

The water play area is a great addition. It is probably suited towards kids 1-4 years old.

We look forward to coming in the future.

So much fun! Kids had a great time and can’t wait to come back to do another experience
Amazing experience in a gorgeous animal paradise. The koala breakfast was the crown jewel, and I highly recommend it. We got to pet koalas multiple times, take great photos and learn a lot about them, the food was delicious, and you also get early park access so you can go see other animals before anyone else enters the park. The echidna encounter was a fluke and I would not recommend it. Friend the kangaroos and petting them was a treat that will last us a lifetime. The red panda was the most beautiful creature I’ve seen. And the lemurs were hilarious, tanning around in the most intriguing poses. The one bad/terrible thing that must to be changed is the diesel train. Not only does it pollute the environment for us humans and the animals they’re trying to rescue, but it just smells terrible and made us sick. And one thing that should be improved are the bathrooms.

Amazing. Went with family 2 kids and 2 adults.
Fair pricing and fun for the kids. Something fall all ages. Kids loved splash pool and the kiddie rides. Adults loved the roller coasters and the shows.
Only downside was to see the monorail shut.

Highly recommend going during the week, NOT on the holidays.

It's an amazing place. Spectacular animal performances and great enclosures of some of the best sea creatures there are. The dolphins, seals, and penguins are the best, and the colourful sea jellies are so pretty.

Their rides are great, with options for children, teens, adults, and those with a low thrill tolerance. There's also plenty of water activities as well to do on a hot day.

In this place, we can meet a polar bear, mini penguins, dolphins, and many fishes.
And there is an exciting roller-coaster, too. It is really really fast but not scary. At the top of the roller-coaster, we can see all the landscapes of this beautiful area.
I had lots of fun here. I couldn't go around a lot because I didn't have enough time during my journey. Hopely, visit here again next time.
What a wonderful place! Staffs are friendly, park is very well maintained. All the animals looks really happy and well fed. 😄 Weather was perfect in June too. We had an absolutely great time here. Prepare some light snacks for your kids and take the tram! Highly recommended to visit the in house animal hospital. When we were there, they were treating a koala and visitors can view from the outside transparent glass panels.
A nice day out. I spent two hours there in total. The queue to buy tickets moved fast. Nice to see all aussie animals. Staff were lovely and friendly. Toilets clean. Good coffee in the reception area. Felt it was expensive for what it was. It's quite small.

We stayed at Surfers and found Holoverse while going for a walk through Cavill. I wish I had gotten the names of the staff as they were absolutely amazing! My nearly 3 year old is Dino obsessed and everything had her so excited she honestly had the best time, and so did I! I didn’t set my expectations too high walking in as entry was extremely reasonable compared to other local attractions ($29 for me and little miss was free) but it honestly blew us out the park. We had the best time chasing and running from dinosaurs. The lady who helped us while there was so great with my daughter who’s normally very shy with strangers and went above and beyond to make our experience the absolute best!

We will definitely be going again to try out the other rooms!

A wonderful experience for the family. There were some rides down for maintenance when we were there, but plenty of others, in addition to the plethora of shows and animals, to keep us entertained for the whole seven hours we were there. We used an interactive map, but did find there were a lack of signposts and directions for different areas. It is worth doing some planning beforehand.

Another great day out. Lots to see. The dolphin show was amazing and highlight for me and my family. It's really great for small kids. But there is something for everyone if you enjoy that sort of thing amd a few good rides for the adults and bigger kids too. 5 stars. Thanks sea world

My daughter had a great day. We did a double session and the staff were super helpful and really supportive where needed. The inflatables were easy to navigate and use plus there was a large variety and my girl didn’t get bored in the 2 sessions she did. We will definitely be back.

It was definitely a fun experience. I believe this is suited more for children as the graphics aren’t out of this world.

We had a lot of technical issues in the beginning. The glasses weren’t working and the animation was glitching. The service was amazing, the lady who set the room up for us kept coming in trying to fix the problems that occurred.

The space was clean and comfortable. Only one person can interact and see the animation in its full form. The other person needs to sit down and watch while one person interacts. Each animation is pretty short. So if you were a big family you would have around two turns each.

They also sell dinosaur toys at the entrance which are large and cheap. I highly recommend their toys and merchandise.

Is this attraction worth $30+ each? No it definitely isn’t. Ripley’s was a lot less and had a lot more going on. Although I enjoyed my experience it wasn’t of the utmost amazement.

Maybe when the graphics are better in the future I would highly recommend this.

It's in the city, so don't expect a huge map. They squeezed 19ppl in that tiny area, there was hardly any room to have a good play. There's alway someone beside to shoot you the moment ur energized. Worst part is that management said that max capacity is 26pax. Which is uttlery ridiculous. Avoid this place if you can. You're better off traveling to the suburbs to enjoy a bigger playing area.
