The process of updating my WordPress website with Courtney and team was second to none. I had the site set up previously, but was never satisfied with the layout across desktop/ipads/phones as it wasn’t coherent. The lines were off in my service and pricing menu and I just wanted to give up! I reached out to Courtney with my limited knowledge and explained what I needed help with - she was amazing. For paying in excess of $10,000, I’m very disappointed and even confused about what was delivered. When paying a monthly retainer, delays in communication in excess of a week quickly become very costly.
If you do use this company for services, I encourage you to be very clear with what is expected to be delivered and only agree to payment upon completion of the service rather than paying upfront.
