Beautiful clean park. Close to lots of things to do. Walking distance to Serpentine Falls and a short drive to breweries, cafes and wineries. Amenities are spotless, and friendly, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend the Wave Hill House and Pool House. Our extended family of 14 had the best few days in these lovely homes. The views are amazing, location very private, homes are spacious, clean and comfy, and so well equipped! Everything has been thought of. Plenty of off street parking for our 6 cars, 3 undercover. Dimity is an excellent host, responded quickly to my enquires, and was contactable if we needed anything during our stay. Thank you for sharing these beautiful homes, we hope to come back. Janine.
This park is great, large sites on beautifully maintained grounds. Staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with. The park is in a great location for access to just about everywhere. Lovely place to stay in! Friendly staff. The floors in the chalet was dirty though (we are used to wearing no shoes inside, but we had to put on our shoes throughout the whole stay, might not be an issue if you're ok with wearing footwear indoors). The rooms felt really nice and warm even in winter. Wish there was a kids playground. Overall enjoyed our stay 😊
This is my go to place when i come to Perth. The unpowered area is nice, grassy and flat. Is close to the road though but you can tune out to the traffic.
It does get windy, sometimes extreme wind warnings are issued.
Dont fight nature, you wont win. Be prepared for it.

Beautiful, cosy and spotlessly clean accommodation in the heart of Halls Gap. Loved the spectacular views, super comfortable beds and the attention to detail. We spent a week hiking in the heart of winter and it was great to return to such comfortable accommodation each evening. Hope to return soon.

We absolutely loved our short stay at Heath House. Perfectly located just a short stroll to cafes and shops & quiet enough to enjoy the serenity of the beautiful surroundings. The house had everything we could wish for and was a cosy warm luxury escape from the chilly weather. Vouchers were supplied to use at the local cafes and businesses (what a great idea) & finally, the very friendly kangaroos and bird life made for some lovely precious memories. 5 stars - we cannot wait to return.

Heath house it is one of the most comfortable and well appointed tourist and holiday accommodation we have stayed in. Excellent location to all of Halls Gap recreation activities, cafes and restaurants. Stunning views of the Grampians . A must to visit.
WOW. Just WOW!! We loved our stay! Everything was so clean and convenient. The kids loved the telescope and outdoor spa! The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend, We will be back.
The room wasn't terribly clean, heaps of spiders webs and outdoor area hadn't been cleaned for a while.
The bed was an average looking chipboard frame and we broke it and had to pay nearly as much for the room for a new bed frame. In hindsight we should have taken pictures.

Amazing house to stay in! Furnishings are beautiful and so many wonderful little touches to the house. Location is great, walking distance to restaurants and a view to die for! 100% recommend to stay here.
We went there for camping with kids. But it was too windy. We couldn't sleep first night at all. We booked for two nights. So we went to the office and explained everything to the lady. She was so nice pardon me I forgot your name. Thanks a lot for understanding our situation and she refunded us one days money..

Wow! What an amazing holiday home! The pictures do not lie, and it’s even better in person. I think three things really made this house perfection:
- the location, view and pool- it simply cannot be beat. It’s a gorgeous house with epic views, and a pool that makes you never want to leave
- the amenities- everything is so well thought out, condiments provided, big spray and fire lighters, perfect shampoo, conditioner, and so much more
- the house manager! She was responsive, helpful, (even baked us a cake for the birthday party when we couldn’t find a gluten free bakery and it was delicious!!) and a perfect amount of present

Clean amenities, nice pool for warmer days. Grass sites are lovely, rock (big rocks) gravel sites however are not. We have stayed a few times & will make a point of asking not to be located on a gravel site. Live music on a stay was great!

Lovely renovated little cottage,well looked after ,very clean .and provided with all your needs,attention to detail. Very cosy with comfortable beds. Very quiet, only the sound of waves and birds. Few mins to the beach.Hope to come back
After our third wonderful stay, we still find ourselves impressed with this holiday rental. We’ve stayed in warm and cold months, as a couple and as a larger family, and there really is something for everyone in this resort-esque home. From lounging in the theatre playing video games on the enormous projector, playing in the pool or relaxing in the spa, we always have a reason to come back. This place is genuinely fully appointed (not just the usual 6 forks and knives and a few teabags most places have) with everything you would expect if you were house sitting for a friend; A friend who gives you serious house envy. I’d recommend this property to anyone, and look forward to our next excuse to return.
Immaculate house in the heart of Halls Gap, right near restaurants, cafes and hikes. Zero noise, kangaroos and stunning scenery greeted us on arrival and the view from the back deck was everything we hoped for. The house was so tidy and well stocked with lovely furniture and the basic necessities. Our favourites were the huge bright lounge room with lovely couches, the large spa and the comfy beds. Very communicative and friendly host who makes sure the house is presentable for every guest. I would highly recommend a stay at Heath House.
Really loved our two nights stay at the Heath House. The property is very modern and luxurious. It has amazing mountain views and you'll be surrounded by kangaroos and bird chirpings. Cathy was very responsive and kind. Hoping to visit again in the future❤
An absolute gem of a place.
Wow! Everything about our stay at Heath House was 5 ⭐️. Cathy’s communication in the weeks leading up were so welcome. And the house itself is just stunning, with everything you could need. We (myself husband & 9yo daughter) had a long weekend in the middle of a freezing cold winter and we were so happy with Heath House. The house was just like being at home, full kitchen, quality furnishings, peaceful, with a paddock of kangaroos to look out over to the Grampians. Our daughter even enjoyed a quick hot tub in the rain. We will be back and we’ve told all our friends and family about Heath House too, they oohed and aahed over our photos and videos. Thanks Cathy!!
Just spent the whole weekend here for my sons 13th birthday. Him and his friends had an absolute ball. Spending most of the time either in the massive theatre room or in the pool and spa. We loved watching tv in the spa and having a big cookout on the bbq. The house was immaculate and they really thought of everything a traveller would need. They supplied all the kitchen supplies, a portable speaker, play station. All the things you would expect from 5 star accommodation.
Matt was extremely helpful when we contacted him about things we werent sure of. I will definitely be making this place my regular holiday get away.

Couldnt believe..the mouse droppings under sink...and live mouse appeared from under master bedroom....the kitchen chsirs were ripped badly...the dinner plates didnt match and many chipped...the oldest towels we have ever seen almost thread bare and many had holes...the madter bedroom sink water hardly came out...no weeding had been done in flower pots...out door fridge was full of rust inside and outside....the bedding was the cheapest..even though its supposed to be rated a 5 star..this was far from it we would give one star....please go and look at what 5 star looks like on canals...it was in a housing estate...no one can blame a cleaner...spend some money on this place .......no lovely white towels..had to get your own from utility room...a dreadful experience
Stayed there last weekend,(been here 4 times now) house has a great set up and location but this time the outdoor spa bath had no water running to it and pool was full of rotting leaves so we didn't use. Disappointing. Recon the master rooms walk in robe could be converted into a huge master suite. Which would help for larger family's.

Right on the river; relaxed and comfortable; close by road to both Mandurah and Pinjarra.
Such a lovely place to stay with an amazing outlook. We woke up to kangaroos and emu in The paddock. Has eveything you need for a holiday house and in a good location only a few meters from the halls gap zoo. And a few minutes drive to halls gap main Street. The fire was a hit and Ian was kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying you will not be disappointed.

Spacious, clean and value for money accommodation right beside Fallen Giants Vineyard. Has all the amenities you need and more! 3 huge bedrooms with king size beds, 5 star hotel quality linen, separate laundry room, outdoor deck, BBQ area, all the appliances you will need for a home stay, including coffee making machine stocked with coffee beans,.. I could go on.
As the owner also owns the Vineyard, it is fully stocked with all its top quality wines... Pay as you drink of course.

The house is everything and more than you could want.
It is modern and extremely clean with an amazing outdoor entertaining area featuring a pool, spa and outdoor bar area which were a great hit with our guests, as was the theater with its huge projector screen! will definitely be back and highly recommend it to friends

A lovely spot on the Murray River with good access to the river and boat launching facilities. However the house is in need of maintenance. The glass insert in the dining table is shattered and covered with a cloth. There is only one bath which may not be suitable for a group. The pool and outdoor bath are not inviting.
