Kyle and his team went above and beyond to make our new Home Landscaping and Pool Fencing, achieve the best result we could have hoped for. We have just had the pleasure of having an amazing pool built by Eddie and his team. From our very first enquiry right up to handover, and beyond Eddie has been extremely responsive, no phone call or email unanswered, and no issue with our endless questions. There are no problems or issues for Eddie, only solutions. His team are professional, courteous, skilled and extremely friendly. The pool turned out better than we ever imagined, was on time and completely on budget. Not only is Eddie an absolutely genuine guy, but one that goes above and beyond for his customers. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for a pool or building project. If you are looking for the best team for your job, look no further, you have found them.

Eddie and his team have been some of the most professional builders Ive worked with. They have demonstrated years of experience with excellent client service and high quality work. Total Concept pools are the "go to" for swimming pool construction.
Jaz and Grant make a dynamic team from planning to handover no question was too difficult and we where made to feel part of the entire process from start to finish.

Do not pay these people $200 for a quote. We were foolish enough to do so, and we received a very basic quote, very expensive and no suggestions on any other options. We were so disappointed.
Also have spoken to others in the industry since who could not believe that we were charged for a quote.
It was obvious that they didn’t want the job, but were happy to take our money.

Landscaping Tasmania recently completed a redevelopment of our backyard. Mark and Sam certainly exceeded our expectations with the finished project. We had requested a low maintenance revamp with an emphasis on natural looking materials. The resulting beautifully laid out stone paths; fire pit area with sandstone benches and gravel; and stepping stones surrounded by lush new grass have transformed our garden. Mark and Sam always set high standards for their workmanship and were consistently reliable in arriving when they said they would and communicating their comings and goings to us. During the construction phase they were very flexible when we made an alteration to the plans, and they delivered an excellent project to fit within our budget. Mark and Sam were always professional, friendly and enthusiastic and we would highly recommend their services.

We had recently moved in to our new home in Burleigh Heads and wanted to put a pool in, Total Concept Pools was recommended to us by friends of ours in 2020 and it was the best decision we made to go ahead with Eddie and his Team. From our first meeting, the conception, build process, day to day activities to finalization, Eddie and his team were amazing to work with - professional, fun, hands on, trustworthy and great ideas! Nothing was too much trouble. They delivered an exceptional, fully tiled magnesium pool that added to our home, we absolutely love. We required additional scope of work including a new front entry, fence, internal office space and tiling, Eddie’s building company could also deliver, a one stop shop made the entire renovation of our home a seamless process. From the moment I called Landscaping Tasmania I had confidence they were the team for my extensive works. After extensive flooding issues, erosion and half completed works, these guys really had their work cut out for them. They were so easy to talk to and plan with and had great ideas that I hadn’t considered.
We locked in a plan and they did an amazing job ticking every single box of what we were after in designing a building a new retaining wall with irrigation planning and a longer term vision of a much larger space. They communicated really well, and were always super polite and respectful of the property - and so easy to see they had real pride in the work they did. I think that’s really important- as it felt like they were treating it like they would their own back yard - with meticulous work.

We will definitely having them back and soon to help do more areas that we now know are possible after seeing their work. I would highly recommend booking them for any works that you need - and after hearing horror stories from friends of landscaping disasters, and wishing they had chosen others or just paid that little bit extra, or just waited till the really good operator had time to do the works instead of going with the first person they could find available, I’m so glad we planned it with these folks and waited for them to be available in a really busy time for the entire industry. Worth every second. I may also mention there were quite a few unseen hurdles from surprise electricity lines to very very rude shelves of rock (as you will see in photos in very tight space as well) that it was not forecast would be there - and they just kept smiling and made a plan to fix it - great attitude - great workers - great results. Highly recommend.

Building a new house is super stressful, but atleast we were lucky enough to have our land scaping done by Barrellan Nursery, everything was quick and easy, from start to finish. Amazing customer service from the owner, from their admin staff, and from their ground staff! Don't waste your time with anyone else. Very happy with their work.

Awesome service and workmanship - from start to finish.

We engaged Fitzroy landscaping to undertake a fairly major transformation of our outdoor areas to include a sunken firepit, new turf, perimeter gardens, reoiling a large deck, and creating a new entry way.

Kyle was amazing from the get go - firstly coming out to quote and help with the design and providing his advice; and then with his communication all the way through the project and sticking to our timeline.

All of the team were really easy to work with, skilled, and really professional. We could not be happier with the finished product!!! Might even invite him over to enjoy it with us :)

Excellent service and everything we bought is alive and well.

Charged $300 to deliver a big tree (said they would have 3 men) then only arrived with 1 guy who couldn't do the job. Was very rude about it. We spent a couple of grand there on plants. No repeat business.

The $100 bamboo I bought died within weeks. Also all of the palms I bought. I sent through photos of this and the wind was blamed and no responsibility taken from the staff that told me plants would thrive in the surrounding area of coomera. Spent around $500 and %40 of plants died within weeks.
