Top club, top people and the most enjoyable experience both on the course and the hospitality on the 19th is second to none!🏌‍♂️😁
Great service, Oscar really looked after us. Smiling friendly service at Pro-shop and bar area. Positive experience.

Went to Pacific Golf Club for a business lunch today, it was a nice quiet place to conduct a business meeting with great views friendly staff and awesome food. They have ample parking, clean bathrooms and the food came out quickly.

Father’s Day brekkie was great!! Lots of people, a good feel to the whole place. Our order was a little slow but once the reason was explained to us, it was fine! Another great outing at the club…

Considering the price of an 18 with a cart it’s a great course not too hard but extremely fun and laid back. Staff are great.

Great course. Lovely new clubhouse. Staff are super friendly.
Got to 10th to find 8 guys teeing off. They promised they were playing in two groups. Watching them on 11 and 12 we rang the golf shop. They sent a guy out to talk to them. This photo is 13th green with 8 golfers. Fat lot of good the discussion did. This is a Sunday at Parkwood. Lol.
The food was really poor. My wife and I had the lamb, it was raw and chewy (inedible). On the menu, it said it was 'medium.' I was told that's how it is meant to be, no apology. I couldn't eat it and we both left it, a $37 meal. I've had poor meals here before, and regularly give it another chance because it's a nice settling but I think I've had enough now 🤷‍♂️. So much potential to be a great experience....👎

Nice atmosphere, great food. Staff so friendly, we will return.

Played here for the first time on the weekend and loved it! 9 hole course with double tees which change up the dimensions of each enough to make an 18 hole round plenty interesting. Was a bit damp but given it's winter and we've had a fair bit of rain, thought the course was in great nick! Greens very good, course nice and lush. Was great but would be excellent in summer. Very friendly and welcoming people and members. The chap in the pro shop (Winston?) was terrific. Will be back.
Good basic meals. Very reasonable prices.

Beautiful new club, lovely decor, friendly front of house staff but the food was very disappointing. I was excited to have a new local to eat at but unfortunately the food needs major improvement. My husband ordered a steak which cost over $45 and then we had to pay additional $12 for a salad and fries. Really? You could barely call the salad a salad. Same sides for my overpriced beer battered fish. Terrible value for money. I think we’ll stick to the Carindale Hotel until the food improves.
Nice course but tee times are ridiculous 5 groups on the first tee box & 2 waiting at each tee all the way through 9.

Waste of time
Excellent venue with delicious food and a great atmosphere! To top it off, all the staff were super friendly and amazing to deal with. Especially the venue manager Mel! What a great team and the perfect venue to visit for a meal and some good fun! Thank you again for your hospitality team!
Monday night out with the girls was perfect at The Club. I've lunched here before, but the food was particularly good this night. Maybe because it was nice and quiet. The service was brilliant. We all decided to do it there again next month.
Awesome golf club and the course is great also!
My son played the Junior Classic there and absolutely loved it. Such a beautiful course.
Recently joined as a social member. All things considered it’s excellent value in a place with a very pleasant ambience and good restaurants. So far have dined in Boulders (lunch) and dinner in The Dining Room, both very good experiences.
Staff are happy and service good.
Wow!! What a place! Parking was simple for a start. Walking in to the Club, you are met with a clean , easy to navigate layout.
Staff were friendly and approachable.
The bar set up was good, turn your head, and there was another area , one with a virtual sports arena, a dining area, a gaming room and a large social space.
The meals were a good size and very tasty, enjoyed by the whole table.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time there , noticing a whole upstairs area which I didn't get to explore. Highly recommend.
Played here today for the first time. A friendly calm voice announced our tee time with a microphone at 2.45.
Course is in mint conditions, very nice practice green, nice warm up nets for a fast 10 swings prior to round.
Fairways and greens are very well maintained.
Compared to Brighton it looks like a Private golf course.
Will think about becoming a member here as It's really worth the dough.
Good job.
Other "managers" from nearby golf courses should take pen and paper and take notes on how to run a golf course.
Great job Cheltenham and thank you.
Bar lady very hepful and hard working

“End of an icon”

Greens are 3/4 of there original size, major drainage problems on every hole, place was a ghost town. Shame to see such an iconic course in such rundown condition, not worth the premium green fees. Would not be surprised if the land is developed into housing.
Nice quiet golf course.
Undulating areas make it so much more interesting to play.
Recommend giving this course a go

Very soggy ground the day we played, course looks great. The restaurant is very ordinary and all the building need a lot of tender loving care, showing their age.

Staff awesome. Decor awesome. Ordered a steak medium rare. Was super rare. Took it back, asked for it to be fixed. This is what we got. It doesn't seem medium rare. I love this place but kitchen needs to shine.
Course was nice, in good Nick & easy walk, but, the girls that run the business are fantastic, so professional, helpful &eager to assist.
Thank you Georgie & Chrissy

Smart new clubhouse opened 3 months ago.
Food was good and reasonable prices.
Nice view of the course from the restaurant.
I had the pizza which had a thin crust which is just how I like it. Husband had barramundi and chips and he enjoyed it.

Great course, greens are looking fantastic! Easy to walk.
Attended a meeting 11th April 2024. Poinciana room very difficult to find. One sign lead a few of us astray. Then no signage. Found after warking around for some time. Free Parking gives it the 2 star.
Recently hosted my 50th birthday in the Eden room at the club and was very very happy! Staff were fabulous - very organised, food (platters) was really good quality, plenty of platter choices available. A really great place to host a significant birthday or wedding. Thankyou Mel and the team.

This course has the layout of a premium ($150) course , and the condition/maintenance of a community public ($45) course.
Course layout is great! It’s narrow, winding, and really forces you think about where you want to place your tee shots!
The course needs to deal with its drainage issues. Bunkers are flooded, part of fairway is flooded, and the grounds crew can at least blow away the leaves on the fairway.
I look forward to play this course again when the condition is better.
Great course reasonable fees!
Nice staff!
Great venue. The staff are very welcoming
Lovely course to play , a difficult but very fun 18 holes . Played off the tips (blue tees) today , the fairways will feed your ball into the right and left roughs so be carefull of run out ! Very fast greens and a bunch of bunkers in play aswell . Starting off with a par 5 on the front and back 9 also 5 par 3's to have some fun with .....will definitely play the course again !
Woodfire Pizzas were nice.
But the special Mie Goreng was average.
Loved the atmosphere though.

One of my friend had a small issue in Bistro but the Manager on Duty was super professional and helpful.
Will come back again 👍
A nice course in good condition

Man, what an awesome design and layout. I LOVED IT.
Some super holes, couple of really stunning ones.
A challenging design for a mid handicap.
Do I layup or do I go for it?

The greens are very small, so very tight targets, if chipping from the sides, the narrow greens are challenging.

This is my new favourite course.

My favourite track & course layout phenomenal.
Variety on all holes.
Just wish staff would be up front with course conditions ie carts on paths prior to booking!
Lovely private room for a birthday party. The food and service was excellent.
We attended a 60th birthday on Friday night, I was very shocked at how downhill the Resturant part of this place had gotten too.
We had to wait 40 min for food, and the place was only 1/4 full with people.
We asked for a margarita, only to be told it was pre mix cocktail- so you have a full bar, but no bar tender can make a basic cocktail
The children play room was terrible, the aircon machine looked full of mold, and was running at 33 drg.
Mold line this is very dangerous and harmful to children’s lungs. We have photos of the black dirty mold
My spring rolls came out and we’re still cold in the middle, the pork in the noddles was just lumps of pork fat
All in all I would not recommend and would not return

Great public golf course that really takes you out of busy Melbourne. Great conditions and good design too. Back 9 was really impressive and fun.

Food options are pretty bad tho and staff in kitchen are quite unpleasant.
Beautiful place.
Love playing this challenging golf course. All the birdlife is wonderful to see and will often spot koalas too.
Affordable and easy parking.

You would think they’d remove the leaves off the greens every morning? Nope, very hard to read them with so many leaves. It is well designed and the fairways were decent, but other than that the course is not well maintained. For $100 it isn’t worth it - go to the Glades or Palm Meadows instead.

Beautiful course, north of the Yarra. A few undulating holes provide a challenge. Easy access from Ivanhoe Boulevard and good value public course.
Great golf course. Fairways are excellent, greens are quick. Worth a look.
I highly recommend Meadow Park not only as a fun golf course for all but a great experience to higher out the clubhouse for your next event. Jason and Georgie helped make my event stress free and easy. Thank you to the amazing team!
Nice little course with a few par 5's and water hazards - just to keep us challenged 😀
This has to be one of my top public corses in this area. Always a pleasure to play a round here as it is usually pretty well looked after and layout is very fun to play. The staff are nice and pro shop is well stocked.
Course was in great shape, a little waterlogged in places after 30,50mm of rain overnight. Staff were warm and very knowledgeable and professional. It didn't bother me but partner for the day didn't like it that we didn't see a drinks cart on course. Frankly my game on the day required no further handicap from 3 or 4 White fish.

Great day, good value. Off to the Suoercars tomorrow.

Gareth
Went there for a work golf day.
Great little 9 hole course which becomes an 18 hole off different tees. Fairways are in great shape even with all the rain we have had.
Definitely recommend.

Great local course, with great locals! You get what you pay for, but actually it's not bad, so things considering! Will definitely be going back there again soon for another round.
Great atmosphere and burgers to die for.Huge meat raffles too on Friday nights.
Great course and friendly staff. I think they are renovating the club house so good options are very limited. Probably needs better drainage too as after some rain it can get a little messy. It's always a busy course, but has some fun holes!
Awesome club - great people, delicious food, beautiful landscape; golf offers challenging approaches to most greens.
It’s probably the only time I ever go to a golf course to not play a round. Whenever I have time to sneak in a lunch with mates, I always head down to Parkwood for a feed and a few bevvies. It’s a really relaxed atmosphere and if you take the kids there’s mini putt, virtual golf and a jumping castle. There’s a few different eating areas to choose from and the food and beverage prices are pretty reasonable. Looking forward to the next time I can get back down there.
“The private golf course is very humble, and Wilson, the course manager, is an awesome person. He warmly welcomed me and showed me the course, providing some helpful tips. The course itself is well-maintained, with clean fairways and slightly smaller greens, but overall, it’s a good 9-hole private club. If you get the chance to play here, you should definitely go. It’s a very entertaining course.”
Great 9 hole course with mainly par 3s and a few par 4s. Suitable for all abilities. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The practice putting green is well maintained and flat. The greens on the course are more challenging. Golf cart and club hire are available. Lots of bird life to see as you walk around.
very humble and welcoming golf club. the pro staff and the members are awesome people. I felt warmly welcome. The course located in a prominent sand belt area so I can feel the ambiance. Green are kept maintained as well as the fairways. enjoying my morning golf here.

Great old school club (don't forget to take off your cap in the clubhouse!), with friendly pro shop crew and delightfully grumpy old men manning the beer taps, I could not recommend more! The greens run like glass and clear that they put a lot 9f effort in. Hard to beat for value, and no doubt, if you can play well here, you can play well anywhere.
Great 9 hole course, with reasonable prices and friendly staff. It’s also next to a farm
A great hidden gem of a golf course, well maintained and great fast greens. A joy to play and each hole has its challenges.
Played the back nine. Excellent golf course, fairways nice and green and well maintained. Greens true and fast excellent. Nice wide fairways. Generally large size pins. Nice bar and bistro, good food and reasonable prices
We recently had our annual work function at the Club and I have to say it was amazing! Mel (events co-ordinator) is awesome and nothing was too much trouble, she even surprised us with a backdrop using our Logo to be used for photos! Mel has great contacts and was a one stop shop for our event! Atmosphere was wonderful, food was great, the serving staff were great with everything reasonably priced! All staff who attended loved the positive vibe and really enjoyed the event! We will definitely be having our next event at the Parkwood Club!
Amazingly friendly golf course.
Very efficient staff so there's never back logs or over booking. Course is in great condition, front 9 longer and more challenging than back 9 but plenty of shade and always cool breezes. Super good value fees too.
We come for the midweek deals with the kids for dinner. Great to have a jumping castle and the food is always delicious. Our fav is 2-4-1 pizza & pasta nights.

Special shout out to Jahred (hope I spent this right), great service with a big smile on his face!
Visited for a Seminar on Thursday 2 Feb. The food was supplied by the Southport Golf Club and was superb. A variety of sandwiches with delicious fillings that didn't fall apart. Fluffy fresh scones with lashings of jam and cream and superior fresh fruit trays were amongst other offerings. My first visit and hopefully not my last. Thank you to those who did the catering.
My favourite course in the world. It will always be my home. Thank you to everyone at the golf club for being so accommodating whilst I was a member there. The coaching was phenomenal and the staff all became my best friends. I love all of them. Play comp on a Saturday with the regulars. They're a blast. ❤️
Full 18 hole course. Carts, trikes and trolleys available. Proshop well stocked with golf items and clubs. Bookings are essential. I would rate the course a 6 out of 10. Ample parking. There are many activities at the clubhouse for parents and kids. There are toilets along the way. Drinks cart does its round on the course. Take loads of sunblock and big hat. Collar shirt and tailored pants.
Went to the swing suite, very nice. 6x players in our group playing teams. We'll catered, easy to understand. Check website for pricing. Can recommend it as an office team building or just some lads having a laugh. There are different games you can choose from, golf being a favourite. The whole venue us geared around family involvement. We will be returning. The suites have their own sticks and balls. You welcome to bring your own. To add, we had a kids birthday party outside. Had a good time.
Went for lunch staff very friendly and food was delicious
Great club, nice course good people.
Lovely little 9 hole course on the Goldcoast. Mostly par 3’s with 2 nice par 4’s.

Reasonably priced, and the staff member working today was an absolute legend. Helped us out with club hire which made it a great experience.
probably because it’s winter, the greens are not that green and a few are patchy and need improvement. Course layout is nice though, quite hilly and challenging at a few holes. $15 for 9 holes is reasonably priced.
Really nice kept 9 hole course. Open for public on certain days only.
It's a really lovely course but at the moment very wet after the rain.... lots of mud. I haven't played there for a few years but a few holes now have some of the gum trees grown over the ball line.... and I'm not good enough to be able to hit the ball around it! This par 3 is a good example. High loft straight to the flag but the tree plays with your mind....
This “could be” one of the best courses in the country but they need to invest in the course it’s starting to look tired and run down. The greens are dry and rough even after all the rain you’d expect this if we were in a drought.

It’s a good course but they need to spend some money.

Was invited to have lunch there. The coffees took almost 25 mins to arrive. There wasn't a crowd. I had a crispy skin salmon with steamed vegetables. My husband had a beef brisket in a Turkish bread sandwich with coleslaw mayo pickles and tasty brisket with chilli jam and chips. The presentation was nice but the salmon was over cooked.

We just moved up the road and my husband was so excited to play here and eventually become a member. He tried calling 5 times yesterday and kept getting hung up on. He finally booked today and when we arrived the older man at the club house looked me up and down and said "you're not playing are you?" UM...yes I am. He said I couldn't wear the clothes I had on even though it's not my first time playing (I may not have brand name golf clothes but I am wearing a skirt and top with running shoes) which he then saw and said.."Okay well you know this is quite difficult, it's 9 holes" UM we know, please learn customer service. Great way to get members. Started off with a very bitter taste in my mouth but tried to enjoy the day for my husband. He also then proceeded to tell my brother when he arrived to not let us play through (not realising he was with us). Some old golf elitist. Extremely rude. Won't be coming back.

Cheltenham golf course and club was a very good experience. The front line staff at the proshop were very friendly and helpful also welcoming.

The course is a tight 9 hole course with two tee boxes to make it an 18 hole golf course. This course may not be long in distance but with the natural undulations of the fairways make it a strategic golf course. It's all about position when playing each hole. When the respect is gone and the Driver comes out beware there is a big chance you may be in trouble for your second shot.
Another protection for the course is the elevated greens, not big but slick enough to command respect.

The club house is also a great place to gram a drink and have laughs with friends after the round. Great 19th hole.

Highly recommend f you have not already to give us beautiful sand belt golf course a game.
Thank you Meadow Park for hosting our Golf For Fun Christmas day, Georgie and Scott were amazing, we really appreciate your team as they are always very accommodating A+.
Your course is in fantastic condition, when other courses are closed you are open due to the upgrade of drainage system.

I'd highly recommend this course for your short game and for those looking to take up the game, as Scott will always be happy to give you a few lessons.

Had an event here and asked for the vegan high tea option. Wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and they really accommodated to all dietary requirements! Service was great too. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great high tea option on the coast :)

Had lunch here today, Saturday afternoon, for my mother in laws birthday. There were no menus on the tables. Understandably, COVID times things are different however they could have been placed and sanitised. Pretty disappointed in the food and drinks. The ladies at the bar and the one taking our orders were lovely as well as the male manager. However, the food wasn’t great the chicken parmigiana had more batter than chicken and the medium rare steaks were more rare. The guys had beers, which were warm too.
Can’t fault the service staff, however the chef had complaints about his parmigiana the night before and hadn’t made any changes.
What a top night. With 4 friends, we totally enjoyed the service of the dedicated dinning staff. The food menu from the kitchen was superior to most available on the coast in equal class outlets, and the cooking staff served plates with 5 star rating.
This club without doubt sets a very high bar for others to follow and then they will all have the huge problem of trying to match set menu price.
Our table is again booked for next month's dinner night.
Had a great experience on the weekend. Outdoor terrace area is such a great space. Food was fantastic. Had the Sunday roast. Will be back. Bistro menu also looks good. Great service from the team at the Cheltenham Golf Club bistro.

My first visit here left me with an excellent impression. Very friendly and helpful staff in the pro shop and in the bar. Great to sit on the verandah with a glass after a round of golf with a view overlooking the course. The course is in excellent condition, greens and fairways well treated. Quite challenging and good variation of holes. Am considering membership.
We played here on the 2nd of Jan 2021, Nice welcoming at the lobby by the staff if i am not wrong its Michael or Frank. really like the golf course, with reasonable green fee on weekend. Not so crowded and very challenging course. I do like the #14th Tee Box.....we will be back there for sure as we enjoyed playing there.
I have played here twice now and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I like that they have 2 practice nets and the practice putting green matches the speeds of the greens on the course. There's no rush which is fantastic, you can lazily plod through your round. It's not a very tricky course, hardly any water which makes it perfect for beginners. The layout is neat, you are never in the way of people in front or behind you even if you hit a stray shot. If you're in the area, it's a good little place to play.
Beautiful course in a beautiful suburb.
Friendly staff and members.
Great restaurant with a lovely setting especially during spring and summer.
During this horrid covid period there are no golfers so it's open to the public to relax and stroll upon the fairways.
Fantastic hidden gem. It's tight tree lined fairways & undulating greens are a true test. Look forward to many more rounds of golf being played out here. Only suggestion: install a few more bridges between fairways over creeks and water hazards, otherwise it's a long walk around

Had a great night for our fundraising event. Both restaurant staff China Garden and bar staff of the club worked together to help us. The evening went odd without a hitch, even supplied the microphone for our speech and music. We went from the expected 80 to 95 overnight but they didn't flinch and catered perfectly for us. Thank you Rachel, Katie, Jacky (and staff).
I have been a keen golfer (but not a champion!) and have, ever since arriving on the Coast in 1981,
been attracted to this club due to the convenient location, close to my Surfers Paradise office and the “traditional” nature of both the course and the clubhouse. When I first arrived it was difficult to obtain membership, however the club house was always capable of being accessed and used (even as a member of the public) for a pleasant meeting place, with free parking, for a drink and economical meal from 7.00am to 7.00pm - perfect lunch time venue suiting my business.

It has been, in my view, a prestigious private members golf club, a joy to bring my friends and business acquaintances to! BUT the clubhouse is able to be used by members of the public. In the last couple of years I have preferred to use the clubhouse as my business “Office” - and I have become a “Friend of the Clubhouse Member” at the more than economical membership fee of $115/year and enjoy members food and drink 10% discounts.

I give a firm recommendation to try this unique venue!
