Went in to More 4x4 to inquire about a lift, Aaron was very helpful and accomodating in answering all my questions. Really cares about his clients, he asked about our requirement and guided us on what need to done to suit our needs. Doesnt upsell on stuff that you dont need. Really appreciate it Aaron cant wait for my car to be scheduled and done.

Dropped my car down to more 4x4 last week. I’m a long loyal customer. I dropped it down to do a few bits and pieces. AARON and the team picked and chose what they felt bothered to do. They then charged me for everything even with incomplete issues. When picking car up brakes did not work and handbrake cable had been loosened and not tightened. A week on AARON has no interest in fixing either problems that were not there when the car was dropped down. The car was apparently “test driven” and charged to do so, but if this was the case they would of realised that the clutch was still having the same issues it was dropped down with and the brakes weren’t bled properly. The brakes were barely working and AARON has taken no responsibility or action into fixing a potentially dangerous accident. This is how they treat loyal customers. I’d suggest you look elsewhere if you want proper care of your car taken.

We've not even quite started our project with More 4x4 but Aaron and the Team have already gone out of their way to accommodate us and answer all the random questions new 4x4 owners have.

More 4x4 has done a lot of work to my Toyota hilux over the past couple of years.

Overall they did a fairly good job. Unfortunately they let it down with an unsafe tune they provided which meant the car was running dangerously low AFR levels which in turn could have led to the engine blowing up.

I’ve had the car retuned on a dyno by another company, who are diesel tuning experts. I also produced evidence to more 4x4 and asked for a refund on the tune. They are denying fault saying it was too long ago (2 years). However I’ve been assured they are at fault and didn’t do adequate testing when they performed the tune originally.

I have attached a graph showing the unsafe tune provided by more 4x4 with dangerously low AFR levels.

I also have to say that communication from more 4x4 during the time I have dealt with them has been appalling. They just don’t get back to you.

I won’t be using them again.

Mark and the team at ARB brookvale were amazing and super helpful with setting up my Ranger and making it ready for any adventure, looking forward to testing it out.

I can't fault the work performed by the team at More4x4. Very neat and great attention to detail. I had a bunch of items done to my Prado and am very pleased with the results.

The only area which needs improvement is customer service (hence the 4 star rating). I found the team hard to get a hold of and required many emails and calls to get quotes/car booked in for work/status updates etc. If they manage to improve this aspect, I would happily give them a 5/5.

Had a colour coded OffRoad Animal bull bar fitted to my Prado this week.
Unfortunately colour didn’t match close enough for Aaron and his team’s high bar for quality and service.
Within 48 hours, the team had rematched the colour, fitted the bar, lights and foggies, and I had my truck back for the long weekend.
Congratulations Aaron, Dani and your team, a great experience from the beginning to end!

Really good experience with these guys. All the workmanship was excellent. They missed and Andersen plug in the fit out and I rang and told them and had me in and ready to go in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend.

Contrary to a lot of comments, Tom was extremely courteous and customer friendly. He had a nice long chat with me about my bike and gave me some good maintenance tips - something I really appreciate with a service person. I hope the quality of the service is good once I had a few kms on the bike. Overall 5 star satisfaction what I would expect

They get stuff done, done right and on time and their after sales support is brilliant.

Didn’t even make it past the 1 minute mark on the phone call when, who ever it was I spoke too, shut me off from the conversation and proceeded to hang up on me. All because I enquired about servicing on a motorbike that they refuse to work on?? I understand they choose not to work on this type of bike and that’s totally fine, but they way I was just spoken to was definitely not professional at all.
Was probably the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced, pretty gutted as I’d heard good things from friends of mine and was looking forward to getting my bike back on the road.....Unfortunately not......

Best sales and service. Family business has been around for years has great knowledge and expertise. 🤩
