Mostly good teachers, some bullying problems but overall good place for learning.

Do not go here my brother went here and he got bullied pushed away by teachers and the vice principal do not recommend

Bowral high doesn't take anything into account and the school doesn't care about bullying or mental health and there lack in making bulling stop is beyond a joke the school only cares about there reputation not about the students at all. Our neice was accused of doing something on her phone by two students she was take to the office her phone searched with no proof been given or seen on the phone as result she has been suspended for 5 days then that was increased for an extra week because there now trying to mover her to the behavioural school and we've been told her suspension will keep getting increased until her transfer is approved. What a horrible way to treat somebody this school should be ashamed of itself

The worst

School does nothing about student's mental health and bullying. They also spend their money on the bathrooms which gets destroyed over and over again. Most of them don't care about nothing and we get whole school detentions just for a fight. Department of Education needs to investigate because this school seems to be unsafe, pure torture and you'd be lucky if you even got treated nicely.

this school is in desperate need of repairs and a overlook by the department of education, it’s unfortunate that the school spends money replacing the bathrooms for them to be destroyed over and over again, I think being in year 12 currently I am so looking forward to leaving this school the behaviour of the students here is just appalling, no wonder our school has awful reviews from the public and students who attend

This school is horrendous , if I could give 0 stars I would . The teachers and principal have no care for students welfare whatsoever , there is NEVER anything done about bullying or anything of the kind . The teachers and principal are so condescending towards the students and some even go as far as calling them “stupid” and implying “they’ll be nothing when they leave school”
They diminish their self confidence and mental health , I am not surprised the students don’t want to go .

BHS they never taken bullying seriously (If you are looking to move your kid to this school) I don’t recommend.
I even had teachers pick on me
Yet (2018) HSC I was told to leave because I have chronic health and needed operations.
The amount of times they tried pushing me into support class all because of my health. What am I not a normal human.

Went here 2 years ago pretty average school nothing wrong with it having an arg plot is cool

Met with the Principal and the Vice Principal today. They were really keyed into our situation, and everything possible has been set in place to assist our son in achieving his best possible outcomes. Very Happy.

I can't highly recommend Bowral high school after the scenes beyond scenes that now have become beyond a joke it's a school that can't take responsibility when it comes to students welfare but expect high expectations of parents but can't return it when it comes to your students.... Time for the education department to see what's going on with in that school as it's joke but can't say anything or they just ban you as it classed as abusive not acceptable sorry...

I was a student at this school for 3 years, I will agree that the education is good.
But if you're someone who suffers with any kind of mental illness, or are someone who is bullied quite often, I wouldn't suggest this school, for the soul fact that I had asked so many times to be helped with things and not a single thing was done about it. I suffered with bullying for years, and nobody cared a single bit. I know a school isn't a hospital, but the teachers are meant to care about your wellbeing and here, they do not do that.
