Good place not to far from Suncorp Stadium. Has the essentials you need like Coles and takeaway places. Also has a cinema complex as well.
To many Stores, to Mention.
On 2 Levels with, Lifts & Escalators & lots of Parking.
Wheelchair Friendly, too.
Some really great venues here including libertine and the coffee shop on the corner with the Asian barista. She is exceptional!!! They all are!
This place is amazing. So many restaurants.
I was waiting for my 324 bus front of Mc Arthur Central and notice water dripping from the ceiling below where people walking a yellow wet floor signage folded was in the corner so I put it in as a warning for passers by . Next come along a M’c Arthur’s staff and took out the signage in disbelief I rang the Managements and talk to Fabrice very vague with the response so pointed to him about liability and older people injured take it seriously! as a concern citizen try to do the right thing all of this happen today Wed. 10 /7 8:10 am .
Kmart, Cole's , ALDI, Woolworth here , everything almost!!!
It's well-maintained with a variety of shops catering to different needs. The atmosphere is relaxed, and parking is convenient. A great place for local shopping.
Not bad for your local IGA small have everything you need,
Hair dressers, Fish n chip shop
2 Cafes close by both beautiful staff very friendly Runya is my FAV highly recommend. Bakery, Dog groomer, Chinese, Indian, Pizza place, Kebab shop, Bottles Deli/smoke mart and a new little restaurant that's opened there is also a little nail salon a dentist plus a few more. News agency but wow is the guy in there rude so I avoid going there all togther. Great community all the shops help each other out and support one another. Lover of Heathridge shops.
Great for quick shopping. Lots of parking.
Had lunch with family at
Khatta Mitha
Good service
Fabulous little IGA, lovely fresh fruit n veg & good range for a shop open till 8pm everyday. Has a newsagent with lotto. High quality butcher who also has a delicious cooked meal, take away, Mon-Fri, after 3.30pm. There is also a selection of warm sausage rolls etc. An Italian deli that gets very busy at lunchtime, fresh made rolls, takeaway spaghetti, lasagne, arancini.

Still our favourite IGA find some of my grocery items are cheaper here then coles and woolworth
Used to shop here all the time but now you have to swipe a credit card to get in. As someone who never carries a card anymore and just uses my watch, it’s hugely inconvenient to try and get your arm into position to be scanned. Most other shops use number plate recognition. Nearly everyone I know has now said they are not shopping there any longer because of this stupid system.
Bright, good range of shops and parking. A "Wizard"
It's annoying shopping centre to get out of though!! Dunno who planned the exits.
Got ripped off with parking. We entered during the day and didn't see any event parking signs. Parking was $40 for the day. When we left Friday night, signs were everywhere saying $75 for event parking. The worst part was when we left, and we got charged for the event and normal parking, so $115 total. What a joke. For the rest of the Magic round, we parked at Darling and Co., a better location and only $40 a day.
Very nice shopping centre. Variety of shops and services. Nice experience.
Nice and clean center, variety of shops , better parking a stones throw from city and using public transport or uber then paying 40 dollars in parking. Be smart people.
All my visits to this shopping centre were for dinners in the restaurants. Haven't got time to explore the shops because they only provide 2 hours free parking which is never enough even just for my dining. It costed $20 for 3 hour (or one extra hour) parking, which is a bit crazy and is a great resistance to my future visits.
Shop here for Bottlemart and Deli. Ka and Ken are the best. Know all their regulars by name and go above and beyond. IGA here has slipped. Some pricing has had a 66% increase in price. Not impressed
A beautiful shopping mall right in the center of the city. There are apple, bigw, JB Hi-Fi, a few shops and a food court.
Love how convenient it is, and that air conditioning at the bus stop is a game-changer! 😄 But in all seriousness, fantastic shops inside, including a Big W.

As a parent, I've navigated numerous shopping centers with my kids, but Wintergarden in Brisbane holds a special spot in our hearts. Its mix of boutique stores, spacious layout, and family-friendly amenities transform shopping from a task into a delightful outing. The lively atmosphere keeps the kids entertained, while the diverse range of shops caters to both their desires and mine. And the dining choices are superb, offering a refreshing break after a day of browsing. Wintergarden truly shines as a family-friendly destination that caters to both parents and kids. Highly recommended for families seeking a stress-free and enjoyable shopping experience!
Great shops and friendly people however the place is old and a dump needs doing up.
The car park is shocking it takes forever & the fruit shop there has this garlic and you can smell it in every single shop its gross
For city dwellers or those nearby, this spot is practically a second home—I'm here constantly! The food court is a lunchtime haven, though beware: the downstairs bathroom tends to be closed in the afternoons. Don't make the same mistake I do every time and head upstairs instead. Plus, it's conveniently close to the Spring Hill loop.

Expansive and breezy, catering to a diverse array of travelers. A plethora of shops, both quaint boutiques and well-known retailers, dotting the landscape. Countless cafes beckoning with the aroma of freshly brewed lattes and a variety of hearty breakfast choices.
Problem with parking car. Car park wasn't designed properly
A bit of everything here and the best Italian deli going
Small, clean, and has the essentials. Plenty of parking and convenient location.
RJ's great burgers! :-)

IGA supports More locals than Coles/Woolworths. I give them a thumbs up 👍
This place is a DUMP. It should be renovated or destroyed. I would not recomend visiting at all
What a massive store. Very keen & well presented with very wide aisles to make your shopping experience easier!! 💯😃🤗
It's a great little food shopping centre that's close to home and gets you out of a pinch.

Hallo,
IGA, a super market and mega store is located in this Woodlake Village market, visit here, in store, fruits, vegetables, grocery, meat, bakery, and a pharmacy store is located within IGA it's convenient for visitors who shop multiple products under one roof

Good choice of store. Most open in evening as are restaurants. Good deals at iga and lovely pharmacy
This used to be a great place to shop when it was IGA, now it is atrocious! Since the new management took over, the prices have gone through the roof and the change in distributors has meant the quality in their produce has plummeted.
Used to be a genuine rival to the local Woolies where you could happily do a full grocery shop.
I won't even buy so much as a bottle of milk from them anymore.
Nice group of shops supermarket.bottleshop and chemist all great customer service

I was confused thinking that both shopping centres were joined but were not. Overall a nice shopping centre. Has Cole’s, retail outlets and also toilets. The toilets were dirty but that’s to be expected. A couple of ATMs and seating inside and out. Parking was ok but get in early on the weekend to avoid driving around in circles.

I was extremely mistreated by a guy who supposedly works at the mall. I was doing a delivery for a store inside the mall and was charging my phone, but there are no notices stating that such action is prohibited! SAD!

Sadly quiet empty the concept doesn't work. The sports Bar on the 1st floor is nice
Great Woolworth. Newsagents had the GoCard. Fruit and veg grocer seemed very good value. Closeish to a bus stop.
Nice little IGA,bulging at the seams with deals and reasonable prices.

No Maps, No Signs, Dead ends, Empty Shops, NO info of a Retail Map. If The information is around its not easily found. Passed several people in the centre with same issue. Up your game! I wanted to shop in a few ofyour retailers, but gave up after 45min Of walking around in circles. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF NOT LOCAL.

A good local shopping centre. Get a cup of coffee here.
Hallo,
Always a great place to shop. No going away empty handed. Even one of the best gift shops in Perth
Handy shopping area variety of shops.
Good service
Small but well appointed Heathridge village has a great variety of shops. A great deli, IGA, newsagents, dentist, hairdressing, and also various restaurants and small shops. You more or less can find everything you need at Heathridge village

Coles is the main shop here with a baker's delight and a post office, gift shop, a chemist, newsagent.
Liquor store. Not bad for a suburb.
Small but packs a punch, has everything you need and want from the supermarket to the butcher or barbershop, post office bakery or laundromat! Each shop has lovely employees and a friendly smile, 1 of my fav spots to shop.
One stop for your daily requirements fresh fruits and vegetables and hygiene products at affordable prices, also available dry fruits.
Woolworths self-service staff, a lady with long hair in pony-tail, please treat your customers with respect! Smile, it does not hurt and don't make faces!
Without your customers, you don't have a business. Please try to improve your customer service.
I was initially looking for shoes, but I couldn't resist a couple of nice dresses, a new bra, and LED light for my pantry. An enjoyable shopping experience.
We had a late lunch. Chicken was yummy .Shrimps and egg interesting mix. Service and food was enjoyable.

Do most of my shopping here as it's the closest centre to me. Great staff at IGA, Highland Bakery, Swan Haidressers, Liquor Barons, Woodlake Nails, Terry White Chemist. There are more speciality shops, takeaway shops and restaurants. The one store the Village needs is a cafe. It seems to be the only shopping g centre without a cafe
Convenient shopping centre with a large Woolworths, liquor shop, bakery and Asian grocery store.
Parking is ok but getting harder and harder as more people move into the neighbourhood. Underground parking is usually empty.
Love the Malaysian food at this restaurant. It's great value for money and authentic in taste. Service is excellent too!

Nice small centre with a variety of shops. Easy access to parking and entrances not far away must of the time.
Always a pleasure to visit our local Dome, friendly staff. At times when it is busy it does take time to receive your order. But that's the same with any cafe
Good grub presented and hand made from quality products & tasty. THE GOOD GROCER! It's well made and the catering does need acknowledgments from members of the communities that spend an extra dime on well prepared grub. 😋
Nice and convenient shopping centre with plenty of parking.
Just beware of the trolleys in the carpark where some people are too lazy and inconsiderate to push to the trolley racks.
Friendly easy parking. What else do you need?
Just discovered this Cafe. Loved my Mushroom burger which I ordered GF bread with instead. Very yummy and soy chai..very nice place to visit. A good range on the menu and reasonably priced.
very handy marketplace. All things required in one stop off.
easy shopping.
not always the easiest parking depends on time of day.
toilet facilities have been revamped and now much more pleasant and modern.
Pearsall is our local shops. Easily the best IGA in WA !! So well run, friendly, and with super deli normal things plus prepared meals from there.
There's also a chemist/ gift shop, a medical centre, a couple of take-away services ( fish n chips plus Asian restaurant) and a bottle shop.
The only thing missing is a newsagents.

Great spot, everything you need is near by, hairdressers, coffee, fresh fruit and small restaurants and eateries, pharmacies and coles - always parking and never overly busy. And I also have to comment on the cleanliness of the mall. Always spick and span.
Great fish and chips, kebabs, burgers, pizza plus Thai and Indian cuisines so lots of food choices available. Average bakery and bottle-o (since the change of ownership). Good post office, little IGA and deli for convenience. A couple of hairdressers to choose from depending on what you value at the time (price or quality). Sadly no Grapevine anymore so we go to Connolly for pasta or dining out now. Occasionally some dodgy visitors around the units closest to the Thai place (I'm guessing it's the dealers driving the wrong way up the exit around the back to park up at the units)
A shopping centre not that big, but good to prepare whatever you need for daily life. There are also some restaurant and coffee shops as well as cafes and you may have a snack in the middle of the day or a very good lunch or dinner all days of the week!
I must start off by saying wow. This location is so breathtakingly beautiful and I am forever grateful that I live so conveniently close by.
The food options here are by far amazing. The regular for myself is the sushi restaurant (classic Jonny I know), but there’s more here to tickle anyone’s fancy. Coles for the essentials, and Oporto for the person On-The-Go. To round off a perfect evening why not pop into the barracks cinemas to see the latest flick? Or maybe take advantage of the free 2 hour parking and take a wander over to the new courtyard restaurants tucked beside Coles. Whatever you choose, you’ll have a great time here at the barracks. You might even see me on the sushi train having my usual tuna and avo, soaking in the ambience.

This is one of the most underrated shopping centres in Perth. Much better than the adjacent Dog Swamp Shopping Centre (with its low quality shops like SpecSavers).

The two main reasons I prefer to shop here are because of the Coles (I can't stand Woolworths), and the Bakers Delight (one of the few places in Perth that you can buy bread (and other delicious bakery items!) that's actually fresh & tasty and not just slop that's only good for kids lunches).

There's also an excellent fresh fruit & veg store near the main Coles store. And there's a pharmacy too.

I don't understand the negative feedback re: the place been too small or not having enough variety. Look, if you want a mega-shopping centre then feel free to go to Westfield Innaloo. As for me, it's Flinders Square all the way.
The nail salon is great value and talented. I recommend the Hair Dresser and Barber. The Small Goods Deli has the best sandwiches and huge selection always fresh

Great small shopping centre with ample shops for weekly groceries easy parking access. Everything I needed was here on small scale. Butchers offerings were top shelf. Cafe had excellent coffee and great service.
The Pearsall IGA, pharmacy and bottle shop are all staffed with helpful and friendly people and usually have everything we're after. And let's not forget the yummy fish n chip shop, and the gorgeous Chinese restaurant "The Great Kitchen". Really love both of those when we feel the need to NOT cook! There is also a medical group, but we haven't been there, so can't comment.

At this location: Woolworths, KFC, Discount Fruit Barn, a Bargain store, Newsagent, Coffee Shop, Crystal Optical, ChemSave, Best Deal Travel, Hair & Beauty Salon, Kebab King, McQuires Cellers, Sullivan Nicholas's, a Barber, a Bakery, a Medical Practice .. plus many more.
Open: 7am-9pm (week days) It's in a good spot to drop in for whatever you need.
Location: cnr Nottingham & Beaudesert Rds.
Ambience: Over the last 2 decades, I and many others are noticing how run down it is. It feels grimy. A good blast with a high pressure water hose would make the facades look a bit more welcoming. Many of the shops have looked the same, for years. There's only a couple of seats near Woolworths, so you feel it's not a place to linger.
Parking: The parking is terrible. It's always a pain to drive in, wait for people to negotiate tight turns and find a narrow slot to park in. Trolleys litter the parking area too. (I've had my car damaged here, by a trolley). My advice is to park well away from the shops. It will save your car being damaged and give you a bit of exercise.
A facelift would make all the difference at this shopping centre.

Edit.as if 20/3/23 new atm has been installed next to post office(third party at $2.90 per transaction) as the Bankwest and Westpac ATMs were removed long ago.they need more active a longer hour security guard patrolling more regularly as frewuite theft and arguments are becoming more common.asked the ppl at Coles and they never know when shopping centre security are on site.it is after all 2024
Love it.. absolutely need the these selected shops and medical centre.
Unfortunately the pearsall medical centre does not BULK BILL anymore. I've had to take my business elsewhere to a bulk billing provider.

Car park with shade, modern, clean, not a grimey looking place, no undesirables seen. I would drive all the way from Koondoola to shop here.
The shopping centre has everything you need. Coles and all your fast food outlets, Oporto, sushi and some others. Everything is quite affordable also. The centre is kept really clean. You also get 2 hours free parking which is also really convenient when going to the local GP or weekly groceries.
Merna's review. This shopping centre is compact.
Only a few shops there. IGA shop is only a small shop but quite a lovely shop and have a lot of goods for sale. Different brands and reasonably priced. The meat section is very good. They sell very good meat. Highly recommended.
Excellent shopping centre for any household, clean, tidy, well kept, superb prices ,terrific friendly customer service .Good range of shops, heaps of parking spaces available very convenient for shoppers.
Best ARYANA HAIR N' BEAUTY Barber's and Hairdressers, with all beauty services are excellent

The main reason for my low score is the shopping hours. I really like this centre but I meet my friends there for coffee and a catch up and then have to leave to shop elsewhere because there is no time to shop within the three hours. Can you please extend it to four hours to make it a much more pleasant experience. I come all the way from Bayswater and have to shop in Maylands.

Great little shopping centre. For a small centre they offer a full range of shops that will cover all your needs. There is a well stocked IGA, a Liqour Barons, multiple takeaways (Indian, Chinese, Thai, Pizza and a Baker). There is also a newsagent, Chemist, nail and wax studio, laundromat, barber shop, hair dressers and a 24/7 Plus Fitness gym

Clean and well-maintained shopping centre. I've been using this Coles for three years (although now I prefer Woolworths Rewards). Only issue is the lack of parking, however it backs immediately on to Dog Swamp Shopping Centre which has a bit more parking - still probably not enough to maintain two centres, an Aldi and a gym though.

Offering prominent brands on the queen street mall & multiple outlets for food plus 2 food courts throughout the mall. One of the major pros - its small so its easy to get around and not get lost ! Toilet facilities are very clean near the food court area in the wintergarden.
This place reeks. I know designer scents are a modern trend. But I’m not quite sure what scent they were aiming for here. It smells like someone sloshed a bottle of 'eau de bin deodoriser' into the air conditioning ducts.

It’s a shame, because the centre has the best grocery store in the CBD, and an almost full size Big W. I will begrudgingly continue to come here, despite the best efforts of centre management to keep me away with their noxious human repellent.

I like to shop here. Even though there is not the variety of shops, what is there are good.

I must say and strongly the car easing facility is a nuisance and the cause of close shaves with other vehicles. Not in a suitable situation. Has caused of blockages caused by Toll trucks and other large vehicles.
