Leaving a 1 star so this gets attention, for the love of all that is good and holy PUT SOME RUBBER TIPS ON THE CHAIR LEGS IN THE FOOD COURT. Do you seriously not hear that at lunch time? Is it pleasing to your ears to hear constant nails on a chalkboard while you're eating your Roll'd? Come on guys, it's been like this for at least 10 years. Other than that I love Queens Plaza, great food and retail, well done. Willing to edit my review once my request has been actioned.
The one star rating is due to the appalling state of the public toilet in this centre. I frequent the businesses here and every single time I go to the bathroom I am met with urine over the seats, grubby surfaces, grotty sink area, doors that don’t have locks, toilets that don’t flush properly and a stench that will outlive religion. There is no excuse for dirty facilities in a place with so many food outlets. I feel dirty after using it and would not dream of sitting on a toilet seat. Just gross.

Attended the Practice yesterday. As per usual every staff member was professional. The ladies at reception were very helpful. The senior lady on the desk special mention for helping me with my pensioner discount .
Loved it. Clean scrupulously so. Cool. Every store and service you could want. Coffee shops, cafes. Great shopping choices. Masses of parking. Large bays for a change.
One of the nicer Mandurah shopping centers. Although the car park is rather dangerous... Beware of careless drivers.
My first time at Lakeland's Shopping Center .
Loved the shops and most of all Loved This Luna Dance .
Absolutely loved it.

Visited here 10/2/24 for Lunar New Year. The place was buzzing and the decorations were great. Good feeling of community celebrations. Lots of great speciality stores with Asian goods and services alongside the regular Australian staples.
On Chinese NYE, the cleaner was so cheerful and courteous to all shoppers as the centre was jam-packed at 10am nonetheless, people going for last minute items such as fresh fish, decorations, and newly printed cash notes for Red Pockets. She said I was luminous and glowing while carrying my 9kg pregnant belly around. I really love people who enjoy what they do. Shout out to the kind lady that put a smile on faces, while she was working on such a busy day.

I had a great time. If you go, you must go to Oliver Brown. Yummy coffee, staff professional, and very helpful. Lots of good stores to go and see here. Bus transport if close by and regular.

Not enough ladies restrooms. Frequently have to queue for a bathroom and the toilet paper is empty 1/3 of the time. Too busy for the cleaners to be able to get in often enough as necessary...

Please renovate the plaza! Good shops though. I like the Asian supermarket opposite Woolies, the pharmacy and Quality Meats but the lighting and atmosphere needs a lift.

This plaza is right where the “malls balls” are. Lots of big shop names such as David jones, pandora, body shop, Priceline etc..
food court is on the lower level. It is bright and clean. Besides the mainly Asian food on offer, there is a gluten free bakery and a coffee house.
Plus points- there are spots to charge device and the free Wifi here is also very good.
Toilets are clean.
Minus points- at 4.30pm almost all food options were already closed or closing.

I'm utterly disappointed with this plaza. It's beyond frustrating that the post office is closed on Saturdays, but what's even more absurd is that security claims the parcel locker closes at 6 PM due to cleaning. They barricade the area with cones, essentially declaring it off-limits as 'private property.' It's nonsensical! The post office shuts down at 5, and then, barely an hour later, access to the parcel locker is blocked? This is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.
More eateries and shops since pre-covid in the car park extension, while the old shops remain are pretty much the same as they were.

Definitely needs more parking & retail shops in the new building

The new opened food court seating area is nice but the big black birds were too aggressive always jumping onto table for getting food

Love the Asian Gorcegry shop
Like the other restaurants
Hopefully more varieties of desserts can be seen ~

The best thing about this place is the female security guard. It’s like she looks after everyone at the plaza. They have some good little shops, most staff are friendly. The coffee shop near Woollies is very reasonably priced too
This shopping center has become a personal favourite for me. It conveniently houses all my essentials like Woolworths, Aldi, Kmart, Gloria Jeans, a halal meat shop, and even a veggie store (though it tends to be a bit pricey). The added bonus is a $15 haircut spot, providing a one-stop solution for many of my needs. The only downside is that parking near the entrance can be challenging at times. Additionally, the food court, situated on the top floor, doesn't offer as many options compared to other shopping centers, but it's not a major concern for me as I rarely dine there.
This place truly transports you to the bustling streets of larger Asian cities with its diverse array of Asian delicacies—it's undoubtedly the ultimate one-stop-shop for Asian food enthusiasts. However, the major drawback lies in parking, especially during peak hours or on weekends. Remarkably, some of the cafes extend their operating hours until late, providing an added bonus for those seeking a late-night culinary adventure until 11 or 12. The sheer variety offered here is unmatched in Brisbane; you'd be hard-pressed to find such a rich and diverse selection anywhere else in the city.
Papparoti serve the best warm buns! If you buy more get a discounted price. They are amazing, moreish and still hold there enticing aroma if you are able to save them for later. A must try, if you dine in to enjoy you can indulge with numerous toppings too

Good place to do a quick shop, there is usually a few good places to park.
Excellent service by staff and security @SBH Shopping Centre. Specifically I would like to mention about friendly staff, Jazz at FruitWorld vegetable/fruit shop@SBH Shopping about helping a distressed customer in proper manner. Very good to have staff like that in that shopping complex. Many thanks

Love it here. Lots of choice of Asian foods. Loads of tea options too which I LOVE. Can opt for street-food-style or pop into one of the neighbouring restaurants. Sometimes live music on weekends. Always a nice vibe, with families, young, old, friends, couples. Great spot.

Lovely cool place. Loads of tables and plenty of great food vendors to choose from. If you can't find anything you like, you're not hungry!
Great little shopping centre. Plenty of variety. Great butchers, The Asian veggie store and Bakery/cake shop.
I love the old-world charm of QVB. It's so nostalgic there. They have some very interesting shops and cafes. It is amazing that it used to be the horse stables. So much history in this building.

Egg fried rice without egg. And without flavour. Spicy sauce without spice. Hot sour soup that also wasn't hot. Or sour. I think some of my family enjoyed the chicken. And nice mango Milkshake. But a few chunks of cucumber 🥒 with some garlic for almost $9 is a bit of a piss take.

Beautiful multilevel building with a nice variety of stores and facilities - including some upmarket brand stores, many health and beauty stores, gift shops, and cafes. Below street level links you to Town Hall train station, The Galleries Victoria building, Westfield and other street level exits. There are nice staircases, elevators, escalators, and toilets. Often a lovely bit of art being showcased in the middle of the building. Nice for a walk-through instead of walking along the streets too.
Great bunch of shops have almost everything you need with a clean environment and nice locals 👌

Great mall in Rockdale. Big W Aldi Spec-savers and others. It’s Christmas there was a brass band Santa for paid photos and even some ballet dancers wandering around.
Entering the centre today I was approached by a centre's security guard that tried to detain myself for shoplifting. I told this guard he had the wrong person but the next dozen words out of his mouth was mostly unrepeatable. I asked to see a image or to go to the store involved, both requests were refused. At this point I had to phone the police to resolve the matter, why the guard didn't do this I don't know. Just minutes before the police walked into the centre the guard admitted I was not the one he was looking for. The Only similarity I had with the perpetrator was a beard. Different age, Different clothes snd different height. I visit this centre regularly and have never see this secretary guard before, the way this guard acted and spoke was very unprofessional and disturbing. If this is the toxic security guards the centre will be employing I will be shopping elsewhere.

Last weekend my friends and I attended one of the Experience Sunnybank Food Tours with Chef Tony and it was absolutely fantastic. Chef Tony was so informative and quite the interesting character, the lunch also was great along with the goody bag at the end. I highly recommend doing one, I am hoping to try one of the evening tours in the future.

Lots of places to eat good food, mostly Asian food.
On the downside, the place was crawling with cockroaches especially on the timber sitting area outside shops/restaurants (can only imagine the infestation in and around kitchens). Not going there again till hygiene issue is properly addressed!

Always a Fantastic Time at Sunnybank Shopping Centre!

Sunnybank Shopping Centre is my go-to spot!

There's an amazing variety of Asian food and shops that make hanging out here a delight. The center feels safe and secure, and the parking is great. Bonus points for clean and well-maintained newly renovated toilets.

Whether it's a quick errand or a leisurely day out, Sunnybank Shopping Centre is always a top choice.

It's 5 minutes from home, always clean, everything you need in a shopping mall and a big variety of eat in and takeaway food. Wheelchair friendly. Been shopping there 17 years, never had a problem.
Just Lucky Star for lunch
Good place
Nothing else there
The beautiful exterior and interior decoration make it possible to shopping, but it also seems meaningful for a simple visit.
The floor was decorated with small tiles and the windows were nicely decorated with stained glass.
The large clock tower in the center was very impressive and unique.
Plenty of shops for everyday shopping, banks and ATM available. Good food and coffee shops. Plenty of car parking on all floors. Basement floor always empty if you can not find any parking spot on roof.

Not much has changed in Brisbane, in 20 years, same paper sellers hounding at the lights, etc
Christmas decorations in the mall were quite cute, gardens were looking good, Christmas street music, old buildings, just Brisbane... decent reading places is lacking, all Asian inspired foods in most food courts in the mall. But it felt safe to walk through during the day, kids first time in town as older kids and they thought it was amazing. Would love to see it a bit more Christmassy but that's just me.

Be very careful when driving in Sunnybank especially around this plaza, it is a suburb with the worst drivers you could ever imagine. Zero awareness of surroundings. Luckily I am an advanced driver and a woman at that (I'm a part of the 3 percent of women who can actually drive, its rare but we do exist) furthermore I can foresee how people drive here therefore I have avoided multiple accidents. I also don't have insurance because like I said I am an advanced driver, I am my insurance. A lot of others are not so lucky driving here Just be aware and be safe.
Had a ball going around the shops and all the shops I visited the staff were all very friendly and polite. 👍
The Iconic building and shopping centre in Sydney centre. You can do shopping, admire the historical architecture building as well as enjoy the international eateries under the same roof. There are some special shops here that you might not find at the other shopping mall. QVB is located adjoining with the Town Hall train station.

The Queen Victoria Building is a true gem of historical architecture! It's beautifully preserved and still retains its original charm. The mall is massive and bustling. Instead of the usual chain stores on the ground floor, I recommend taking the time to explore the unique and characterful boutiques on the upper floors. We stumbled upon a handmade perfume shop – truly one-of-a-kind. It's a fantastic place to discover hidden gems away from the mainstream shops.

Ease of parking and easy access from the car park. There are many variety of shops and a Woolworth supermarket. However this supermarket doesn’t have self check out so be prepared to queue during busy times.
Lakelands Shopping Centre impresses with its unique charm, especially due to its focus on social dining and drinking.

The centre features a delightful array of independent restaurants, cafes and takeaways offering a diverse culinary experience. While the interior design of the mall is simple and straightforward, it stands out with its collection of boutique-style shops, some of which are exclusive to this location.

The grocery section is notably well-serviced, highlighted by the popular Asian fresh foods store. This store boasts an extensive selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, along with a remarkable range of Asian food items, making it a regular stop for our grocery needs. Coles, while consistent with its branches elsewhere, offers the familiar and expected shopping experience.

Overall, the mall complex is highly commendable for its fresh, clean, and inviting atmosphere, ideal for both dining and shopping. It deserves a well-earned 4-star rating.

It is a very spectacular and lovely building with a sense of history. Once inside, there are several cafes and stores.

There is a piano on the second floor, and anyone can play it freely. However, some of the keys are broken and out of tune, so they may need to be repaired or tuned. The sound is not good. I think that one day a very good pianist will appear, so it might be better to repair it before Christmas. I am sure that further customers will come here to hear that pianist play.

It was a very classy and wonderful place. It was a very pleasant place to shop, enjoy the cafes, and walk around!

Solid place for all essential shopping and also has an efficient Services NSW. Rebel Sports, Woolies, Big W and chemist warehouse all housed in the plaza. There is a Bing Lee and various phone shops. All housed on the one level with Bing Lee, Services NSW and Rebel on the mezzanine level. Two stories of underground car park with free rates for shoppers.
Love this place for quality products and all your day to day requirements with numerous Christmas offers

When you have a 4 / 5 year old Kid flying down the ramp from the retail area to where BWS is located on a scooter and crashing into a 70 year old lady if I hadn't been walking beside her she would have gone crashing to the ground and been injured..
You need to mandate that kids are not to ride scooters and bikes in the plaza and be supervised at all times by their parents/caregiver ..
Lots of asian food to choose from
Spoilt for choice
Its very hard to find a free car space

It's not what I would call a fancy place, but I love practising my Chinese. I found a lot of nice shopkeepers to talk to. The atmosphare was great, I enjoyed it.
The family and I went here to have some dinner and we met up with my cousins etc. Last night was special because it was the Chinese moon festival and it was beautiful to see the culture and festive nature that was on show.
The wifey got some nasi champur a yummy Malaysian dish. That settled my hunger.
It was a beautiful night out with family and lots of laughter.
If you want a truly authentic culture experience you cannot miss market square Sunnybank.
A place we will go to again and again.

Maccas outside shopping centre
Coles Kmart mutipul boutique shops
Salt water fish shop..
Big eating area.. restaurants too inside & on the outside of shopping centre..
Massive amount of variety to eat & buy
Movie theatre & lollie shop
Plenty of parking
Good design. Very good. 4.5 stars, really Useful shopping options. Not crowded. As a disability support worker I very much appreciate the 'shared zone' approach, wide aisles (including the entrance to Kmart) and plentiful ACROD bays; and the easy parking, generally. There could be more encouragement of plastic and paper recycling but otherwise brilliant. Best in the Peel region I reckon. And better than any of its counterparts in Rockingham.
The center itself doesn't have that much inside just a sub-par Woolworths and a few small Asian grocery shops. A couple of restaurants which are either hit or miss. The underground parking area smells like a broken sewer pipe when you walk through and whereover decided to place a large skip bin on the McCullough St side...a round of applause as the stench, especially in summer is bad.

I was ABSOLUTELY AMAZED with the cars there, it’s a good area.
One of the most scariest places to be. My friend got cat called here and stared down by a lot of the creepy old men. A lot of creepy old men lurking around in this area. The façade of some shops makes me feel nostalgic like I'm back in the 2000s though.
Great food good shopping bit crowded but I guess it is because it's a good shopping experience
My regular!! Busy most days handy and convenient. great shops, good variety
Lots of shops and great dining area in lower ground level.
Not a buzzing as it use to be.
Rest rooms require more housekeeping
Alot of cool stores and a decent size food court with a variety of food options. It is moderately clean most of the time but sometimes you can come down and it is just a mess. Which is reasonable considering its a foodcourt!
Having a "Just Gluten Free" shop is awesome. Coffee Crowd is so reliable for good coffee and lounge seating. Makes this a great go-to for us. Oh, and cleanliness is excellent.👍👍👍
Great local village. Good for a pick-up or dine in, chill at the lovely tavern or food places, read a book while you wash your clothes, grab a snack after the GP visit and pathology takes your blood.
There is a fantastic restaurant there called L'Oasis - great tasting food at great prices. Staff are really friendly and efficient.
The best local pub/bar/restaurant in Brisbane. The food is as good as any of the top (expensive) eating places. A very modern relaxed atmosphere.
The carpark has had terribly bad potholes for over a year now at least that I've been coming to it. The fact that the owners of this complex are charging rent to hard working shop-owners while filling the holes in with some sloppy gravel only which never fixes anything is a joke. You should seriously be ashamed, it's an absolute disgrace!!!
Good little local shopping centre that could do with some improvements.
The Tavern is fantastic and very welcoming I recommend going here.
I can also recommend the bakery (bread is yummy), pizza shop, bottle shop and the tobacconist shop that sells gifts and lotto. The little supermarket is great for a few items but it has minimal items and very expensive.
Other shops are in the centre but I haven't been to them to comment.
Parking can be a challenge some times and the road needs some work in it as it has massive pot holes in the car park.
Some empty shops but all in all not a bad little centre.

Big plaza for shopping and eating within Brisbane cbd.

Lots of luxury brands as well as normal brands. Having a food court at the ground level with some good restaurants.

Very neat, clean plaza.

Many shops inside this plaza with main ones like Woolworths and Aldi. There's a huge chemist store, one Asian Grocery, one budget beaters which sells cheaper household items, and a few eateries. There's also a medical centre inside. There are more shops outside along the main road as well.

Have been going to this centre for 8 years, but I had to change my review today due to the rude behaviour of a security guard there tonight. Not sure what enjoyment he got out of giving me a hard time but anyway the least i can do is spread awareness. Plenty of other shopping centres around with polite staff.

Decent shopping centre for your food and grocery needs.
Do not recommend parking on ground floor because it’s very crowded and people drive like they are driving bumper cars.
Plenty of car park in basement with lots of access to the ground level.
Look forward to their renovation and new car wash, hopefully it’s like Eat Street style food stalls.
Nice place to shop, two major super markets Woolworths and Aldi are inside also a pharmacy, aus post and other necessary shops inside for families to buy essentials.
The newly upgraded market square is lovely, it feels spacious, clean, many seatings, and the big plus is the new multi story carpark! I don’t have to park kilometre away in a dark street just to have dinner here. I love it! Thank you. There are many Asian cuisine to choose from here and you can do you grocery, but your vitamins, have a hair cut, buy meat, have a coffee, or even buy jewellery. After so many years of coming here the upgrade of this place is a real bonus
I love to go here especially for fresh produce.

One of the few old school shopping centres still around. That hasn't been swallowed by Westfield. They have installed some new retro seats down Aldi end.
Shop is clean and pleasant to look at from the outside.

Menu is limited compare to other boba places.

The boba Milk tea is on the sweet side even at less sugar. Has a good balance between the tea and milk. Boba is chewy but not hard.

But still using plastic for straws, which is a hit disappointing.

Overall a 5/10 for me.
One of great shopping centres that located inside of Rundle mall.
David Jones, Tiffany’s and the body shop is located inside of this building so if you’re shopping for international and local designer stuff this is the place to be.
They do have nice food court in the basement.
It’s an old centre for sure but it’s home to a few hidden gems that boast delicious food.

The Korean place inside, serves up great Korean food and has a huge range of banchan (side dish items) that taste really really good.

It’s also home to Parkland Chinese Restaurant that is a solid staple for decent Chinese food in the area 👍🏻
A smallish centre to pop into with enough variety of shops to suit most shoppers. Food options are eastern without mentioning Mackers. There's banking and a servo on site. Plenty of surface as well as underground parking. Looks great at night - the trees in the parking areas are all lit up with fairy lights.
