Honestly there's some tough "wannabe food critics" on here reviewing this place - it's easy 5 stars. We stopped by to have lunch from the Fully Charged Live show by accident. It was amazing. Great coffee - had 2 different ones. Amazingly cooked, presented and tasty food. Compliments to the chefs who are preparing food immaculately. Though I don't live nearby, I told my wife and will come down again next weekend. Thanks.
We celebrated my Son’s first birthday and the venue went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely day. The food was great, service was exceptional. Thanks Team!
For a great Korean dining experience check out Haeduri Chicken Redbank. Friendly staff. There’s a great selection of food to choose from their menu. We tried their mouthwatering fantastic boneless set platter, beef bulgogi, toppokki and cheese balls. I’m hooked. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

When we received our order, we explained the order was incorrect. Instead of changing the hash browns to bacon. We were told, that we had to pay extra for bacon due to their mistake.

This cafe/restaurant is incredible. Some of the most delicious food l've ever eaten. Huge highlights were the slow roasted lamb with hummus, and the smoky eggplant dish. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food and coffee were delicious, the kids enjoyed themselves, and it's air conditioned. We will definitely be coming back.
We had brunch here and already cannot wait to go back and eat here again. Beautiful location, plenty of space, friendly staff making sure we were taken care of and of course incredible food. Already looking at the menu for dinners and waiting for the time to go!!

From one to next hole, it’s just too far.
I went there to play nearly 10 years since last visit, it becomes even longer and I was hoping for improvements.
I have never been any other course like this in my 40+ years of golf life.

Great spot for breakfast and lunch. Food, coffee and service are so good I'm there regularly. Parking available early and very Ballina central. 👍🙏
We ate here as part of the 1 hr Canal Cruise. For this special deal, it’s a very limited selection for food and drinks but no worries, the food fills you up. We had the Waygu beef burger and pulled pork burger ( both with heaps of chips) and a glass of white wine. We both ate our burgers before taking a picture, so here are the chips. lol. Quick friendly service. This added lunch is only $20 onto your canal cruise ticket, so well worth it !!
Really nice to sit outdoors by the water and have a cafe meal. I thought the mushroom dish was delicious; cooked with care (nicely glazed and not rushed!) and well thought out flavour combinations. I wish there was a second slice of bread with it, so it lasted even longer!
What a Beautiful meal, you can tell that there is so much Love put in to every dish. Thank you to the very happy team who served us today, my family absolutely loved every bite 🤤💕
Had takeaway, the half boneless fried chicken was tasty but was only 5 smallish pieces of chicken & 3 fried chicken skins, bit of a rip off for $18 The cheap chalky tasting chips took up 3/4 the space in the box. Haeduri is one of the stingiest Korean restaurants when it comes to portions & side dishes etc. One of my go to places for fried chicken but I think I’ll look for better value for money restaurants from now on.
I'm from the Sunshine coast I've been all over in search of the best chicken wings in terms of flavor meat quality and service by far the best in all aspects I have had so far had to give my compliments to the chef in Red bank planes Brisbane definitely a must visit if you're a chicken wing connoisseur I dined in and got takeaway Google wouldn't let me select both.

Dined here for the butchers block night on Wed. Were walk in’s & was made to sit at a table directly in front of the giant fan blaring although there was plenty of available seats with the guy at the front advising “these are the only seats available”. We were there for quite a while & didn’t see the free tables being used so not sure why he couldn’t seat us elsewhere. Apart from that the waitress serving our table was fantastic & friendly. The food was amazing however I do not think the bone marrow was worth getting, was more onion that marrow. Highly recommend ordering the rib eye & all the sauces were great with it.
We had a lovely Sunday roast lunch. Your staff were lovely and accommodating. The chicken and pork roasts were delicious. I had the summer spritz which was super yummy and fresh. We also enjoyed the chicken butter and sourdough. Loved the cheesecake too. We will definitely be back, best roast we have had so far!
Disappointed with the non service of another nearby restaurant, we opted to leave and walked over to The Dock. Thank goodness we did. Services was prompt, attentive and polite. Food was varied and extremely tasty. Drinks and Cocktails were a taste sensation. Had the best cocktails, my favourite was the Coconut Chilli Margarita. Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable despite having a large number of customers and air-conditioning worked well.
A nice riverside cafe with tasty food and good coffee. Great place to grab something to eat on a day at the Armoury. Very family friendly.
I have photographed multiple weddings at the Three Blue Ducks and if you are a foodie or you are looking for that industrial vibe for your wedding then this is your venue. With outdoor areas for your ceremony and canapes to a large reception room and dance floor area which features high ceilings and exposed brickwork, this venue really has it all. There are also many great photo spots dotted around the venue, all of which are within walking distance. The staff here will also stop at nothing to ensure you and your guests an incredible day! Would definitely recommend.
Came in for a light lunch and had the stuffed pita bread. It wasn't the only thing stuffed by the end. Yummy! Refreshing salad with the mince that was fried inside the pita. Coffee good too. Staff very welcoming and happy to add some ice to the table water (which could have been chilled before serving).
Best Coffee this side of town. Serving multiple blends from ONA coffee - Aspen, Gateway and the signature Raspberry Candy as well as an excellent variety of singles for black coffee lovers.

I ordered takeaway and it was delicious. The staff were lovely and I would rate it the best Korean in the area. We loved the 10pc original & soy chicken wings. The Rose Toppoki was yum! Good if you don't feel like something spicy. The Bulgogi was great!
Just went to lunch on the weekend with friends and their kids (ages 5 to 80years) and this place has got to be under new management! The vibe of the place was just great and so different to when we took friends back in February.
Its a cracker of a spot, staff are all super friendly and helpful and the menu is great! The small plates all sounded really adventurous and the ones we had were delicious! The mains are solid pub fare and were both delicious and a decent serve. The dessert servings were phenomenal and again the flair matched the small plates. Highly recommend! We will be back!

We had a large group booking and thoroughly enjoyed the quality service and humour of our waitstaff who matched our group’s level of frivolity while still remaining professional. Our food was fantastic and all arrived at the same time and drinks were served timely with only cocktails having a minor delay but during a very busy period. Staff remained friendly and followed up orders timely. Great atmosphere and could not fault the service.
What a HUGE course! Thankfully had a buggy otherwise would have got my weekly steps in one day. Course is well maintained and is challenging. Some great views of the city from different spots. There is a little cafe half way around, so good to stop and take a break if you want to. The club house is modern and clean. The food we had (we were doing a golf day) was excellent and served with a smile. The staff were great too! It was my first time to this course but hopefully not my last.
Had the most delicious bacon and egg roll (with the most amazing gluten free bun) Just delicious! Great service from staff too. I will be back!

Somehow quality is going down everywhere and prices are going up.
I don't mind paying good money but not for cheap and nasty stuff I could do better at home.
Sorry won't be back anytime soon.

Food portions are massive! So worth it and so delicious. Outdoors is pet friendly and there is a lot of room and the coffees are yum. Definitely a must if you’re in the area, and want to see the cannery too!
We recently had our wedding reception at Three Blue Ducks in Rosebery and we couldn’t fault it. From our initial conversation and meeting with Jess, we felt informed, relaxed and comfortable. Jess is amazing at her job and was always there to answer any of our questions. The food and drinks were delicious and the service was glowing. We had the most amazing night thanks to all of the staff and everyone has not stopped going on about how good their meals were! We will be back every year on our anniversary to relive the best night of our lives. Thank you team but a massive thank you to Jess who made the night what is was! xx

Amazing customer service and customer care. I made an online order through Menulog and no driver was available to pickup the food for 2 hours. The restaurant owners contacted me and tried to help. They were also a victim of Menulog's system and couldn't join anyone from their company.
Once delivered, the food was very good. The owners even made sure to prepare fresh spring rolls when the driver finally came for pickup.
Highly recommend this restaurant. 😊

Situated within The Wharf in Mooloolaba just across from Sea Life. We casually walked in on our first night staying nearby & hoping for an early dinner. We got lucky as they had one table left & it was truly meant to be as the food, service, drinks & atmosphere was amazing!!!
It was so good that we ate everything & forgot to take photos 😆 The portions of our gnocchi, beef burger along with the fish & chips was absolute value for money! It all tasted delicious that my toddler actually sat in his seat, ate all of it & wouldn’t share! 😜
Special mention to the team on that night - I have not seen a team work this smoothly in a restaurant atmosphere in a very long time. It was clear everyone knew what their roles were that night as I saw the team constantly cleaning, refilling stock & checking in on each other. It made for a very smooth service despite how busy it got & no doubt why we had such an enjoyable dining experience.
Easy access for prams & mobility vehicles with their indoor & outdoor dining areas. Not sure if there were restrooms inside the venue but there were public ones not far.

Excellent venue for a family Sunday lunch. Very family friendly and a great vibe. The roast beef was superb. The accompanying ‘pigs in blankets’ were OK although I prefer fat, not thin, sausages. Also, the deconstructed sticky date pudding was sublime and an outstanding long black to finish. My thanks to the team at Three Blue Ducks.
I visited this cafe last month on a Saturday. The staff were very kind and friendly. They have their own wifi. Good Toby’s estate coffee. (I think?) I thought they are open throughout the afternoon, but it looked like they were closing so I asked a staff member if they were closing soon. (Apparently already did 😂) They let me stay anyway and let me be alone but made sure I had everything I needed.
Came here the other day, they have a nice variety of breakfast and lunch options available. I got the simply breakfast which tasted awesome, the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. The coffee was also incredible.
The only let down was the service, when we arrived there was nobody at the entrance to show us to our table. A part from that the service was fast.

Korean owned cafe that focus on making great coffee. They have specialty beans and their barista really do frost milk to order, ie, flat white is really a flat white, a latte a really a latte, take considerations of the milk to foam ratio, and foam type.

I really like the new management, 5th Earl has quickly become a staple in my culinary adventures, especially when it comes to brunch. But now, with their recent expansion into Friday and Saturday night dinners, my admiration for this place has reached new heights. The dinner menu is nothing short of amazing, variety and so close to fine dining experience. The barramundi, bursting with freshness, and the succulent vegetables were highlights that stood out for me. And let's not forget those amazing fat chips that practically melt in your mouth.

If you are looking for a good restaurant in Ballina, it’s definitively the best for me. I tried different meals and i was always surprise by the flavors and the good taste ! You’ll be not disappointed! Very good coffee too !!
Amazing food and service (they also sell ONA coffee beans!). The quality and presentation of the food is definitely not your average cafe food and would beat any substantial brunch places you could think of. Would give more stars if I could! So lucky to live close to such an amazing brunch spot. Saves the hassle of going to Marrickville or Surry Hills!

Friday evening special event dinner, great food, and quite good service. Had two small plates, the cauliflower and egg plant dishes. YUM!!! Never tasted eggplant like that, very nice!

Under new management this place has skyrocketed to an amazing quality. The place is clean, service is exceptional and the food is tasty and always consistently good.
I normally only do a review after a few times of visiting as you tend to find the best of medium for a review. But in all honesty, this is now become my Saturday ritual with the family after training.
The coffee is so good and the portions of food is well balanced and always well seasoned. But the greatest part is the new owners have fostered a new behaviour in service that has created an amazing ambiance within.
Now also opening on Friday and Saturday nights for dinner, something I’m looking forward to trying soon!

Visited after finding out the old owner of Feedbag had his burgers on the menu. Fitout is great. Burgers are amazing (as expected). Lunch specials are great and kids eat free on Wednesday and Thursday nights (there is a kids menu). Little outdoor grassy area for kids to run around. A little play area or some plastic putt putt on the little green and the families will be rolling in!
Beautifully kept greens, some tee boxes could be better kept, but a great course close to the city and very accessible.
Was excited to try Yen’s as it was rated one of the best pho in Sydney but it was very disappointing. Ordered beef pho and special waygu beef pho - broth was way too sweet, not as aromatic and rich like some of the other places we tried, not a lot of meat, meat quality wasn’t great either. Stars are for the services. Maybe the rice dishes are better?
The auntie was so lovely.. Beef pho was very good ($15), I’ve tried a few Viet restaurants around Sydney, this is the best one so far. Broth was rich and not too strong. Just perfect. Beef was tender and not hard to pull apart. Service was very nice, they give free hot tea. Remember it’s CASH ONLY.
Got the share platter of boneless chicken. 3 different flavours all fantastic in their own way. Not too spicy, just the right level. A delicious fried crunch and the chicken was still moist inside.
First time eating here at the Dock for a family birthday dinner and I was impressed by the great atmosphere and good range of food options on the menu. I had to eat vegetarian for health reasons that day but was delighted to have plenty of delicious options to choose from, whilst my meat eating friends were definitely satisfied with a good range of steak and other meat dishes.
Pros: Cauliflower Beignets were really yummy, could describe as a vegetarian style honey chicken.
The hand made gnocci with mushrooms and burnt butter were beautiful, highly recommend, the flavours worked so well together.
Waitresses were very friendly and helpful and kid friendly menu plus they supply crosswords puzzles for them too.
Cons: the booking time is 2 hrs so you do feel a little rushed but I suppose it is understandable on busy weekend nights for turnaround.
For each course we ate, one person on our table didn't receive their dish but this was promptly rectified upon letting our waitress know.
Overall for a reasonable price and table service you get a delicious and cleverly put together menu. I highly recommend for group bookings and special occasions.

Eastlake Golf Club in Eastlakes (go figure?)⛳️ has reopened with their new 1.7 million dollar renovations to the Clubhouse.
Have a well earned beef after completing your 18 holes or head in simply for a meal at the bistro. New emerald green banquette loungers partitioned to the bar with greenery, it’s comfortable and casual and plenty for both the drinkers and diners alike. Brand new high chairs, though we recommended a toy corner might be a nice addition to keep the kiddies occupied.
The clubhouse has a new bistro with all of your bistro favourites; a bunch of appetisers such as wings and garlic breads, mains including burgers, schnitzels and steaks, as well as a kids menu now (wasn’t there when we visited)
We had a steak and barrarmundi - both cooked well, compliments to the chef.
Be sure to visit with the family and enjoy the new vibes

Very sad looking and tasteless vermicelli salad.. couldn't even be bothered to put in peanuts .. herbs or spring rolls. For $14 i definitely won't be back.

This boneless 1 original Chicken plus 2 other flavours was the best at $39.90 per dish It was delicious. I loved my spicy Toppoki dish too $18 a dish. They forgot to serve us the chips yesterday but that’s okay #nobodyisperfect. Our children had the leftover chickens for breakfast this morning and they enjoyed it a lot. We will come back.
We had brunch with the kids and enjoyed each and every dish. Kids enjoyed the Humus & pita as well as the butterfly tea 🦋. We are Middle Eastern and the falafel was the best we had in Australia which was just down and served right. We will come back every time we will be in the area😋
The women that cook and serve here are so lovely. Maybe it’s because they remind me of the aunties from back home that hustle in hawker centres for long hours each day, but the food always gives me a warm hug. I’ve had the beef pho, beef and meatball pho, shaking beef, crispy skin chicken and tomato rice, and spring rolls over the past few years. Good value for money and I always try and get lunch or dinner from here if I’m in the area.
I’ve read comments about how the service and friendliness have declined over the years, and I’ve never had that experience.

Bistro review
After the recent renovation we were interested in the bistro and it did not disappoint. It was the second week since re-opening and the food was great!
There’s no kid menu available but our kids enjoyed the bangers & mash, schnitzel and steak. A few items weren’t available but everything we ordered was delicious.
We preferred the sirloin over the rump. The salt and pepper calamari was delish! As was the bangers & mash!
This will definitely be on our regular rotation! The staff were also very friendly; food came out fast and great value for money!

If you're desperate for pho without travelling out west, this may suffice.
Fried chicken servings were stingy. all 3 pieces were from different parts of a chicken. It was like other pieces were served to other people or had fallen off the plate.

Not much to say about the atmosphere but we did just come out of lockdown, it’s to be expected. The food is flavourful and fairly priced. We had the boneless platter with dipping sauce which came with a small basket of delicious fries. We ordered the kiwi mocktail and Oreo shake, both very tasty. Downside, no non-dairy alternatives so lose a star for that. Otherwise a pleasant experience all round.
SOOOO YUM!!! Good food, friendly & accommodating staff and chill atmosphere w good music playing. One of the best crunchiest fried chicken I’ve had. We travelled all the way from the Northside to try this and it did not disappoint! Will be back soon 🥰🤩
One of the best public courses in the eastern suburbs. Make sure you take a cart as the walk between holes is long. Well maintained fairways, fast greens and friendly staff. Make sure you carry your own drinks as the shacks aren't open throughout.
The fresh steamy bowl of pho that you have grown up to enjoy, is presented here in a delicious fanfare.
The broth is everything I remembered from my childhood and this place nails it.
