Magnificent I have to say, the indoor pool was perfect, just the right temperature for meto walk laps and physio for my old injuries.
Also perfect for doing laps.
The spa and sauna were also magnificent.
Friendly staff, clean change rooms and toilets and the lockers were also good. Although, something that nobody seems to get quite right apart from what I've currently seen at the Ringwood Melbourne indoor heated pool, is the lockers. Once we spectacled visitors take off our glasses it's darn difficult to see the combination numbers to dial in.
At this stage I know I'm knit picking, but last time I was at Croydon heated pool I had to bother the (awesome and friendly) staff to get my stuff out. They were great and it was pretty funny... Bit like that scene in the movie .. Something about Mary.. where that fella gets his tackle caught in his zipper 😬😬🍌🍒, enough said.
But our stuff is important to us and I'm sure we all appreciate the need for our phone and keys .
I digress, great place, awesome gym, friendly staff and easy to park and find .

The 50-metre outdoor pool is excellent for lap swimming. There are free lockers for visitors. I swam here in May 2024 just as it was getting cooler and the water was toasty. Staff and patrons are friendly. Free motorcycle parking right in front of the complex.
A really great gym with good equipment and wonderful staff. We just need to stop people hogging equipment by leaving their towel on it and then going to use another piece of equipment. Staff say take their towel off and place on floor, but this results in the offending member getting annoyed.
Just like any other swim area. But the outside bigger pool for school swimming events and practice was nice. A lot of trees and shade to sit and watch the children perform from close up which made it very exciting.

Regularly drive 16km to get to pool ! Excellent facility with refurbished play pool for kids, a 25 metre indoor & 50 metre sparkling outdoor pool , spa & sauna.

Love Aqua Life. it's a popular facility with four different types of pools and a gym ect. Really nice staff. You need to pick your times with various activities going on in the pools and sometimes all at the same time. Parking is good however can be more difficult when the facility is really busy. .
Although I think its a great facility and I have been a member for over 5 years , this place is going down the tubes. Lap lanes are pretty much non-existent . As I was informed from a pool attended we have a culture where we do not ask people to follow centre rules as they don't speak good English. So groups of usually 4 or 5 just jump into lap lanes and stand there doing everything but swimming. You now just have to swim around them.
Its seems now you can bommie and dive into the lap lanes also. You can pretty much do what you want in the lap pool now.
If your in group just 1 can pay for the wellness centre and everyone else your with can go in with you or just wait near the door and walk in after members. Or some leave a ticket on the entry scanner and you can use that if you like.
The change rooms floors are turn black with mould and are rife with tinea so if your in foot fungus you're in luck.

Love the water temperature. They have heated pools, spa and steam rooms. Not very busy when I attended ( 2 pm weekdays). Free lockers as well to store your stuff while you are swimming.
The only negative thing I noted and hope they work on is that the shower doors in male change rooms have no locks/the locks are busted. You can push the door to almost close it but you can't lock it. Maybe it's time for renovations.

I had a worst experience. One of the staff member approached us and asked us to find a spot in slow lane. There was no empty spot in a slow lane and no one of the fast lane. So we kept swimming until one of the staff member chased us. Felt like stray dog being chased away.
Better do not sell the tickets if there is no spot. We pay for every single entry, don’t waste our money. Never gonna come back.

I’ve been coming here since I was a baby, as I grew up and coming as an adult I’ve been noticing there are very limited space to swim while either holidays weekends even school days. The bathroom is always full the showers are always hogged by 1 family n they take 4 showers. There were 2 new family showers that people hogged literally someone stayed in there all day so no one could use it I saw. SO RIDICULOUS. Today I went, around 3-5 there was a water polo game that disrupted the big pool on the other side so limiting access for us swimmers. This is very inconvenient for us paying money to enter. Should’ve been warned about it as well on entry. Also I had left our bags on the other side on steps. I saw people moving my things to sit where I placed my bags n thought that was disrespectful of the water polo people. Have some respect for the public as we pay money to enter unlike u people. The pool in the middle needs a serious renno. There should be a pool for kids a seperate pool for adults n a seperate pool for kids or have school events, cause I’ll tell ya I saw poo n wee, band aids n peoples skin floating in the pool. It was disgusting. for the convenience of people get it fixed.

First time here after moving nearby. Outdoor 50m pool is clean. Only 6 lanes but wasnt too busy in the evening for lap swimming and checked lane availability before heading there. Plenty of parking but I can see there would be accessibility issues due to steep ramp and stairs for accessing female showers. No lockers but seems safe enough as you can see where your belongings are and there are at least two staff patrolling. Showers and toilets are dated but clean. Will definitely be coming here more often until the redevelopment commences
Got there during weekdays, the normal pool was still crowded. It’s a good place for children. But for the locker, have $2 coin. so that you can keep your bags safe (also that $2 is “one time use” only, meaning if you have to open the locker repeatedly you have to put $2 in the locker system to get the locker close) That’s stupid!
The gym is nice and modern with well maintained equipment. Let down by the oddest layout I think I've ever seen. There's literally no room for free weights. Dumbbells are tucked in a corner and three benches are sort of placed at random spots nearby.
Maybe lose some of the super niche machines and create a wall with free weights and benches. You know Iike every single other gym.

Great swimming centre with a small pool for kids and another one specifically for toddlers. Great shower facilities.

Its not the best aquatic centre. Dark and in need of an upgrade in my opinion.
The water temperature was quite cool, small child only lasted 10 minutes before shivering. So not worth money money.
The shop was adequate service staff quite friendly and accomodating. Prices resonable.

Fantastic indoor pool for both adults and kids. Perfectly allocated areas for lane swimming, wave pool, whirlpools, water slides, other water play equipment, another warm pool for swimming programs but kids can jump in when there’s no programs going on, spa, sauna and steam room. This place has it all that 4 hours parking almost doesn’t seem enough.
They accept fitness passport so great value for anyone already with that membership.

Can get a little busy at times as there's only one outside pool, but it's a lovely spot to go for a swim and the facilities are always spotless and staff friendly.
A great little place for a quick swim. Easy access and never too busy. Its a small fascility so dont expect mega training. Little water park for kids. Indoor kids pool with disabled access and small lap pool with maybe 4 or 5 small lanes maybe 20m. Good change fascilities.Kids playground next door and Pub next to that. This pool is so amazing it’s so amazing there is absolutely amazing things I can definitely recommend it to anyone that goes to the pool and the pool is so refreshing and the people are so kind so welcoming
this place has a awesome smell of chlorine! the water slide is so fun and not scary, the water playground is so fun, the water temperature is always perfect for how hot or cold it is outside, the food is yummy + good drink options.
Nice place overall, but there always seems to be something broken/not operating on daily basis. Your lines of communication seem to be very casual, I emailed to update my membership (pay you more money) 8weeks ago and still no reply/confirmation and when you approach the customer service staff they never have a straight answer. although I understand your staff are unusually minors is there not a single supervisor/ duty officer that can handle your inquiries? Please id like to use all your facilities on a weekly basis please.
Went around 11am on a Saturday. No parking, but we expected that. Found parking on the street okay. Started off with a snack, and found seating at the cafe easily. Prices were reasonable, especially for an aquatic centre. Chips were good, but a bit too salty. We then went swimming. Had an amazing time. My (tall) 3yo had the best time in the leisure pool. He could stand for going in the whirlpools and the little spa type alcoves in both whirlpools. Thoroughly enjoyed the wave pool when it started. The water park type area in the leisure pool was great for keeping the toddler entertained, with the spouts and buckets tipping out. After swimming, we again went to get food around 2pm, and the cafe was busier, but we still got a table okay. More seating would definitely be beneficial. We will definitely be back though, as we had a fantastic time.
So happy with our experience when attending to celebrate our daughters birthday. The staff, facilities and pool areas are all really good. Nothing was too much for them and the Cafe is well stocked including a small but good selection of gluten free foods.

It is difficult to communicate with Sue or Harrison. The role responsible of swim school. After a week of everyday failing to call and finally the receptions gave up walked over and tapped Sue on the shoulder to answer the call. If you want to book a room for a birthday, they do not allow children under 5 or over 12. Age discriminated. This System need to change and better communicate. Such a waste time to calling everyday for a week.
Come here to bring my family member to swimming class while I exercise during the class runs. Limited space for normal entry individuals without lessons during school term weekdays afternoon.

Very crowded and very small. The water pressure wasn’t enough in the last circle and majority of the pool is too shallow. Someone also pooped in the pool and we had to stay outside for 30 minutes even though we just got there for 5 minutes.
Ballroom Fit have run a weekly dance class for people living with a disability at the Cannington Leisureplex since 2019.

The venue is awesome but during the weekend there are swimming lessons until 1pm and there was a short queue for the public change room. I would suggest to go after 1pm during weekends. Other than that, good customer service and swimming pool. Can watch swimming competitions for free if you are lucky.
Fun to walk around where the Olympics have been held and to see how they repurpose the areas. They have done a really nice job here with that. There is a water park in there!
My child had been attending lessons for 4 years now. He has a great time. Staff are all great. I see the below review about "the old man lifeguard" and it is a shame that parents feel to need to defend their children for doing the wrong thing. He is an awesome guy and only steps in when the kids are misbehaving. If this parent supervised her own children he wouldn't have to intervene.
What a lovely facility! So family friendly in a beautiful setting. Birthday parties with the huge inflatable are so fun and the beach and island areas great for lazing about. Perfect heated 25 m lap and free swimming lanes and splash pad to cool off under. Indoor heated pool perfect for therapy or Learn to Swim. Plenty of amenities. Kiosk, merchandise and very friendly, helpful staff and lifeguards patrolling. A great day out!
Outrageous prices for what is / was a community pool. $18.00 for 2 primary school age kids to swim and a parent supervisor (not swimming). Need to save up $$ for a swim in Mudgeeraba. Definitely not worth it at that price.
My kids like to swim here, we been come here every want to pool. There is have family change room that you can use for your own family in a room. Also there's have disability access for swim and shower. So far we like it.

Not happy about staff in the pool. My child came specifically to use the slide but the area was closed. Upon asking one of the staff why the are was closed, he informed me that their was less staff. This is not the first time that the sliding section has been closed but it has occurred in several occasions.
It is certainly great place to be with kids. But I seriously doubt about their maintenance management. Why it is so hard to keep shower water in right temperature in shower? It is shockingly hot and impossible to adjust temperature. Considering how many people with disability visit there, it is really concerning. Can you please go and check how hot the water is in woman shower? I already informed this and got better for a while but back to freaking hot.
Why it is so hard to fix the broken doors of the bathroom. I doubt even the quality of recent renovation as lots of things are already broken. Is that all our GOV afford or our tax is leaking somewhere else?

Love this place. Awesome location, cool vibe, super clean and pools are fantastic especially deep dive pool. Little cafe is great too.
The old man lifeguard has the worst attitude. Constantly yelling at the kids. Very abusive and very intolerant to kids having fun. Several complaints made about him in about 30 mins to the front desk from different families. Sad old man should not be working near or with kids he is a danger.

friendly and obliging. Unfortunately however the experience was not great. The pool was freezing as the heater was not replaced. The kids did not want to stay in the water and came out early. We did not have exclusive use of the inflatable as promised as part of the party package as there was another party booked at the same time. When I asked my daughter how she enjoyed her party she said she didn’t. Firstly because the water was too cold and secondly the line up for the inflatable was too long. Overall was quite disappointed. I don’t think I will book a birthday party here again.

This Olympic pool is a haven for swimmers! It's incredibly well-kept, and the glistening water tempts you to jump right in. The amenities are excellent, providing plenty of room for both practice and contests. The staff is professional and always ready to help, making sure everyone stays safe and has a good time. The water temperature is just right, and the lanes are clear for easy swimming. Whether you're a serious athlete or just swimming for fun, this Olympic pool is like a wish come true. I highly recommend it for its outstanding quality and unbeatable swimming experience!

The center is excellent and the staff there are so professional and friendly. A lot thanks to Ms Taty, a very experienced teacher of Learn to swim program, who always got the most beautiful smile on her face.
Mum and I both wanted a warm hydro therapy pool for limbs exercise. We both have Arthritis, mum's is quite acute.
We enjoyed the 32 degrees warm pool but as the season changed, we found 32 degrees not as warm as the shower water,!
We decided to skip it for the winter as we are sensitive and catch cold easily. Warm hydrotherapy and spas do require 33 degrees to 36 degrees max.

Myself and daughter had taken my 3 grandchildren 13yrs, 9yrs, 8yrs old to the swimming pool
My grandson has ADHD - no excuses
Both my daughter (37yrs ) & I were watching & up & down to the 2 youngest one’s to obey the pool rules no running etc
My grandson with ADHD I put in time out for running & jumping into the pool a couple of times.
. We we’re about to leave and the life guard approached myself and my daughter and said are you about to leave and I replied yes. And I said why & he said I was just about to ask is to leave because of the young fella cause I had spoken to him three times.
I said to the lifeguard that he has ADHD and that we have been watching him, and I even had him in timeout, and he said oh all children run around whether they got ADHD or not.
.My little seven-year-old granddaughter said to the lifeguard,
I was good and he responded to her,
you’re welcome to come back!

. We are not like other people just do nothing and not watch the children and it did upset me because we’re onto my grandson the whole time Now we have to find somewhere else to go to take the kids swimming as I don’t appreciate someone like that just single out ,

Our kids have been having lessons and swimming in the squads at Mudgeeraba for the last 14 years. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and the facilities are always clean. Our kids love swimming at Mudgeeraba.
incredible spot, a stunning piece of public amenity - gorgeous native vegetation surrounds, a lovely sized and extremely clean pool. Entirely inaccessible however it is not too busy + parking is plentiful - a gem of the (semi) west
Bit sad they changed the kid area. Lovely staff, they all helped up. Booked a party which went very well. Food purchased there was also good for a children's party (sausage rolls, party pies ect) coffee was small for a large so I wouldn't bother with the price.

First class swimming venue. There are numerous pools for all swimming deciplines. There is an indoor and outdoor pool facility for "learn to swim" a rehabilitation. In both pools are wheelchair ramps into the water. Plenty lifeguards in each area. There is a small coffee bar and retail swimming shop at the entrance. If you are looking for a substantial meal and a drink, there is a food area at the back of the pool areas called Cafe Catalina. Showers, toilets, and lockers are available. There are floodlights across the pools. Yes, and a toddlers splash pool area too. No alcohol on the premises. Don't forget sunblock and a hat. Please check website for membership and of special events to avoid disappointment.

Good family day out to be had here. I can easily spend 4 hours plus with the kids. Rushing water pool has water jets that propel you around. Splasher area ideal for younger kids with small slides, big splash from the tipping bucket, and variety of fun water play activities. Big slide for older kids or hang in warmer jacuzzi pools. Four hours free parking.

No Phone Answered only message all the time we tried to ring it says fill out a form online or leave a message can't talk to a person only on site then she always talks about pay for full term, my child learned more at school swimming and at Noraville pool. A big let down at DNA swimming Never again.
This is a fantastic place to go for anyone of any age. I'm going to start Acqua Aerobics very soon and I'm really looking forward to it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I signed up for 10 45 minute sessions and I truly looking forward to it. I highly recommend this place to everyone 😃😃😃
8 Lane swimming pool for training, shallow end for toddlers. 3x lifesavers present at anytime. Indoor heated pool for toddler and rehab swimming. Wheelchair friendly. Canteen with limited hot food. There is about 7x picnic covered areas around the pool. First come vasis no bookings. Party catering can be arranged with the canteen. Water is clean and facilities well kept. It gets busy so parking is a little congested. There are power plugs.
Family friendly, have more than one pool & you have the option to free swim or swim laps. Cheap entry fee & discounts for pensioners.
I recommend calling up before arriving to see if there are any school swimming carnivals or sport on first. Only negative is that the diving boards are never open.

Went on a Saturday arvo. Plenty of parking and not at all crowded - got a lane to myself. At the moment, only the 50m pool is open, so it’s great if you are here to swim laps. Entry for an adult is $7.15. Change and toilet facilities on the old side but perfectly adequate.
First time here and a terrible first experience. Before I paid I asked if we can use the kids splash area and was told yes.
Went and sat down and walked back to ask where we turn it on to just be told the chlorine levels are too high and not safe. Which is fine but why say yes upon entry. So now wasted money for nothing and left since my child can’t play in the water. So disappointing. They said nothing and didn’t offer anything.

Great pool especially outdoor when the sun comes out.kids have so much fun here. Caution notices everywhere and lifeguards really do their jobs. Staffs are friendly and parents can relax here.
First visit and I was I.pressed at the cleanliness of the whole facility. Plenty of shade, lockers available, tables and sun lounges. There's a Cafe and a water fountain for the longer visit.

Due to COVID restrictions be aware that you may have to wait in line at the counter if the pool is at max capacity. Tough job for the staff here. I arrived at 12 on a Saturday and waited about 15min. Had to wait for people to leave the centre for us to be allowed in. Great for a swim with my two young kids. Very popular place. 3 or 4 Life guards in attendance.
It was their open day so we could enter for free. There was an inflatable for kids and free face painting, which were special attraction for the day. Our little ones played in the shallow end of the pool. The water is heated. There are tables and chairs under roof.
Great fun, wonderful way to start a day. Thanks Rose for making exercise enjoyable.

the circumstance is awesome, quiet,surrounded by forest.It’s easy to free park and has kids pool.It will be better if the shower facility is updated.Right now,just two shower is hot water.
Loved it. It wasn't busy. There was place to sit comfortably. Shade under the trees by the kids pool. Facilities were clean. Kiosk well stocked and to entain the family for the afternoon was very well priced. Umbrellas and reciliners on first come first serve. So happy to have finally been there.
What a Fantastic swim school DNA Aquatics is!!. They have a unique approach that ensures all swimmers feel capable of learning swim skills, all while having an absolute blast!! Highly recommend.
Great place to for babies to teens to learn to swim! The DNA Aqua Aerobics and DNA Aqua KickFit are the best in Bundy!!
